Wow the staff here is so nice! Really warm and personable. I walked in to see if they could replace a replacement lens Id purchased for my sunglasses and they did it pro gratis. If theyre this helpful to someone just dropping in I can only imagine the great care they give their patients!

I highly recommend Lifetime Eye Care. The staff there are super friendly, and you can get in and out faster than any other Eye Care place within a 20 mile radius.

Staff provided directions when I had difficulty with finding their location. Its easier to see coming from the East side of town. I was easily over 5 minutes late for my appointment, but was treated kindly and not rushed. They are well organized and efficient. I had wonderful assistance with finding a frame that felt comfortable and had picked one out in less than 15 minutes! I have always been left alone to choose my own frames and it has taken me up to an hour. This was wonderful and I felt at ease, instead of stressed.

I googled eye care and and read the reviews and decided to check it out for my self. During the exam they explained more and gave me suggestions more than any other company has. Very accurate on prescription. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be back again.

If you have really good insurance, youll be fine. If you happen to have MinnesotaCare, etc you might want to go somewhere that isnt angry about accepting it

It was our first time seeing Dr. Katoozi and she is fabulous! I highly recommend her for children (and adults too)! She is so sweet and fun (and, of course, knowledgeable and good at what she does)!

I have not once had an eye care provider who got my contact prescription right. I didn’t even know that until I went here and got my trial contacts. They got my contact prescription right, and I really felt included as part of the process. I can’t wait to see how accurate my new glasses prescription is too!Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, and the facility was COVID-level clean and maintained. Their fully disinfected rooms were clearly marked, which made me feel even more cared for.I just moved here, so finding the right providers is so very important to me. I really lucked out with my choice of eye care provider.

Pleasant, direct, efficient; despite being on a low, fixed income, I dont experience Shaming by the staff. As I understand the office has been fairly recently renovated & Ive dated an architect, I specifically can say that theres an open floor plan thats SUPER relaxing. Lastly, it was snowy, icy on the day of my first appointment; clients should be assured theres a nice ramp that leads from the parking area below.

Had a great experience here. It was easy to schedule, the eye exam was quick and easy, and I got some amazing photos of my eyes as well! They also had a good variety of glasses to choose from, if you want to try on frames and/or order glasses directly from them.

Carmyn was my intake person. She possesses great bed-side manner. She was helpful and engaging.

Dr. Heggestad is wonderful. Not pushy or rushing. Even my 2yo daughter loved her first eye exam. Excellent technicians as well. Very excited to have them as our family eye care. Very easy location. The building and resources are very nice to.

The optician took the time to patiently explain all the lense options and the quality of the lenses has been superior.Dr. Courtney Sivertson came in on off hours to help my wife through two eye emergencies.
