This place is so awesome...the store is very very clean and organized...all staff members and managers are very friendly and helpful from time of entering the store to leaving..the prices are terrific....cant wait to shop there again.

Very nice Holiday hobby items under stock. Christmas trees ornaments other holiday items decorative on thére way out. Halloween n fall items also on full display. Staff need to a little more friendly and willing to help. Dont gathering groups. A greeting person on off would be nice.

Hobby Lobby is beautifully setup. The staff were more than friendly and were helpful in providing the exact location for stuff I was looking for. The store is immaculate in size and has almost every craft and hobby you are pursuing.

Its a huge store and fortunately I was there to help push.Extensive selection of artificial flowers seemed pricy but they did have exactly what we were looking for. Art supplies had a much smaller area but again they had what we were looking for at a reasonable price.Hobby Lobby? I have so many hobbies that they have nothing or little for. Arts & Craft Lobby should be more fitting. For arts and crafts: four stars.

Staff are great to talk to locate items in store but sale prices on items need to be very specific for sale items. I spent $100 thinking items where 50 - 30 percent off. No, bait and switch game.

Im so grateful that this location has opened up. The layout is pretty much the same as the Webster location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Check their weekly ad online for their deals and a 40% coupon that you can use for 1 regular priced item.

This place has stuff other craft stores dont have. Nice selection of home and garden decor, fabric, huge scrap booking selection and the largest assortment of charms and jewelry making items. As well as stained glass making which other stores do not have at all. Metal and glass containers and more. They carry much of their own brands which is a nice less expensive but good quality alternative compared to cricut, Wilton, and the like which is great.

I am happy to see a store carrying die cast model kits again however many items are overpriced and inconsistently priced went in on Friday to Watertown location and purchased several model kits for $14 to $18 went to Rochester location on Sunday (they were closed. My fault, should have checked the hours before an hour drive) returned Monday and same model kits were $27 to $32. explained the situation to the staff about the price last week and their response was not this week, maybe try again next week. think this is a decent store with some great items if you dont mind paying (not many great deals) Do have to give credit that they had a rustic TV stand that my s/o fell in love with. I purchased but again, overpriced at $280 for an MDF stand.

Awesome selection. Used several items (Paint/Brushes) in my live painting and performance at the Rochester Public Market on First Friday. Hobby Lobby has come through again on me finding critical items for my shows.

I Love Hobby Lobby. Especially this new location is Huge. They really stage everything nicely with theme. Which to me makes it much easier to find what your looking for or get caught up with certain styles. Very good job. Things are well organized, great prices and so many discount offered. Just make sure you read the label. This rooster picture I found was actually discounted for 40% off. Absolutely love it. Husbands be warned...your wives might break the bank with impulse buys. But for furnishings and decorating a home. Its great

Mark in the frame department did an amazing job framing some art work that was drawn up for a dog that had passed away. He was a perfectionist and the frame shows! Very helpful and nice to work with! I even changed my mind on frames after he had paperwork all written up and he was very reassuring that I was not a bother unlike most people would do. Thanks Mark!!! 🙌🏻

My first visit to the store, it opened maybe 10 months ago. Located on Jefferson Street, Henrietta, Rochester, NY. Open Spacious parking, the shop is wide with high ceilings, sparking clean, merchandise neatly stacked, loved the spaciousness. I bought batik fabric, was reasonably priced.

Was looking for some room decor ideas so I could surprise my son and never heard of such a store- OMG Ive been missing out they have everything that has to deal with home decor from furniture to wall art to craft items. A true Gem. Employees were very polite and had great customer service skills. They were even were able to explain and pitch me on ideas on how to even turn his room into a true marvel boy cave. I cant wait until its revealed to him. A go to store if you are big on your home decor.

Newly opened location here in Rochester. They had an item (tiny turn buttons) that I wasnt able to find in an old hardware store. It was very nice to be able to purchase these without having to wait days for them to arrive by mail. I will definitely return.

Great place with lots of crafts and other stuff. Why in the world do they only have 3 cashiers every time we come? Checking out takes on average 30 mins. I hate to say the checking out alone makes me wanna buy stuff for more $$ on Amazon.

I always see something that starts up my creative juices flowing. The paper section is over flowing with all types, solid or pattern, solid with texture, on and on. Their prices beat Micheals and Joanns, hands down. The plastic chair I saw, I want for my room!

This place has a really extensive selection, but its huge and not signed particularly well on the inside. God help you if you go there to just browse around and hopefully find something. But if you know exactly what youre looking for there is a good chance that theyre going to have it.

HUGE craft, hobby and home décor store. I was surprised about the home goods. The quality isnt great, but its affordable and good if you want to spruce up a place or decorate a childs room, bathroom, man cave, etc. There is something for everyone. I was impressed with the huge selection of puzzles, games, kits, art supplies and needlecrafts. They even have stuff for tatting? Who does that anymore? Its really cool lace-making, btw. I was also impressed with the doll house kits and supplies. My Girl Scout Troop bought one and the girls are going to assemble it and raffle it off for a local charity. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took SO LONG to check out. They had all registers open, but the lines were super long. Im not sure why it takes the cashiers so long, but it was really inconvenient.

Hobby Lobby is hyped up more, than it should be. The customer service is awful, and some of the cashiers are bigoted. They will look you, right in the face, and ask who is next, or call customers, from other lines, before you, after you stood there, in their faces, for 20+ minutes. The inventory, is cheap and overpriced. I will not be returning, and will make sure., to pass this information, on to family, and friends.

I was on crutches and the employees were extremely rude, walking in front of me, cutting me off, not offering any assistance.
