Cameron was very friendly and helpful. Apparently there is currently a paint shortage...they did not have what I needed in Rock Hill. Cameron offered to check with the Ft Mill store and bring it to the Rock Hill store if they have the paint I need. I call that fantastic customer service!

This is the best paint store I’ve ever worked with! They keep up with your paint order history if you need more. They match colors great and the service is always personal.

This place is friendly and the staff keep the store clean. Prices are average, but you can get cool stuff there also. Mask mandate is needed but no enforced. Smiles are free.

I painted my entire house - inside, outside and decking with Porter and PPG paints. The exterior paint that was recommended was Acri-sheild and it has held up well on my hardy siding. The interior paint we used was called Vinyl Flat meaning you can have flat paint but wash off stains - hence the word Vinyl. We have not been able to take out one stain in the paint by following the directions. In addition, it actually makes it worse since it absorbs the water you use. I was told by the store that this was guaranteed. I was also told that the PPG Sunproof product was guaranteed as well and started pealing and fading within a year. I recently called to have them make good on their guarantee and they agreed to give me a couple gallons if I decided to redo everything again with Porter Paint. My recommendation is to go to consumer reports and look at their ratings and dont listen to the Porter store and the painters they recommend.
