We are so extremely pleased with the carpet that we had put around our ingrown pool. They did an incredible job leveling the concrete underneath and filling in gaping holes. Their attention to detail is outstanding and their work ethic is fantastic. I have never seen guys work so hard and meticulously especially in 90+ degree weather. Bob is like a machine, Mike is a hard worker with personality plus. Tom seems to call the shots, and he is right on target knowing exactly what we wanted. Joe did a nice job with our estimate, and Jamie in the office was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Service after the install has also been amazing. So pleased with our indoor/outdoor carpet . Andy was superb yet again. After he did such an excellent job for us 3 years ago, we came back to him for a bigger job. His patient, friendly consultations helped us get the right products and measurements. Jamie in the office is highly organized, warm and a great communicator. Installers Mike and Jake were thoughtful, professional and so easy to have in our home. We couldn’t ask for more!

Saw the rave reviews for Wagner Carpets and decided to pay them a visit. Andy was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and was super chilled and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. I wanted wall to wall carpets and when Andy came out to measure he advised against that because it would have cost an arm and a leg. So on his recommendation I went for area rugs. And boy he wasn’t wrong! They look amazing with the flooring. We get so many compliments on the Jazzy for the living room (and Mixter for the bedroom, reading room and office). I find myself sitting on the floor a lot more because it’s the best carpet I’ve ever had. Jamie’s idea for making snow angels in the Jazzy is awesome! Thanks guys for being wonderful and bringing some home comforts of Britain (the land of carpets!) to Hilton! Wouldn’t hesitate to order/recommend Wagner’s. You’re the best.
