Good food from a liquor store. The fried mushrooms are so good. Pizza is good. Haven’t had any complaints yet.

My experience was quick and simple here. I wanted wings and I saw from my search online that this place had some. I called the order in advance, and then I went to pick them up.I ordered two of their wings: the hot and spicy wings and the sweet and sour wings. Both sauces were basic in flavor; it was not anything that was special recipe or unique. The wings were decent sized and well cooked.The service quick and easy. When I got there, I walked around to see what other snacks were available. I ended up being drawn to the ice cream freezer and chips. After my little detour, I went up to the cashier and told him that I was also picking up the wings order that was placed over the phone. He had them ready, and I was good to go after checkout. I would probably go back here to order more wings again.

These guys make you feel like family. More than just a handy spot for your favorite regulated beverages. The pizza, breadsticks and chicken tenders are all top-notch. They bat .1000 against our continued requests for extra marinara sauce for the breadsticks from the picky eaters in our squad. They always say hello and are very friendly. Love going here and look forward to continuing to support a local business.

A great place to stop for your beer, wine, liquor and various items. They make a fabulous pizza with garlic butter crust that reminds my wife of the pizza that she used to get in Oklahoma City when she was younger that she loved. Your choice of toppings which are many. Everyone that I know around here gets their pizza from Alan Ds. They also have many other freshly made food available such as burritos, fried chicken, cold subs, and much more. Very friendly and helpful staff too, which you quickly get to know and enjoy talking to them. They are so appreciative of your patronage there, and they dont hesitate to mention that to you.

Awesome find!! We ordered chicken wings, pepperoni pizza, and Hawaiian pizza cooked well done. Everything was cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. Nice cashier carried my order out to the car for me. Friendly service was appreciated. We will come back again.

Ive been going to Alan D for a little over a year now. I buy beer, liquor, and snacks, Etc. Im in there once or twice a week and they all know my face by now. Today I walked in there with a coupon and they refused to take it. I was kind of shocked because Ive never heard of that in all of my life. Instead of being nice about it, the guy literally yelled at me in front of a bunch of customers. I was completely and totally embarrassed. When I said that maybe Id take my business elsewhere, he said fine. When I asked if it was worth losing a customer over a coupon, he simply stated I dont care. Wow. That is some really crappy customer service. I will never, ever go back in there again, I will find another party store where they will treat me like a human being.

Definitely the best party store around. Theres a great selection of craft beer, including some that are often hard to find elsewhere. They guys that work there are awesome, and seem to really care about their customers. Theyve offered to special order things in the past if its not something they normally stock, which is pretty cool. Pizza is great too!

I have been coming here for years the service never fails to disappoint! Today I went in for my usual vodka and tonic lime and they were out of the lime flavor so the gentlemen behind the counter went above and beyond and cut me a fresh lime I am so happy! What a great start to a Saturday night. I highly recommend this place if I could rate it more than 5 stars i would! Alan, Alex and everyone else that works here goes above and beyond to ensure great service. The 5 pc wing meal with fries is the way to go. Meals that would cost upwards of $15 at other places are only about 5-6 bucks depending on what you good.Tldr: Great food and service. These guys treat you like family

Alan d liquor is a family owned store with ma and pop running the show in the mornings. They are very friendly with every customer making you feel right at home even Alan and Alex running the show at night time you still get the at home family feeling. Always have great fresh wings, chicken and pizza. This is the only store I stop at while im in town. Good people great business.

Ive lived on this stretch of Auburn Road for 29 years, and cant believe Im just now discovering Alan Ds store. I would never have gone anywhere else if Id known sooner how clean and friendly the atmosphere is there, and I feel like a valued customer every time. If youve only known its previous incarnation, which I believe was called The In N Out by its former proprietors, then you should stop in sometime and see what a respectable Rochester Hills institution Alan n his brother Alex have made out of this place. I simply cant endorse this business highly enough, so check it out!

This store is outstanding! Ive been coming here for about a year now and its always my familys preferred place for great carry out food. They are extremely clean, and they have great portions. Not only is the food a home run, they have the cheapest prices out of all the local stores in town. State minimum liquor, and extremely reasonable wine and beer prices. The two younger gentlemen are very helpful and make you feel like your business is appreciated when you leave and the parents are just sweethearts. This is our local store and couldnt be anymore satisfied with what they provide!

I went last night after a run to metro airport to grab eggrolls for th family. Got there about 11pm. The kitchen was closed. These guys heated up the fryer and made them for me anyway! My wife and I just moved to the area. Love their wine selection. I didn’t expect them to carry our favorite bottle, and at a better price than what we’ve payed at Costco.

Besides the GREAT food and EXCELLENT service this place really does got everything i need from milk for the baby to smokes for my old lady! we even get lazy and have alex cook us up a few pies every week heck there so delicious my oldest son loves the pizza and wings. without Alan Ds around we would be forced to pay really high prices at wall greens these boys truly do look out for the neighborhood and we couldnt be anymore thankful for them!!!

This is my go to place for my beer, kegs or liquor. Like other reviews have mentioned, if you are looking for something specific and they dont have it, they will order it no problem. Alex and Alan are extremely friendly and actually care about their customers. I have to mention their food too, the pizza and wings are delicious!

They claim over 1,000 different craft brews can be found here, not sure if thats legit or not, but they definitely have more than most other stores!Staff is really helpful and they often times do tastings.One thing to note is they do hold some of their releases for future dates when other stores have run out, this can sometimes be good and sometimes bad, but either way theyre a great store!

I went to this store on my lunch break yesterday to get some pop and I noticed that they sell food. I got a delicious sandwich for me and I got a pizza for my coworkers. we LOVED their food!! I will definitely return to this store not only because they have amazing food, but the workers were very friendly as well.

Im a frequent customer at Alan Ds and never once has the customer service failed me or the other customers I see in the store. Not only do they have a variety of selections to pick from at a great price but they always are sure to make the atmosphere feel like home by greeting each customer by name or by getting to know them. Awesome hot food as well! (I am not an insider, I am truly speaking off of my experiences in this store.)
