I went through three sizes on a pair of heavy-duty Cofra boots before finding the perfect fit and they had each size option ready to wear. Overall a great experience!

There are a lot of reasons this place is great, and why I will be a dedicated patron for a long time to come. Andrew was incredibly helpful! I went into the store thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, and quickly realized all my internet research couldn’t hold a candle to a quality in-person visit. Talking through the features that I wanted in a boot, with Andrew, and through trying on a handful of pairs, in the end I walked away with the best possible boot for me, and it was a boot I’d never even looked at online!On my second visit, I stopped in to see what boot care products they carried, since I wanted my new investment to last as long as possible. Not only did I get some Sno-Seal for my boots, but I also picked up an incredibly comfortable pair of insoles. I gave Andrew a glance that said, “Why didn’t you tell me about these before?!” which he picked up on, and responded, “I didn’t want to make you think I was a trying to just upsell you.” And honestly, that was pretty wise and spot on. So if you see this, try the upgraded insoles!So, not only are you supporting an awesome, local, family owned business, but you’re getting a great price too. Give these people your business so they stick around. Again, nothing beats in-person boot shopping.

My first visit to Blue Collar in Henrietta. The Associate, Andrew, was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The selection in my larger size and company requirements was far beyond Red Wing ( 1 basic style is not a selection). We were not able to find a work boot to work for my unique feet. I still give 5 stars because Andrew even went the extra mile to find the shoe I already had, checking at other locations and at other online stores.

Stopped into the store while visiting friends in Rochester. The staff was super helpful and nice...which I find is rare in retail anymore! I ended up buying a few long sleeve work shirts for my dad who is always working outside in the cold. I definitely recommend this store!

This is THE place for work wear in Rochester. They stock an outstanding range of sizes and boot models. As well as all your specialty gear. High vis, FR, and clothes for all the weather youll find in NY State.I spent 30 minutes shopping online and couldnt find an equal let alone better price on the boots I bought.

I walked in with an idea of what I was looking for, but the clerk ( I forget her name :( ) helped me with some choices and ultimately found me a lightweight pair of steel toe shoes that I was happy with. If I ever need another pair of shoes for work, this is my one stop shop! So many brands to choose from I doubt youd walk away unsatisfied.

I was told they offered a union discount.When I bought my boots, the clerk said they only give union discounts on clothing, not boots.Whatever.I bought the boots anyway, only to find that they were EE.I took them back and asked for a D...I was told that they only carry EE.Not going back.

Friendly folks and a large selection of work boots and shoes. Ive always had trouble finding the specific boots that work requires (steel toe, SD1, slip resistant), but they had a number of different styles and brands available for shipping, and on hand. I hope they do well in Rochester!
