I have had a very pleasant experience at Meijer pharmacy. They are very professional, I put my prescription in got a text when it was ready and picked up at drive thru.Thank you Meijer 😉nice and convenient.

Ricky M. has poor customer service as well as the Manager on staff Aruna D. This pharmacy hires the most unprofessional people ever. They do not acknowledge you and seem inconvenienced when you just want your prescription. I know Meijer has to see the horrible reviews customers consistently give the pharmacy and Im just assuming at this point they just dont care. Please take your prescriptions some place else.

Every time I call to get my prescription filled, they would first tell me they dont see anything for me or that its not ready to be filled. After some prodding, they would suddenly have access to the prescription... Do not brush aside these little mistakes as I did because these minor errors can cause significant issues if you are taking medication on a daily basis. They let my monthly prescription expire without notifying me. I had called to ask if it was possible to get the prescription transferred to another Meijer location, but that Id be ok with picking it up here. They assured me it was no problem. They realized they wouldnt be able to fill the prescription at the second location and rather just filling my prescription at this location, they let the prescription expire.I rely on a controlled substance medication to be able to function and do my job. It is dangerous for me to drive without it. Thanks to this pharmacys incompetence, Im unable to do my job properly until my doctor and I can figure out our next steps.

Had prescription sent in for 5 pills of an antibiotic and then they only gave me 3 of the 5 telling me to come back for the other 2 pills the next day. I show up for the other 2 and they say I have to wait 20 minutes? What kind of bs is that. Why not just give me my full prescription in the first place? Luckily a lady stepped in and helped but still very unnecessary stress was added to my day

Went there for covid shot... was in and out really fast and the pharmacy staff was really nice.

Ive been a customer here for over 7 years we get about 4 consistent medications filled here every month and everyone at this pharmacy has been incredible! The pharmacist Carlin is always so professional and helpful. Sherry, Ricky and Pierre are three of my favorite employees who always go above and beyond to help our family. Ive had nightmare experiences at other pharmacies but never here. I highly recommend this place

This is my regular pharmacy, been using them for 2 years now. Ive had the pharmacy say multiple times that my drs office hasnt sent prescriptions, sent the wrong amount or didnt fill out needed paperwork and after hours of going back and forth the pharmacy all of a sudden is able to fill it without any additional information being sent from my dr that they originally said they needed. My dr has also been surprised by the length of time it has taken them to get medications in at the right dose, said hes never had that issue before. This is multiple dr offices that have had issues with the pharmacy so I know its not the dr that is the common factor. Some of the pharmacy staff are awesome and some seem annoyed to have to deal with you. I do feel for them in these stressful 2020 times but I wish they would maybe hire more staff to reduce the burden and improve moral or maybe implement some better standard protocols.Ive been debating for a while to change but the convenience of the location and having all my stuff on file has kept me there. Next issue I have though, will probably be the last straw in the long list of issues Ive had.

The pharmacy likes to play “God” refusing to fill prescriptions- even if they say on the phone they have them in stock, it’s covered by my insurance and that I am directed by my doctor to take it daily. I have been given different reasons why they will not fill a prescription, the most honest one, “I’m just not filling this. I don’t care.”

Incredible pharmacy, I just hate how overworked everyone is. They do so much to make sure their job is done right and patients are satisfied- I just wish they had a bit more people working there to help.

Wow all of these bad reviews on here… I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy. Never rude, never had a problem filling a prescription… I think one time in years did I not get the call saying my prescription is ready. I have a feeling all the bad reviews are The fault of the customer and not the pharmacist or the techs.

Went there to fill my script she took one look at my insurance and said they couldnt help me. Ive been to other meijers pharmacy and I never had a problem. She wouldnt even explain why just said we cant help you and walked away I will never go back there.

If I could give negative stars I would. This pharmacy used to be great, but recently the staff has been snarky and just down right rude; not to mention they will lie straight to your face. You might as well not even call for a cash price on a medication because theyll quote you 65% less than what it rings up at when you pick up. Definitely not utilizing them ever again; Ive already found a different pharmacy that filled for less than Meijers quoted price. Ridiculous!

The worst pharmacy, I am new in the area. I went to Meijers pharmacy to become a customer along with my family, and I bought a spray for about $400. When I arrived home and before I open it I found out that Its validity expires after only 4 months ... I went to them and they refused to change it. They treated me very badly... I will not buy from them again.

Have no business running a pharmacy. For months my birth control was messed with, and I had to start the process all over again for about 5 months consecutively. I was told every time I called that it was out of stock or it hadnt been ordered, when it was just being put back on the shelf by lazy pharmacists. They tried to blame it on the doctors office, and I had him show me the fax records of my medications, and they were all there on time. Today I recieved some antibiotics and albuterol for a nebulizer, I thought I had everything I needed, but the one thing that was missing was my rescue inhaler. Theyre lucky I didnt need it immediately, but had I needed it, their negligence could have killed someone. They have pharmacists in there who dont even know what their doing, or seem to care for that matter.

They where a great place to go for your meds. They new their patients and their stories. Its not the same place. Its all about the money now. It makes me sad...

I have nothing but positive thoughts about this pharmacy! All the technicians and pharmacists go out of their way to help patients! The tech Sherri always remembers my name and asks about my health and life. She is the reason I continue to fill my prescriptions at Meijer. They also offered to SYNC all of meds to refill on the same day so I can make fewer trips! Combined with the new mobile app, Meijer is leagues ahead of othe chains in terms of patient care. I always feel respected and cared for by the Meijer team.

Dr. Upped my milligrams for hypothyroidism from 120 to 150! The pharmacist filled it correctly for one month. Couldnt figuee out why i gained 50 lbs in 3 months, mood swings, depression, anxiety and constantly tired. They filled it for the next 3 months at the 120. I went and talked to the pharmacist and she denied they would do that. I had her pull it up on the computer to prove it to her. Point being, always read your bottles and make sure they are filling your scripts, as prescribed by you Dr.

Good place to get meds and some foods

Problems with not getting calls on scripts ready for pickup. What I believe should be simple and straight forward rarely is so....I love the Meijer store and I use the pharmacy out of convienance but Im thinking I should go back to CVS as they have been much more professional for me anyway. I just hate making extra stops.

Recently I went to Meijers to return bottles and cans. Since this location is different than the Auburn Road location, I asked when the bottle return area was located. TALK ABOUT RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Nasty attitude from the store employee which was really unnecessary. Lots a lot of respect for this store.

The female pharmacist is extremely rude. I feel bad for the pharmacy technicians that have to work with her. You could cut the tension behind the counter with a knife. I went to pick up my prescription two hours after it was called in and they hadnt even checked their voicemail. They claimed they only check it every two hours. They obviously dont care about their customers or their level of service. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a pharmacy. I wont be back.

Horrible staff. They are all rude and do not care about the customers. Sherri imperticular has the worst attitude when you drop off your prescription.

I witnessed blatant meanness toward the elderly.Continually rude to customers. Blatantly will ignore you when you walk in. Always “too busy” for customers.
