Purchased a pool table, bar and pub table with 4 stools as a surprise for my husbands birthday. The service was great! They helped walk me through all the choices and I got everything at a great price!They worked with me to arrange delivery and set up times that allowed me to get things set up while the husband wasnt home.The table and furniture is high quality. They werent pushy at all about selling accessories etc. They were detail oriented even to the point of suggesting a different cover at the last minute (no price difference) just so it matched the color of the table better.They were amazing and I would definitely recommend them!!

WOW! I ordered a Galaxy II Dart Board from this company, and I just have to say, service like this is super super rare these days! The ordering process was so smooth, and the information exchanged was like talking to a family member! Man, talk about customer service! These Matt and all the guys have been amazing since I first walked in. Ive purchased a refurbished pool table that is excellent like new condition, a top of the line dart board and all the accessories! They have given me great deals and have been a world of knowledge when it came to what to get and how to set it up. They dropped off the pool table at my house and I havent stopped playing since. Only problem is whenever I walk in their huge showroom, I want to make another purchase 🤣 I recommend to all my friends and family, come check them out!

Went for a pool cue, wasnt ever pushed to buy an over expensive cue for my experience level. I was recommended an intro cue and given a great deal. Would recommend to anybody looking for pool accessories.

We want to say thanks to the team at Amusement Plus, especially Ed. The pinball machine is in a remote finger lakes area and the service we received was A++++. The pinball machine is 15 years old and Ed knew everything about it and did the repair and serviced the machine inside and out. We cant say enough positive about Amusement Plus. In fact, we are looking to buy a bubble hockey table and we will be buying from them after we had this experience.

Matt was the best! He gave us an honest and very knowledgeable review on their products. We were looking for a billiard cue and they had a huge variety from $10-$300. We were able to test them out.
