Poor service experience with Nigel, the store manager. Wouldn’t return a $300+ book that was in perfectly good condition within the first week of classes. Get your books and access codes online through the actual websites instead of going through them.

Ordered my book codes online, and the order took a full day to be processed and readied for me. That was okay, but they were also very unorganized, maybe not by their own fault, but I noticed the line took a little while and they were definitely struggling to find the orders. Not sure what the problem was. So, availability was good, organization and service, not so much. Additionally, the day before, I dealt with an employee who wasnt the friendliest or most helpful, at the online pickup desk. Very matter-of-fact.

Try to buy somewhere else first. The prices are high and they often try to make you buy things you dont need for your classes by recommending them. Like for orgo 1 and 2 you only really need the textbook. They try to make you buy the textbook a study guide set and a modelling kit along with other study sheets. You dont need any of this except the textbook and even that is probably online somewhere.Lines are usually long when you need them so try to go when no other students would be thinking about it (presemester start).

Extremely Disappointed with this service. I was given an ambiguous return policy upon purchase, and when I attempted to return a fully shrink wrapped untouched item, they told me it was too late. I spent an hour on the phone with their managers, wasting my time for a refund on an item I didnt need for class. It is their goal to sell you more than you need, and dont even think about returning it!
