I cannot thank Donnie and the team enough for the outstanding customer experience they provided to my husband and I. We purchased a master spa from them back in July. The pool came in early and we did not have our pad set up yet. They graciously agreed to store our hot tub until we were ready for it. They worked with us to coordinate a crane company to coincide with the delivery so that we could get our swim spa over our backyard fence. The delivery went flawlessly. Once the electrical was done, the team came back on site to assemble the steps, assemble the pool cover and to show us how to use the pool, change the filters and maintain the chemicals. Because this was all new to me, I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with explaining everything during the prep process, the delivery process, how to use the pool, how to maintain the pool and use the chemicals. If you are looking for a hot tub or a swim spa, I highly recommend the hot tub store in Rochester Hills. The team goes over and above to make sure their customers are fully satisfied not only at the time of purchase but throughout the process. I will definitely use them for all my swim spa needs and highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff, never too pushy with the sale. I was having issues getting my patio installed. Which delayed the delivery of my hot tub, due to the contractors not the hot tub store. When I called to let them know it’s gonna be a few more months they said no worries at all. They told me that they leased additional warehouse space so they could store everyone’s hot tub’s, at no additional cost. The hot tub was delivered installed exactly where it was needed and then they even referred me to an electrician that hooked it up within the week. Could not be happier with the products and the service, highly recommend these guys

There are quite a few Hot tub stores in the area. Save yourself some time and shopping around and check out The Hot Tub Store at Rochester Rd and Avon Rd in Rochester.They had the tub I wanted in stock and didn’t price gouge. The delivery was super quick and easy and from start to finish the process was great? Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Master Spa brand is superior to most and it seems like a great quality product.Thank you for the great experience

We purchased our first ever hot tub, the Twilight Series 8.25 in early April (2021) and have really enjoyed it. We went to several hot tub stores before purchasing from the Hot Tub Store. Certainly, the hot tub has been great, but the no-nonsense upfront service has been exceptional. I didnt post a review immediately after buying, not because the experience wasnt good, but because we all know its what happens after the sale thats more important. This family-owned and operated business has been great every step of the way. Answering questions over the phone, providing money saving tips, and their willingness to help even when there wasnt a dollar sign $ attached to it has been great. I have and will highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting into a hot tub or swim spa.

We just purchased a hot tub from TheHotTubStore a couple weeks ago. We had the best experience with Nick. He wasn’t pushy at all, just very helpful, answering all of our questions. We had our 15 month old daughter with us and he was very patient as well. He even sent us a kids float toy which was so nice! We really wanted a hot tub before winter and he made it happen for us! We got it in a week! The men who delivered it were very professional and got in all set up, even when it started pouring rain the last few minutes. The hot tub is great, we absolutely love it and are so thrilled we finally made the decision to buy one. We went to plenty of other hot tub stores and all of them were overly priced, very pushy and said it would take at least a year to come in. We couldn’t recommend this place enough to all of our family and friends!

After stopping at multiple spa stores, we landed here and are so glad we did! Customer service was impeccable even with us showing up 10 minutes to close. We didnt feel rushed out the door and they took the time to explain everything we needed/wanted to know. We picked out our hut tub and delivery was made in only a few days. The crew that delivered the tub was awesome. Everything is perfect. Every part of the hot tub we purchased is made in the USA. From start to finish, this company has been amazing! Donny answered all of my questions and educated me on all things hot tubs. This place was amazing! Donny and his Mom sold me from the moment we spoke. They came highly recommended, and I now highly recommend them. I recommend his electrician, Tony and grandson too! Tyrone was an excellent technician. Not only did he fix my hot tub but he took the time to go over all the general maintenance I should be doing. My issue with the tub was not even maintenance related he just wanted to make sure I knew how often to change the filters change the water how often to use the chlorine excellent service

To sum up my experience in one word would be hard to do, but I would say AMAZING!!!My wife chose them based upon their reviews online and from the moment we walked into the store I see why the reviews are so great. Juan was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly not pushy. We also had the extreme pleasure to speak to Nick and Donny and a local celebrity who shall remain nameless, (she knows who I’m talking about. LOL.) We purchased a 19D Trainer and love the dual feature - hot tub and pool. The entire staff was very helpful through the entire process. We filled the unit with well water and had bunch of problems all due to our poor water quality. Nick, Donnie and Spa Marvel were all very helpful in determining what we needed to do. We ended up having to empty and refill the tub using softened well water. Nick/Donnie gave us free filters and chemicals needed for the refill even though it was our poor water quality that caused the issue. Spa Marvel also stood behind their product and gave us 3 free new bottles of Spa Marvel Water Treatment and Conditioner even though is wasnt their issue that caused our problem. Great individuals working at two quality companies makes for a great experience for us. I very seldom write reviews but felt the need to recognize these outstanding individuals and companies. Dont hesitate to visit them for your new hot tub! You can be guaranteed to get a great product with incredible service.

Went in about a week ago to purchase a hot tub! I came from a hot tub store in Warren where the staff were dismissive and not interested in helping. Complete opposite experience here!Juan and Donny are amazing and super friendly. They answered all my questions and I even called Donny as I was setting up the tub for him to walk me through what chemicals to use and everything! When I was browsing, Juan was really insightful, showing off all the features and getting me numbers when I asked about running costs and how each tub was different.I ended up with a great deal, an amazing hot tub, and knowing that theres a resource I can call if I have any more questions.EDIT: Went back when I had questions today, and once again, amazing experience. I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided to me from the hot tub store employees. Nick and Helene are both very knowledgeable individuals in the hot tub space, and assisted me with ordering parts for my parent’s Master Spa. Also, Matt one of their technicians, came out to install the new part and was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He answered all of my questions regarding the Master Spa (all while fixing the broken part on the tub) and went out of his way to teach me some tips about cleaning and sanitizing the tub. I was impressed. Overall, I would recommend this small business to anyone looking for a replacement part for their tub, or if they are in the market for a new tub!

Let me first say 3 of my really good friends all bought from The Hot Tub Store and I can see why they highly recommended me them. I came to the store with an anticipated budget in mind and I met with the owner Nick. He made me feel at ease almost immediately and after telling him my budget worked with me and never tried to upsell me at anytime and gave me the pros and cons of all the tubs and to allow me to decide which one best suited for my family. The anticipated delivery time was 3-4 weeks and came in just around the 3 week mark. They scheduled me for immediate delivery once they had the tub. Matt, Tyrone and Matthew delivered the tub with ease and were all kind, professional and allowed me to ask a multitude of questions responding back with the same enthusiasm as I had being a new hot tub owner. Purchased a Master Spa Twilight series on August 1st and Juan was our sales rep. Juan was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable on the products. The spa was finally delivered on February 23rd (due to high demand for the spas). The delivery crew from Canton, OH was very professional and managed to get the spa down our hillside to the back of the house. A distance of over 150 feet! The store reps are very helpful and friendly. Seems to be a family run business and they all are so good to work with. I never felt I was being pressured on anything. Thanks gang!! They have the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Years after buying a Hot Tub they still are so helpful. The hot tub is great I have owned four other hot tubs starting with a redwood hot tub which were the first to come out and the other ones I had gave me lots of issues. The hot tub I got here is so simple to maintain and has never had an issue in 2 years!

All around a great experience. We started in August of 2020 the daunting task of hot tub shopping. We went to a few different places and they all seemed to be asking a lot of money from the research I did online. Part of reason was for sure the Pandemic and the surge in hot tub sales (my opinion). Then we ended up late in the day at The Hot Tub Store in Rochester. My sales rep their was one of the owners named Donny. What an absolute pleasure. He was honest, upfront and gave me an amazing deal on a new 6 person hot tub. I felt so comfortable that I made the decision on the spot and signed paper work. Now due to demand and back log we didn’t get the tub till February of 2021. But it was for sure worth the wait! He even took my call the first day of having tub up and running. He was patient with me (total novice here) to help explain the chemicals and how to treat the tub. He actually offered to come out to my house took and me every thing I needed to know. I mean I don’t know where else you can go in this day and age and have service like that. Ps We absolutely LOVE the tub!!! We got the 6 person with lounger and it is life changing! Would definitely recommend both The Hot Tub Store and Donny to anyone. Super happy overall!

I cant say enough about the service we received at from Juan and the entire staff at The Hot Tub Store. My wife suffers from chronic back pain and we had researched that hot tubs can be extremely beneficial to helping ease that pain. Unfortunately we know very little about hot tubs so we were really in need of help. Juan was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about not only the hot tubs themselves, but about the therapeutic properties of using one. When he learned that my wife is a doctor, and on her feet for 14 hour shifts with no breaks, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible hot tub at the best possible price. I would recommend Juan to anyone in the market without hesitation.

In July, I purchased a hot tub from a local competitor - Lifestyles Hot Tubs. A delivery timeline of 10 to 12 weeks turned out to really mean 7 months. The timeline was not as much the problem as the blatant dishonesty and horrible customer service. As the experience continued to get worse with no returned calls and nobody answering phones, I cancelled my order (driving to 2 locations to accomplish that).After doing more research on hot tubs, it led me to The Hot Tub Store where I met Donny and Nick - brothers who own and operate the store. I immediately went from the worst experience buying a hot tub to the best. Nick and Donny are extremely knowledgable and spent a tremendous amount of time sharing their knowledge. They not only had a tremendous amount of knowledge about Master Spas, they also knew everything about the original hot tub I purchased.I ultimately purchased the TS 8.2 and was fortunate to get the hot tub delivered very quickly as I was able to get a tub that was already sold but the customer was not able to take delivery until spring. They went out of their way to help every step of the way and delivered the tub a week ahead of originally scheduled. Nick and Donny have been amazing thus far and I am confident they will continue to support me and the tub for years to come. It is evident they take great pride in their business and the customers they serve.After a horrible experience, I am grateful it didnt work out.
