Extremely satisfied ! Customer service was excellent and offered many suggestions. Prices are very reasonable compared to other opticians. The wait time to receive my glasses was within an hour. I will definitely be returning and will certainly advise others to do so. A+ rating! ☺

Every employee was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were patient and supportive as my 12 year old tried many styles. Once selected and paid for, the glasses were complete in 27 minutes! Strongly recommend Eyemart. Considering making them my new full time eye care provider!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. This is one of the only shops in town that regularly turns my glasses out quickly (usually within 24 hours) and they have frames that fit my large head. Ive been getting glasses here for years now and the quality of service hasnt changed.

Nina, the woman on the sales floor, was rude and condescending to my mother and I yesterday around 2:30 when we came in to buy glasses. Her tone and attitude got so bad that we felt extremely uncomfortable and abruptly left without making our purchase.Attrocious customer service!They have absolutely no system for keeping the sample glasses sanitary before each customer uses them unlike when we went to LensCrafters after who sanitizes each pair after they are tried on.They did have a good selection and current styles, so I threw two stars.Will not be back and will recommend others to stay away as well.

Firts time dr was great got my glasses perfect cost way more than said and couldnt use coupon. I was ok with rhat paid 250 for glasses i can wear. After couple months i wanted a framless because i was tripping and your blonde receptionist helped pick ones out i really didnt care for kinda pushed them. I orderes a second pair on line with extra stuff same price could get adjusted right so i went back to get them adjusted or checked to see if lenses are wrong. We can do that she says. Um i was just there drove 2 hours to get problem fixed. Nope we cant adjust them we will brake them especially frameless. So you cant look at lenses either? No you didnt get here. Mind you i paid 250 plus eye exam coyple months ago i just wanted different frame type. I was all set to buy new lenses there knowing it would be another 200 to have them right but because you refused to even look at them i wont recommend anyone else to waste their time.

I was on vacation from Fort Walton Beach Florida and I broke my glasses and I went to Walmart in Chilli N.Y and I was told that they didnt do out of town prescriptions... After searching on the internet I found EyeMart Express in Rochester NY on Jefferson Road... Everything was done with perfection and excellence. I do have Blue Cross Blue shield and VSP insurance.. but I was told they do not take it! I decided to pay cash... I have been wearing glasses for 60 years so I decided to pay cash... I got a pair of glasses and sunglasses for less than $500... My sunglasses and glasses were done in less than 1 hour! Wonderful job 👍🏼

Went with a friend to get a new pair of glasses and Nina was rude curt and overcharged my friend glasses and when asked about charges we were received with curt answers or incomplete ones she did offer to redo the frames but that’s not what my friend wanted to know she was on her phone disengaged with the customers and honestly made my friend very uncomfortable and with the political climate going on and as an two black people we felt as if it was little bit of judgement going on. What really left a bad taste in my friends mouth was they tried to tell her that she has a left over balance from last year and her insurance didn’t cover it and they just chopped it up as a loss As a glasses wearer for over 15 years I’ve never in my days seen a customer get pressed about an left over Balance that wasn’t there thanks to Nina my friend or I I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GLASSES PLACE.

Eyemart Express in Rochester, NY has an incredible team. Within ten seconds of walking in, the manager, Todd, greeted me. He was working with another client but told me it would be just another minute. He was right. Within literally two minutes of arriving, Todd had me signed-in for the eye exam and was showing me frames.The doctor who saw me was professional, clearly experienced, and patient with me as I couldnt tell whether option 1 or option 2 looked more clear. He advised beyond just offering a simple prescription, which was very helpful.I found the perfect pair of frames, the right lens type, and they told me it would take 40-50 MINUTES. I received a text 20 minutes later informing me the glasses were done.For the low price I paid and the amount of time it took, I was skeptical of quality. These are, by far, my best and favorite pair of glasses.To Todd and his team: thank you for a really great experience!

The optometrist was very professional, and the customer service was excellent. I am a fan of large and unusual frames and wish that there was even just a small offering of those types. I did make due with a pair of nice sunglass frames that were modified with regular clear lenses. Ive got cat eyes now!

I went there to get a replacement pair of eyeglasses they have a huge selection courteous staff. I paid for them and asked what time tomorrow could I pick them up to my surprise she said not tomorrow today. The glasses were done within 40 minutes!!! I went to the Henrietta store in Jefferson Rd in Rochester, NY. Nina was wonderful! She modeled herself to fit my personality, and was relaxed and unhurried. She was a treasure! The manager at that store was quite welcoming and attentive to all that was going on in his store. Great experience!

My order was processed in a timely manner and my glasses were ready earlier than expected. I was pleasantly surprised by my Eyemart Express. I had always used my ophthomologists in-house shop but when I moved my new doctor didnt offer that service. I was a little Leary of using a mass marketer but I am very pleased with my new glasses. The shop was modern, the frame selection was massive and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I chose my frames and went to lunch and they called saying my glasses were ready before I was finished with NY meal. I will definitely use this Eyemart Express in the future and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I recently went in like last month to get new glasses. Everyone in there was more that helpful and very courteous. Well I had lost a pair when I went on vacation and my other pair had broken due to rough housing with my sons, so I took them in to fix my broken pair and they did without hesitation... I had a great experience obtaining a new script for glasses and a contact exam. Dr. Bohdan Jemetz is great. He thoroughly explained the process with transitioning into multi-focal lenses (Im getting old). He was very professional, polite and informative. I left his office happy and met with a Eyemart Express team member for my glasses. I had already picked my frames.... No frills, No BS, No nonsense... She told me what it would cost and she grabbed the lenses I needed. She told me I would get a text within the hour when my glasses were ready for pickup. It was 20 minutes. I came back and they fitted me in 5 minutes. DONE. I asked if they take old glasses for donation and gave my old pair to them. GREAT place....

Very friendly service. Walked in with a script from my eye doctor. She asked if I planned on using my insurance. She looked my plan up to see what I was eligible for. I came back with 3 different sets of (2 each) frames and she looked up each combination to see what the cost would be. With my insurance I was able to get a free pair of glasses and 2 more frames. Was told it would take an hour to get my glasses, they texted me 20 mins later and all 3 pairs were ready. I got prescription sunglasses from them last year. Amazing quality at affordable prices.

Unbelievable ! A year ago I bought two pairs for their 76.80 cents out the door tax and all in less than 30 minutes. New persciptuon went back last week and bought two more pairs for the same price and want back again this week and bought two more pairs and one of them sun glasses for 30 bucks more. I have awesome pairs of sunglasses for under two hundred dollars, thats less than what I payed for Ive paid for one pair at Sams club a couple years ago. I ordered glasses. They told me they would be ready in 7 - 10 working days. Gave them my home and work number. Waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Finally I called to check on them. The girl said - they have been here. I said that I was waiting and never notified. She said - we send a text. I said I dont have a cell phone. She said - thats why then - we send a text! Really? $350 and they cant pick up a phone and call? Everyone does not have a cell phone.

There was a little mix up on location where I wanted my daughters glasses to get done and they were very professional about it. Got them done right away and service was amazing! Both Todd and Alessa at the Henrietta location were great. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Eyemart my glasses were inexpensive and I didnt like the first pair they change them to a different pair love my glasses wouldnt change them for the world.

Was referred to Eyemart and just amazed at how quick the service was. 2 pairs of glasses cost less than $160 and were ready for pickup in under 25 minutes - seriously! Great experience overall.

The showroom was very large with a wide selection to choose from. The staff were very friendly and the prices were very affordable. I will definitely shop there again.

1 Right glasses - well they do have an adequate selection of frames.2 Right price - of hundreds of frames, only about a dozen are at the low advertised price. Everything is up-sold; frames, lenses, coatings, etc.3 Right now - nope. At least a week, maybe 2 or 3.

Online (Zenni) is better. Clean place. Professional optometrist. Maybe theyre fast but thats it. Confusing pricing schemes that make you buy what you dont want or need. They make themselves sound so good well you only pay $12 extra for a whole extra pair.Well some people just want their prescription and a cheap pair. Stop trying to upsell and make even more money than you already do. Go to zenni optical or another online retailer for glasses, thats the cheapest way to do it in 2019

If I could give zero stars I would! Taking over 2 weeks almost 3 to get my glasses!!!! Never in my life have I had to wait this long!!! Its not at all express!!!! And I spent almost $600 because I ordered the high index lenses. I kinda just wanna get a refund and order elsewhere.

Went there in the morning, picked up two pair of glasses in the afternoon for $38 plus a little extra for an anti scratch coating. Very good quality, will definitely go again.

Exceptional!!!!! Paying less does not mean less service with this eye mart location! I have a somewhat uncommon eye issue, that I have had trouble my whole life getting the correct presciption for. So, as always I was apprehensive about going to eye mart, however, I found that there was NO need for concern! Dr. Rashida Clarke was AMAZING!!! She was truly interested in what I had to say and all my concerns. She was the BEST eye Dr. I have ever had! (and I have been to some very expensive eye DR.s) Dr. Clarke got my eye prescription perfect!!! However, it didnt end there, I proceeded to go over to pick out frames and met Todd Klaric (Genereal Manager). He was the most accommodating, FRIENDLY, helpful person ever!!! I could tell he was truly interested in helping me to have the best service and experience possible and he succeeded!!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND just good customer service! I cannot say enough about the team at Henrietta Eyemart Express and I have absolutely NO complaints!!!!!! I am now a lifetime customer and have already highly recommended this location to friends and family!!! If you need eyesore, this is the place to go!!! After decades of going to premium optician chains I found myself needing an eye exam and glasses at a budget price (Im going through limited income scenario at present and need to meet vision requirement for drivers license renewal). I came upon Eyemart online simply through happenstance and had serious doubts but I needed to do what I needed to do and could afford to do. I was 100% pleased from-beginning-to-end with my experience: at reception Aaron was courteous and friendly, the examining doctor, Dr. Rashida Clarke, was simply the most professional and personable optometrist I have ever had the pleasure to work with (Im about to turn 56 and have used corrective lenses since teens so that says a lot), Nina the optician was lovely (another fellow who attended to me initially, whose name I forget, was also helpful), and finally the General Manager, Todd Klaric, was attentive and made it clear my satisfaction was important and I should reach out to him with any issue that might arise. The glasses were ready in under 20 minutes (thanks to the fellow who installed lenses/prepped frames). I went for the very budget-conscious offer of $39 eye exam and 2-for-$39 glasses, admittedly not the best of frames and no extras on lenses -- but they are good enough if one does not wear them during athletic or strenuous activities and I can now see very well. I left committing to what I told them initially: if I was pleased with this initial experience Id make Eyemart my regular spot for eye care needs, buy pricier frames when I was in a position to do so, and tell friends and family about this specific Eyemart location. This was a top-notch experience and I am very pleased.

Well service was GREAT but Im not sure if its because they are plastic lenses but Its TOTALY IMPOSSIBLE to wear them at night. The GLARE from the oncoming head lights is terrible.

Husband went had an appointment. Glasses werent done in an hour. Picked tgem up the next day. They were awful. Went back in next day no one helped him. Left glasses and receipt and walked out. A guy called him back and said he couldnt help him. Call or come in tomorrow! Disgusted!

As a 65 YO I hoped to get a bigger, better looking pair of glasses. I had the eye exam, my prescription had changed slightly. I chose a frame.Glasses were delivered the same day but no one told me theyd be progressive lenses. ( I never asked for progressive lenses ). The new lenses were not as good as my three year old scratched-up glasses and yet were more expensive than a standard lense.I could not see as well up close nor as well for distance.I then complained asked for fixed lenses (like my older lenses.)Finally they retested my vision and made an adjustment, then cut still another set of lenses.Still, these latest glasses are not as good as my old glasses. I finally went on line and researched lense distortion and focal range .Turns out the new glasses are wider and thus have thicker lenses. Thats part ofthe problem.The real problem though is this stores poor communications with customers . Customers need to be involved in all discussion and decisions over the trade-offs in various lense types.As it stands for me, my ancient scratched -up glasses are still better for both up close and distance vision than the new eymart express glasses.
