My husband and I were delighted with the entire process of buying outside furniture for a deck a couple months ago. Shawn was the sales person who helped us! He never rushed us as we worked hard at picking out material for our chairs. He knew all details of what the company could offer. He also was very kind and sensitive as he expedited delivery. We would return at any time and ask for Shawn to help us.

The store has a variety of hot tubs to choose from. Our sales person Shaun was incredibly knowledgeable of the hot tubs. His expertise was far above the competition!

I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves and gave me clear instructions for use. Our jacuzzi was back ordered, and while I did have to contact Shawn a couple of times to follow up, he did get me the information I was seeking in a timely manner.

If I could give Clover pools 10 stars I would. My wife and I were very impressed and extremely happy with our experience with their entire team. Right from our first visit Liz, our sales person, helped us with our purchase of a in ground Radiant pool. She was very helpful through the whole process and was always followed up on any questions that we had along the way. Then there was Carl and his crew who came out to the house to survey the yard and later installed the pool. I cant say enough about how friendly they were and the professionalism they all displayed. I was amazed at how fast they installed the pool and finished the job in just a few days. I wish every company I did business with was as pleasurable and easy to work with as they were. I emailed Clover late at night and asked for a quote on a Bullfrog Spa. I expected to have to wait a few days for an answer, but to my surprise John Gill from Clover had emailed me early the next morning. He had answered every question I had and gave me a fantastic out the door price. We met with him the following Thursday only to realize he had come in on his day off to accommodate us. The service was so great we purchased an A8 Bullfrog Spa on the spot.This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!!! I plan on going back to Clover to to purchase a new Couch and Shuffle Board in the future.

Went to clover today to get stuff for my pool. Had some questions and of course no one available to help. Went to the counter to see if I could get some help. 2 kids checking people out, one kid just sitting there doing nothing. He looked at me several times but never made any attempt to help.After waiting 5 minutes, a women walks up, the free kid jumps up and says oh I can help you over here and took the women to the other side of the counter.So I dropped my items that I did have and walked out. Went on Amazon and picked everything up that I needed for less money with delivery the next day. I am all for helping the local business - this one just does not value male customers apparently. So if you are a man - shop online.

We like to support local businesses and have been customers for several years. Last year we called several times and left messages regarding an item and never received a call back. Last week my husband was there waited in line for 20 minutes and they didn’t have the part. The guy at the desk was rude and. did not want to be bothered with any other questions or suggestions. Which is very disappointing because we will no longer come to Clover and get the items through Amazon.

Pleasant experience all around. No pressure sales staff that was very knowledgeable. Set up crew was kind and courteous and very skilled. My pool table is set up very nice. I am looking forward to much fun with this table. Would recommend Clover to my family and friends. I have my go to place for my entertainment needs.

Amazing Salesman- Shawn Cudo at the East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY store took great time and care with our spa purchase. Shawn genuinely knew the product and shared same without placing pressure on my husband and I. He answered our questions and provided more information than any of the five other in store (other points of sale) provided to us during our search for our home spa. His continued contact with us as we plan out our home placement of the spa has been impeccable. Purchased a fireplace insert and smoke continuously clouding up the window. This was not normal by any means. Perhaps some minor clouding at the end of the season but the build up was significant. I called their service and they did not see any issues and essentially told me its normal. I just had another local heating company come in and they notice the the units own air vent was never open so a lack of air flow was causing the issue. This is fundamental and it doesnt appear that service people are perhaps trained to adequately service the product they sell. It was disappointing I had to pay someone else to fix the issue that should have been fixed by Clover.

John is a truly a sales professional. He explained all the products we were looking at for patio dining furniture. He was patient as I looked at all of the color samples for sling dining chairs and coordinating fabrics for the cushion furniture . I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the choices. John suggested I go on the Tropitone website to use to see the sling colors on the different style patio dining furniture. It was an excellent suggestion and helped me make my decision easier. I returned the following week with my selection for the Kenzo patio dining set and 11’ umbrella. John handled our transaction with ease. We ended up purchasing the Kenzo Crescent Sofa as well. It was a pleasure working with John. We’re very happy with our choices.

It’s too bad. I grew up in West Irondequoit and our families first pool was from Clover Home Leisure. Since then I’ve frequented the store for all my pool and outdoor furniture needs. Recently I’ve purchase over $10k of furniture from them and the table and chairs in less than a year started chipping and peeling. I called and was directed to Ray who is an amazing at customer service. Unfortunately the product was from overseas and they didn’t receive a response for months on the warranty. It has now been a year that I am still waiting for a replacement for the chairs and table and they still can’t give me a timeframe. Today I spoke to Brian (not so great at customer service and spoke down to me like I was a child), and he told me that he has to wait until he hears from the manufacturer yet again. He said I’ll be in touch in two weeks. I said what if we have nothing in two weeks and he said then you will have to wait until we have an answer. All I want at this point is a refund for the table and chairs so that we can actually enjoy them outside this summer. They won’t give a refund and refuse to do anything at lol at this point. It’s too bad because it’s not like the business it used be which was all about the experience and the customer. I’m saddened because I have memories or being a little boy and running around the store. I’ll never step foot in this store again or refer anyone again has I’ve done so many times in the past.

I bought a pool from them years ago. I have sense moved but my new house has a pool and I go to clover for all my questions and issues! I drive past 3 or 4 other pool stores bc I trust them completely!! They are always willing to answer questions and if the person waiting on you doesn’t know they find someone that will know the answer!! I can’t say enough positives about them. We just had our radiant inground pool installed. From start to finish these guys were amazing. The actual owners are out there in 90 degree heat doing all the hard work. The guy doing the digging has been with clover for like 30 years and knows his stuff. They were early every time and busted their butts to get our pool done. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. All of them went the extra mile to make sure everything was how we wanted it and I can’t speak highly enough about this company and the installers. I would recommend these guys in a second to anybody looking for a pool.

My pool was purchased from clover in 2015. According to my paperwork its still under a pro-rated warranty. It would be nice to find out what my options are but reaching clover right now is literally impossible. Ive called multiple times and emailed multiple times and still have not been able to discuss this with anyone on the phone. I was told through email ( which I can post if needed) that they are very busy right now. Bottom line, if I was purchasing a new pool right now Im sure communication would be no problem. If service after the sale is important then I could not recommend clover. Definitely a disappointment

This place is amazing you never want to leave I could spend days in there. They have everything...Hot Tubs, pools, indoor and outdoor furniture, games, fire pits and tons more!! 25 years ago this wonderful sale person Liz sold me my Hot Springs jacuzzi which still works today I gave it to my nephew last year and I went to Clover and bought my second 2018 Hot Springs jacuzzi from Liz and of course everything went so smooth from me buying my hot tub to the delivery. Hot tubs came along way since my 1st one 25 years ago but Liz made sure to show and teach me all the new features and technology. They treated my family and I so good that when we decided to get a Radiant pool this year I knew where I was going we went to Clover sat down with Liz again she educated us on pools and pumps and everything we needed to know in making our decision. The day we bought our pool at Clover they had our yard dug the pool built and my family was swimming in it in less then 3 weeks almost 10 sooner then what Liz told us. Im not saying they can always do that with everyone, but they push hard and keep on top of things for there customers to get there dreams delivered as quickly as possible. I will never shop anywhere else seriously why would I you can not get better selections and service! The only problem I have when I go to Clover is I cant get my 12 year old daughter out of there. Hey, its somewhat pricey, but they only sell the best stuff and theyre super friendly.Update: Because some of my comment was misinterpreted, let me try and restate. If you want the best stuff, it costs more, but prices are inline with other places. They only have nice stuff at Clover. For instance, I bought some heavy duty lawn chairs there, probably 18 years ago. I still have them. Its all good stuff.

My fiancee and I are looking to get a hot tub. We were hoping to get one this year, but it will have to wait until next year. However, with that being said, we went into Clover, and found that the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! It has been a long time since I went into Clover (I was a kid back then). Since then, they have expanded (from my knowledge anyway). They not only have pools and spas, but they also have pool tables and accessories, patio furniture sets, bars for both indoors and outdoors, and furniture (more geared towards comfort or theater type settings). The place was very clean and the gentleman who helped us gave us all the information we needed to help us pick out a hot tub!

John Gill made the whole thing simple. He knows whats hes selling and had the answers to any questions we had. Definitely a go-to guy.

OK I have never purchased a spa from here yet. But if it were time to do that I would not hesitate. Why? I bought a used spa that wasnt working and have repeatedly needed their assistance in finding the right pips, fittings and spa what not. They are very patient with me and I could not have made it work with out them.

We purchased our Viking spa in late July and it was delivered mid-August. Our salesman Chris is highly knowledgeable about hot tubs and their product line and has been great in helping us determine exactly what we’ve needed. He was not pushy with us and was great at communicating all the steps we needed to take to have it installed and inspected. The after-purchase service has been excellent and I highly recommend Chris and Clover if you’re looking for a hot tub.

Unprofessional experience with clover. 1) Our pool was in sitting in the store with NO phone call from our salesman Sean, we had to call the store ourself to find out if our pool was available to be dropped off and was told your pool has been in and your salesman was supposed to contact you, 2) our pool gets delivered with multiple things missing, such as the ladder, chemicals and our vacuum, no notification that these items were even on back order. 3) call the store to speak to our salesman as we are new pool owners and wanted to know what exactly we needed to do and where the missing things were. Our salesman Sean tells us just pour chlorine in it, if you want help you can come into the store, im not helping you over the phone absolutely unprofessional to tell a customer just to pour chlorine into a pool. We originally planned on going to ACEs and im so disappointed we did not as they were so much more helpful over the phone. The only professional person we dealt with was our pool installer whos just an outside contractor they use. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use clover for any of their needs. Ashamed I spent over $5,000 for a pool with them.

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about the people who work here. They have been a tremendous help keeping my pool crystal clear. The selection of indoor and outdoor furniture shocked me, but has turned into one of my favorite places to look around.

Worst customer service ever. I bought and paid for a glider. When it was delivered it was just a love seat and a different brand. I called the store and they said the salesman made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. the piece I thought I was getting was much more expensive Bottom line. They took it back and would not stand behind the original sale. A very disappointing experience. I was going to buy the rest of the set when our deck is finished and a hot tub. Not now. The manager, Tom, has no authorityAmazon has set the bar on customer service and this place can not live up to it.

Great customer service. I was looking for a specific part for my pool and the couldnt find it, so they took my name and number to call me back. They actually called back and found what I was looking for. They were very helpful.

I purchased a pool at the end of the season and unfortunately, after the city permit was secured, found we needed a smaller pool. Shawn Cudo at Clover helped me every step of the way. He promptly answered all my questions (via email) and made himself available then, now, and going forward. If I had trouble reaching a sub contractor, I went to Shawn and immediately got calls back. I had the pleasure to work for Clover and I can honestly say I enjoyed going to work there every day. Everyone there from the owner down is friendly and extremely easy to get along with on a daily basis. Their customer service and support in getting out pool up and running each year has made us loyal customers for life! Brian is the best!!!We also ended up getting our sofa set there. It was better and cheaper than other places we looked.

Worst experience ever! We bought the spa and were told it just happened to be in stock at the store. 2 weeks later when we call to schedule the install were told it wasnt in stock and was ordered and will be here in 2 weeks. Call back again 3 times to speak to our sales person because hes not returning our calls. Finally get hold of a manger and find out it wasnt ordered. So its ordered again. Call back in 3 weeks again go through the issue of no one returning my calls again. Finally told its not there and is in San Diego, call in a few day later speak to a manager again he says its in Mexico. So finally after 8 weeks and 4 days its gets delivered. Ive had to call back again and still waiting on a return call because the only paperwork is our receipt from paying. Maybe it all online but no one has told us. Three times I asked to speak to an owner or senior manger about this but I guess they dont care or it wasnt passed on.

I called Clover because I was having trouble getting my spa chemicals balanced. The woman on the phone was so nice. She said to bring in all the chemicals I was using along with a water sample and they would check everything and give me some recommendations and let me know how I should be using the chemicals. When I actually went there it was a totally different story. They checked my water with the same kit I had at home. The only feedback I got was my alkalinity was high. The young man told me to let it rain in the tub. I told him this was an ongoing issue maintaining the chlorine levels. He shrugged and told me to drain it. I asked him about my chemicals and he told me to just add chlorine twice a week. I went to the back to buy filters and the line was so long I waited 15 minutes and had to leave. The place was clean and had a great selection. I was just sad the service wasnt better.

Clover is the only place I go for my pool and hot-tub needs. Carl, Chris and the entire Clover team are super knowledgeable, courteous and I never feel like I’m buying chemicals that I do not need. I would highly recommend you head to Irondequoit to give these guys a try!

Our 24 foot pool was installed June 6th. Within a week, I called the installer regarding some small leaks with the pump. He said he was busy and he or someone from Clover would be over to fix it. I am still waiting after nearly 2 months. Then, the other day, the return line split. It looked like the mist from Niagara Falls! Went to Clover yesterday and picked up a new hose. It also leaks. Went back today to get another hose and guess what? It also leaks!!!!! Not happy!

Kevin was very helpful and gave us great information about our purchase. We appreciated the space he also gave us to talk it over! Great first experience!

Unfortunately bought our pool here and was trying to buy a hot tub but the sales people were just too busy and I had to purchase elsewhere. If you ever thought some used car salesmen were bad, wait until you visit Clover. They can be completely disrespectful and patronizing. Luckily the workers at the front desk and the installers have always been helpful and friendly.

Had an overall positive experience purchasing a patio set and fire pit. The sales staff worked with us, answered our questions, knew the products. There was a delivery issue on the first attempt, but Clover took care of it the next morning for us, sent folks out from the store a couple of times immediately.. Kids will love the new set..

No gimmicks, no misleading promises. Straight knowledgeable answers. We bought a sectional from Clovers and we love it. Very comfortable and easy to clean. We will definately be checking them out for more purchases in the future.

Last year I bought a pool, it was installed when they said it would be, and we use it. Thats about it. No problems for me. I walked in there not knowing anything about pools, and Kevin took the time to go through the various options, different technologies, and let me decide for myself what I felt would be best. I even ended up ordering a pool that turned out was going to be too large after the installer came for the initial field visit. They gracefully adjusted my order to the next size down, and gave me the difference back in cash, and it did not delay my order or installation.
