Their pricing is very competitive.The install crew, including Josh, Tommy, and Curtis were very professional, neat, and quiet.Our floors look great.We’ve already recommended Messner to two of our neighbors.

Great shopping experience. The store hours are limited, Mon thru Sat 9-5, but make the time to go there. The gentleman that was working was so incredibly helpful. We are shopping for wood or vinyl flooring. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. They have a great selection of colors and finishes. He allowed us to take a huge sample home so we could see it in our own lighting. Prices are really fair. Did not act like a salesman. They dont make commission, so he didnt push anything on us. We are definitely buying from there!

We chose Messner Flooring because of the reviews. We had them replace carpeting in a Great room, 3 bedrooms and a hallway. They suggested to do the job on a Friday/Monday. This worked out great due to the fact we had to move furniture around. This gave us the weekend to move our stuff. They even cut the scraps in manageable lengths for the disposal company! Very professional!

This is long overdue and for that we are sorry. We were trying to decide between hard wood or LVP for our entire first floor. We had been all over trying to determine what would be best. The men at Messner’s, Andrew and Christo were GREAT! They were patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The guarantee and cost were excellent. When the guys came to install, they had our 4 different floors out in a day and were so neat and clean. Our main two installers, Josh and Kyle were simply the best. I was having some anxiety with the colors once they started, but they assured me it would be fine and if not, they would fix it. It was more than fine, it was wonderful. We absolutely love our new flooring. The guys were neat, very experienced, and we could not have asked for a better install. We decided to go to Messner Flooring based on internet reviews and went to the Greece store to see what they had. We had no idea what kind of flooring we wanted. The salesman we dealt with was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to help us select a type of flooring wed never even thought of for a very reasonable price.Next, they sent over another polite, professional gentleman to do the actual measuring up and final estimate. He was able to answer all of our questions and put us at ease with our decision.Finally - and only a few weeks later - our floor was installed by a very friendly and professional young man who did an outstanding job.I would highly recommend Messner Flooring to anyone looking to have this type of work done. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we will absolutely be going back to them when we do our kitchen floor next year.

Stopped into Messner Flooring after being unhappy with the customer service we recieved at Home Depot. Shawn was very helpful assisting me in the store. He was able to match carpet for me to an old sample I had that was no longer being made. He saved me a substantial amount of money from what we were going to pay at Home Depot. The carpet came in and was installed in one week from the day it was ordered. The installers, Dave and Adriana did an excellent job. We will definitely use Messner Flooring in the future and highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service! Andrew went above and beyond not only picking out the carpet that was right for us but helping with some Coretec trim. Knowledgeable, quick, and not pushy at all. Will go back to them without question.
