Fabulous! I have been visiting this store weekly for about a year now. Mindy is extremely helpful and professional. She is very knowledgeable about the products.I was surprised by the previous review - I have seen the employees interact with all different types of people - and they are respectful and polite.I will continue to shop here and recommend this store. 😬

Ive been a GNC customer for 25 years and have been very satisfied until a visit to this store...the Worst experience ever! I stopped by this store for the first time for my monthly resupply & what a disaster! The problem stemmed from me simply asking about price matching, something that their web pages advertises/promotes and something Ive done since theyve excepted price matching. On GNCs website they specifically name the competitors that they will price match. I asked about a specific match that was on their site and ultimately she denied to price match. As any customer would do...I asked why not and she said, she didnt have to. I then told her I never had a problem getting a price match from the many stores Ive visited in all the years Ive been a customer. I then showed her another competitors price from my phone that was significantly higher than the 1st price match I was asking for and she didnt have a problem price matching this competitor.I told her I didnt want to pay a much higher price and she began to get rude and raise her voice at me. SHE JUST WANTED ME TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE...THATS THE BOTTOM LINE!! I eventually told her I would take my business elsewhere, they will price match & because of her unprofessionalism! As I was walking out I asked for a card to report the matter to management and she gave me a BLANK GNC card with only the stores phone # and location, then she said shes going to ask me to leave, I was leaving anyway. LOLI called the store the next day and politely left my name and number with a worker asking to be contacted by management about the incident that happened to me the day before in the store.I later found out that the lady who I had the incident with was the person who took my name & number over the phone. She took my name & number that I left to be contacted by management and called the Oakland County Sheriff and told them that I was threatening her by phone and had been in the store the previous day harassing her and that she didnt want me back on the premises. I know this b/c Oakland County Sheriffs called me...how would OCS have my name & phone # to call me, I didnt make a transaction in the store.She outright lied about the whole incident and made a false claim with Oakland County Sheriffs. I feel the only reason I was treated this way is because of the color of my skin. BEWARE BLACK & BROWN people, this lady will lie and say you did something that you didnt do and will call the police. White privilege at its best! This is why there is an outrage in the US by many Americans who are protesting b/c of this kind of treatment! Im a upstanding citizen who has never had ANY contact with Law Enforcement...this was devastating experience! She is VICIOUS!!!!!I just happened to record the store incident & the phone convo so the joke is on you lady!!!

Service was great. Had everything I needed for the visit.

Not helpful was out of what I was looking for asked for something compatible walked away and never got back to me wont go back

MINDY is absolutely amazing. She is very educated in pretty much every product in the store. Very helpful with every question I had. She even helped me with the questions I had about my hair and having black hair, in this area there aren’t too many people who know much about how to help but she was very knowledgeable! Thank you so much

Found what I wanted.

High Quality supplements, and excellent customer service. Many sales and good prices, and the rewards are a nice bonus. They even give you a birthday gift and double ints and many items monthly. Great product selection.

The staff is nice, but I’ve unintentionally purchased used product twice at this store. The products will be marked as sale, but sometimes they’re used. Other GNC stores don’t do this because it’s actually illegal do sell used products. Do not make purchases at this store unless you check to make sure the product isn’t used.

Giving two stars because they carry Alani Nu, but the management needs to stop trying to sell products that make them more money. I know how this works, you guys make more commission on certain products and therefore push those instead of others like Alani Nu. As a long time Alani customer and supporter of the brand and the brand owners it is insulting to me when employees here tell me “this brand is SUPER basic, you should try (insert other brand I’ve never even heard of) instead” when I’m checking out. This is the 2nd time it has happened and they said the same thing to my husband. It’s rude and I won’t be shopping at this location anymore because of it.

Kudos to the guy who instructed me in buying right supplement.

Customer service was everything, and the store was very clean.
