My first experience shopping here was phenomenal! Mike, the owner, was so incredibly patient and kind enough to answer all of my many questions and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. Im so glad that my friend recommended this great business. I like the diverse selection and the fact that I found an item that I couldnt find in any of my local heath stores in the area. The prices are comparable / lower than local competitors and some of my online sources. Ill be shopping here from miss on. Kudos, Mike, youre amazing!

I am really trying to use my local businesses rather than Amazon. However the coupon this place offers is really only good if you are buying in bulk and for supplements only. I missed both of these conditions in my last two visits there and both times I felt awkward and laughed and said that I missed those things, but the cashier was very unfriendly and her eyes made it look like she thought I was weird or that I was trying to pull one over on her. Nothing could be further from the truth! Her tone of voice was not very friendly either. I seem to recall a different cashier also not being very friendly here when I bought some items (no coupon). I will either go back to Amazon or drive out of my way from now on and avoid this place and it’s all because the people that work here cannot find it in themselves to be a little more friendly. ESPECIALLY giving a customer the benefit of the doubt when they make a mistake reading all of the conditions in small type in the coupons, instead of silently raising their eyebrows like they think I’m weird or trying to rip them off. Just be nice ladies! Makes a huge difference!

Customer service is very poor the lady thats always at the front counter rude and this is not a place that I want to continue my business

Poor customer service and the associates are not knowledgeable, if they are knowledgeable, they wouldnt share the wealth of knowledge with me.The prices are also above average. You will get a better deal, and a higher quality of service, at the Vitamin Shoppe across the street.Honestly, the only thing I can see this place has going for it is the mom-and-pop feel... Im assuming its locally owned, which would explain the outdated interior, but in a locally-owned shop you would expect the service to well be above par.The impression that I received overall was that the associates didnt care.

Love this place! The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice selection of food for such a small place. Their prices are reasonable. I haven’t purchased supplements here yet.

Very knowledgeable with a personal touch. Love their frequent shopper program, too. They have some hard to find stuff and are also willing to order something if they dont have it.

Visited store for first time and left in less than 5 minutes due to poor customer service. Employee first tried to up-sell me, then tried high pressure to buy product. When I didn’t comply, she walked away even though I had several other supplements I wanted to see.I decided to go on Amazon and got everything I needed for much less and without the attitude.

Always helpful and ready to answer any question. If they don’t know they let you know that too. A great place for many years.

I came in and was helped promptly and handed a hand cart (I was walking around with a bundle in my arms). Lots of great vegan snacks and I was thrilled to find coconut manna there, which is what I was in search of. I’ll be visiting again for certain ❤️.

Bought a probiotic here and when I opened it the seal was partially pealed back and broken. On the top of the jar it still had the sticker from Health Foods of Rochester and the price, however I had not saved my receipt. The manager refused to do anything about it even though she acknowledged it was from her store. I will not be going here again and I have bought vitamins here for over four years.

I have never had such awful customer service! Usually in a vitamin/health food store you encounter friendly people who want to help. The young (and old) women here act like theyre doing you a favor. Very arrogant and aloof. Back to Whole Foods and Trader Joes!

Surprised how wonderfully clean and well-stocked the store was. staff seemed engaged, kind, and helped me find the right vitamins for my needs.

I had just called 20 min ago left home to come pick up a few herbs the person answered the phone stated they were open by the time I arrived they had closed on me time now is 5:21 the shop closed at 6 pm not good business wasted time coming up here to find out she had closed the store

Really upset. went in to buy collegen for skin and the woman sold me collagen 2 which is for joints. it cost me 23$! my fault for not doing homework. surprised to have been misled.
