I’ve had issues with my phone; calls not coming in and the woman who was there tonight working has helped me on a few occasions with my cell phone and has gone completely above and beyond to help me get my calls working. I don’t know if she is the manager? but on two separate occasions; tonight and last week, she spent time talking with me empathizing with my frustrations I thought it was just a carrier issue from converting to sprint to T-Mobile; she spent I would say about a total of 3 hours helping me on the phone with customer support. The other representatives not as helpful but I give five stars because of her going above and beyond; thank you again much appreciated! Seriously this girl deserves a raise, not once did she dismiss my phone issues or tell me to go to Apple tell me to go to sprint; she gave the ultimate customer service experience; being someone who has worked in retail/customer service I can tell you it’s more than just a job for her, she genuinely cares about her customers, she literally worked side-by-side with me to troubleshoot whereas some of them will just completely dismiss the issue and pass the buck and say contact Apple or contact Sprint…I failed to catch her name; And I regret that however I’m hoping that this review Not only expresses my gratitude but if this woman is up for a promotion or raise she 100% deserves it; Thank you again for making an excruciating painful and frustrating experience a little bit more tolerable your patience and understanding goes probably farther than you know.

TL;DRWent into the store three times.Talk to Jeremey. Not Steven.Long StoryOur experiences here at this T- mobile varied depending on which “T-mobile” expertise you talk to.We met Jeremey on the first day, he was super nice, lean, and super helpful.Due to the system issue, we had to come back the next day to order phones.I met Steven the next day. He was so lazy, did not care, and seems mad whenever I ask a question.When I asked him about Samsung Flip phone arrival, he kept saying two to three business days. I asked him again, because this Flip phone is pre-order. He seems he was not aware and said ok, then it will arrive two to three business days when it release.I explained my situation that I will be moving to different state in few weeks, and he repeats two to three business days. you have a plenty of time.While Steven proceeded with the order, he kept saying Fold instead of Flip. So I asked him if he ordered the right one and maybe he can show me the order info. He insisted on signing and getting over with, because he cannot show until I sign it.After I left the store, I got a text saying my order would arrive a month later.Unfortunately, I came back to the store later that day again to change the shipping address. But when I showed up, Steven was not happy to see me. I explained why I am here to change the shipping address; Steven just shook his head and rolling his eyes.It was very discouraging; however, good thing Jeremey was there as well.But the time that I came in, there were so many other customers. But it seems like Jeremey was only one who was working and Steven was only working on one issue.Unfortunately, I waited almost an hour and had to leave.Jeremey was not able to help me but he did explain my situation is better off talking directly to T-mobile customer service to cancel and reorder.On my third day, I ended up calling 611 T-mobile customer service to cancel and reorder without going into the store anymore.If Jeremey was guaranteed to help me, I would have actually went to the store; but I was done with.

Bad experience all the. Way around..if they tell u to switch.Companies & u get a free phone that is a LIE A SCAM!!!. MY service never worked properly. Now I changed carriers & t-mobile. Is charging me for so called FREE PH!!!PLEASE. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

After being on the phone and in a T-Mobile store and on the phone we finally went to this store. Sean knew what he was talking about and was willing to help us when a lot of other people seemed to be confused. We needed to get a sprint phone number over to T-Mobile and that process is ridiculous and definitely not user friendly. We ended up just getting a new number with T-Mobile. Sean and Michael were a huge help in figuring things out. I would definitely go here again!

Sarah at this location is amazing. After dealing with t-mobile on the phone for an hour and not accomplishing anything when trying to add a line, I felt defeated. I walked into this location, Sarah asked what I needed, and within 10 minutes I had a phone, an additional line, and everything activated and walked out the door. Thats the fastest, most efficient service Ive ever had with a cell provider. Kudos to her and her team.

Tried this T-Mobile store ONLY because the T-Mobile I had been to for years had closed due to Covid. Employees seemed nice at first, telling me a Samsung phone was free with any running phone. Then this new phone has had nothing but problems. Since then, there has been nothing but a run-around trying to get a phone that actually works.. No one there can seem to issue me a new replacement phone.. Very disappointed and still without a working phone. After this issue gets rectified, I will NOT be returng to this corporate store. Avoid the hassle, visit a differenloyalty e!.. Now I am being billed for this supposed free phone?!... After 11 years with this company, I guess customer loyalty means nothing. I will be looking at other phone services that actually know what they are doing and actually help the customer. Getting a new phone should not be a stressful procedure

I bought a Samsung A21 cellphone at this T Mobile store, and after a few months the phone suddenly froze. I could not unlock it and could not re-start it. I went back to the store to see if they could tell me how to re-boot the phone. A young lady who worked there seemed clueless and had no idea on how to re-boot the phone, she suggested me to go to Best Buy and ask their Geek Squad... I told her that mine was a T-Mobile phone and that I hoped to be assisted by T-Mobile. She replied, mildly annoyed, that they sell phones in that store, they do not service them. I insisted and asked her if she could at least ask her colleague (there were wo employees in the store) if he knew how to re-boot the phone. She reluctantly did it, the other guy took my cellphone and...voila, in a matter of seconds managed to re-start it, and the phone was back up and running!

Afaf is amazing. T-Mobile needs more workers like her. Very great customer service, knows about the products and is very helpful. The one guy I have had previous experiences in there with really didn’t seem to know much and couldn’t really do much for me when I went in there a previous time. Didn’t seem interested in helping me either.

Took new 9 month old phone in sadly the rep did not know how to process sprint contract since they bought out sprint told us to call customer service have them send you a new phone and we called t mobile and they sent us to corporate office. Cant fix the blue tooth highly recommend dont use t mobilThankyou for the response back we took it to another t mobil down the road and they were gladly happy to replace the phone there for a new one. They told us your staff experienced with how sprint contracts work. We got the new phone same day. Ty for your time

I will have to say, I had great customer service from everyone working at this store last week!! David was a big help to helping me find everything I needed when it came to my plan!! He truly listened to what I needed and he was very respectful!! I highly recommend going to this store for anything you need!! It was clean, neat, and very friendly!! Chelsea is a wizard. In the hyper competitive environment of wireless technology, its hard to find someone you actually trust with your needs. Enter Chelsea.Over the course of my account being open I have had my fair share of issues between adding/changing lines, a break up and pursuant sudden line cancellation and everything in between. She has confidently and quickly addressed all issues with results that are consistently agreeable.Pricing is phenomenal from corporate, a lot of perks and no hassle service.

Ive always had good service from the T-Mobile staff, and I appreciate that T-Mobile was the first company to unhitch the cost of phone and the cost of the service so that you could change one without changing the other. They also do a good job of adding enhancements and features like international calling and data for no cost. The 4G coverage isnt as wide as Verizons, but all in all, Im much happier with TMobile than Verizon.

Ive been to this location 3 times now helping friends sign up for service. The staff are great. Very helpful and enjoyable to work with. T-Mobile service is a great value and is quickly getting better. No contracts with no silly fees like domestic roaming and overages. Data is fast on their HSPA+ network. On average I see speeds as fast or faster than any other carrier.

Once again, Team Member, David Schmidlin knocked it out of the ball park, ranking 5 stars in customer service. David assisted my Familys migration to T Mobile in August 2018. Visiting the same store in November 2018, I was happy to see David again. At the time of my visit to the T Mobile store in November, Mr. David was available to assist and resolve my T Mobile hardware issue. David quickly assessed the problem and immediately attempted to resolve the hardware issue. David successfully resolved my phone issue! After resolving the hardware problem, I was eager to leave the T Mobile store, my problem was solved. However, David intervened prior to my exit. So yeah, even though I am tight with a dollar, I purchased the Otter Box protective case David recommended. I mention the Otter Box purchase for the sake of T Mobile corporate awareness. I think that T Mobile management should be aware of Team Members business acumen with repect to suggestive sales. Hopefully, T Mobile corporate management will reward Team Members like David. David resolved my issue and also generated revenue with a suggestive sales techinique. Thanks David for resolving my T Mobile hardware issue!

If not, THE BEST, real T-mobile store in the metro Detroit area! The manager there now, is one of the most compassionate people I have come across, to his customers and his staff, which leads the staff too, to be very friendly listeners, and problem solvers to their best abilities. If you have a T-mobile related concern, do go there, and not anywhere else!

We had been going to this store for years and always had the best service. Never again. There was clearly an error on our account and the guy helping us wouldnt even assist in calling the 800#. He was rude and didnt care if we left tmobile after 11 years. Called 800# problem solved and because of poor service at this location tmobile gave us $50 credit. Will stick to 800# or find another location. .dont waste your time at this store!

I went to this store today to replace my old sim card with a micro one. The moment I said I bought an unlocked phone online, sales person changed her attitude and showed no interest in helping me at all. According to t-mobile customer service I will receive a new sim with no charge as I am a loyal customer for more than 7 years. Sales person didnt even care about it and she was arguing for ten dollars by telling its a corporate policy. Truth is there is no such policy exists and I got sim else where for free. I hope these folks learn the basics of customer satisfaction and value customers more than ten bucks. You can go here only if you willing to get robbed with non-existing corporate policies. Call t-mobile customer care to get best service.

The sales staff really went above and beyond for me on a recent visit. Im a regular customer and on my last visit I needed to add a line to my account so I was going to purchase a sim card (about $10) and pop it in an old phone I had. Well I forgot my wallet but rather than make me go home and get it they comped me for it. Anyway bottom line they treat returning customers well.
