Had an accident back in August and had to bring my vehicle in. Tammy took care of me throw the whole process. I was always updated on every step of the process, and they were quick and professional. Had to bring it back in today to have them take a look at the fog light they replaced and they got me taken care of quickly. Highly recommend these guys!

The customer service is excellent!! The repair work for my mom’s car looks great. They did a nice job and only had the car for a week and updated her along during the process. My elderly mom can’t rave enough about how nice and helpful they were to her, which made me feel good living in SC. Highly recommended!

March 2021 They repaired my GMC Yukon Denali that had front end damage after an accident. They did an A+ job. Looks great!! They finished ahead of schedule. The woman in charge in the office was outstanding (can’t recall her name) and made sure to address any of my concerns. They had no problem using OEM parts. (Of course you have to pay the difference if going thru insurance) even then price was more than fair. I left the shop feeling 100% satisfied with the repair and parts used. It’s now June 2021 and no problems. Everything works and looks great. I will be using this shop again.

Had a great experience with Caliber collision!!!I had some rock chips on my Mercedes CLS 63 Amg so I hired Caliber collision for the job. They were soo careful with my vehicle and called me throughout the process so I would feel at ease. They matched the paint (diamond white metallic) perfectly and my front end looked brand new. The manager Bob even took care of some other imperfections that was on the car at no expense to me. Bob said I wanted this to be perfect so there was no way that I was giving you the car back unless it was flawless. Caliber collision has integrity and stand behind their work!!! This shop is great. I had my Ford transit van taken there after a car accident. They informed me of when the vehicle would be ready. It was far later than what Id hoped, as I depend on my vehicle for work and didnt have a rental vehicle to cover me. They did me a huge favor and expedited the work on my vehicle to get it done ASAP. They surprised me with how soon they got it done for me. I was able to come get my vehicle 11 days sooner than originally estimated. They did me a huge favor by jumping through hoops to get that done for me and Im very appreciative. Thanks caliber collision crew!

My brand new F-150 was injured. Caliber was able to get my truck in right away for estimate and repair. Being an aluminum body, they had to flatbed my truck to Naperville for specialized repair, but didnt charge me for that service. I dropped it off on a Thursday and received it back the following Wednesday, ahead of schedule!! They also detailed the inside of my truck while in the shop. The truck looks fantastic and I appreciate them taking good care of my truck, being timely, and their great service!

Everyone that I dealt with at Caliber Collision was extremely friendly and professional. I ended up having to pay for my rental car out of pocket as my insurance policy did not cover it. The general manager was wonderful and offered to pay for the last week of my rental. He had no obligation to do so, but knew I had spent a ton of money on it and wanted to help. Every time I called the office I was happily greeted by Jessica. Jessica was always helpful and made sure my questions were answered in a very timely fashion. I have dealt with other collision repair shops with mediocre experience. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs! Hopefully I will not need their services again, but if I do I know where I will take my vehicle!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job fixing my 2017 Malibu after it was in an accident. The damage was estimated at $5000 and the final bill was just a tad over that. Jessica was always available to answer our questions and help us with problems. She contacted Haas Towing and had my car towed there so I would not have a problem with driving it over there myself. And, she contacted Enterprise and had them come to Caliber and pick up my rental car when my vehicle was finished. Then, she contacted Enterprise again after we received a bill and realized we had been charged for an extra day for the rental car. Not only did she call and handle that for us but she apologized profusely as if it was her fault which it most certainly was not. Rob did a wonderful job handling the fixing of the Malibu and the repainting. I received a text from Caliber just about every day notifying me of the progress on the work being done and updating me as to the date of the completion of the work. I have had my car back now for four days and I am completely satisfied with the way it looks and the way that it drives. Caliber Collision was excellent for everything that they did.

I would just like to say caliber collision is one of the best body shops and repair places I have ever been too in the Rockford area. My 2010 Kia Soul was brought in the 19th, they kept me updated every step of the way I had some extensive damage to my car but they fixed it all in a matter of 2 and half weeks. Very nice people amazing work. I am very appreciative I had them to work on my car, I just wanted to say thank you very much.

When I tried installing a hitch, I realized the replacement bumper I had installed at the previous company 2.5 years ago was not factory aligned. I brought my paperwork in to Caliber and they got my truck in immediately, aligned the bumper, and put the hitch bolts in. Very impressed with the service. Thank you Bob and Jessica!

My insurance company recommended this place. I got my car back later than promised, during repair, more damage to the car was caused. They did something to cause the hole for my hood prop to tare, they also didnt put the rubber shock absorbers back that keep the hood from bouncing going down the road. When I drive my hood bounces like crazy. My front bumper was replaced, a few months after the repair the bumper came unfastened

Very Honest shop. They dont jerk you around, they will give you a true estimate that you can trust, that will not be inflated aftetwards!!!!! ( as most practice that way, especially if Insurance is paying, other shops underbid just to get the job in their shop, and the more your insurance pays out, the more likely your rates will go up. I believe anything over 800$, but is probably diff. With every company, ask yours!! You go A BRA, YOU ROCK . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE TO GO TO ABRA FIRST!!!!

They did a marvelous job on my passenger door that had a big dent. The paint work was on point, I will be back for a full paint job. The cost is reasonable compared to other auto shops I visited.

Shoddy internal workmanship seems to be the word for Abra in Rockford. I had insurance work done here and it was cosmetically great, but when they replaced the rear wiper motor on my CR-V, they broke the keeper on the electric plug. Needless to say, the plug vibrated out and the rear wiper quit in an unusual position. I called them and they would not do anything to fix it as it had been over 90 days. I finally got around to looking at it after all the cold weather weve had and after removing the trim to get to the wiper motor I discovered the broken keeper and a loose plug. I used a small cable tie to fix it, but this should have never happened in the first place. Im sure the technician (mechanic) knew he did this, but did not want to order another wiper motor to fix it. CYA time buddy. I will never use them again.I got a reply form a manager, asking for my contact information to make this right. I dont intend to let them near my car again, and as I stated, I took off all the lift-gate trim and used a cable tie to secure the connector in the wiper motor socket. No need for any further on this one. but at least thanks for the reply.

Liars. Long story short, insurance company recommended this company. Car came back over a month later and it was not fully repaired. I complained about a clunking noise, they couldnt figure out what the noise was. Had my car diagnosed by Abra 3 times over the course of a year and no answer. Sure enough I brought my car to the dealership that diagnosed it right away and told me they never changed the strut mount that was listed on the invoice. The dealership even went as far to take pictures to show me the rust and why they were sure it had never been touched or replaced.$350 out of pocket later, my strut mounts were replaced like they shouldve been but never were by Abra and the people they contracted at Auto Clinic to do this particular job.I was also promised a check from Mary for my sunglasses that were stolen from the vehicle during the time of service with Abra and the two other companies they contracted out to get my car fixed over the course of a month. I never saw that check either.I will never do business with them again and dropped my insurance company for even recommending this place.

I have been told more times than once my car would be ready. Did not happen. Finally I am told it will be ready by 2pm today. I drive the hour to the body shop excited that I will get my car back after 3 weeks. Well, when I got there, found out it is not ready, having trouble with paint and buffing. Told I will be called when it is ready. I explained my situation to the person. That I could not stay to wait, as I have a temperature sensitive medical package coming at 3:30 and had to drive back home.Now I have to cancel my trip to visit my dad, as if I do get it before friday I do not want to take a long trip, want to drive around town to make sure all is good. Really frustrated with this shop. Granted they are nice and all that, but they should have called me this morning to inform me it was not ready, saving me one hour drive there, tolls, gas and one hour drive back, tolls and gas. I have rental car and had it all figured out to the right amount of gas in the car to return, now I have to put more gas in the vehicle to make sure it is the same amount as when I got the rental 3 weeks ago. I cannot comment on the quality of the work on my car just yet. But, this really ticks me off. Frustrated

My experience with ABRA of Rockford was exceptional! My 1 year old Odyssey sustained major damage when a pick up made a left turn in front of me. My van was transferred from ABRA Schaumburg since they were backed up for repairs, Rockford had a heavy hitter repair expert available and enough space to essentially take the front end apart. My service advisor, Matt kept me up to date on repairs and went out of his way to make sure that I was fully satisfied. The repair expert worked overtime to get it all done on time. The front office staff were always professional and helpful as well. The van was taken to the local Honda dealership a couple of times to assure that all repairs were to done to factory specifications. The paint job is excellent; no one would be able to tell the van was ever in an accident. I needed the van to drive to St. Louis for a soccer tournament. Matt had the van towed directly to my house instead of to the Schaumburg ABRA (which is usually the process for return delivery) to be sure that I had my van in time. Matt also gave me his cell phone number in case there were any problems on trip to/from St. Louis. There were no problems! All photos of the repairs were emailed to me upon repair completion and Allstate and ABRA guarantee the repairs for the life of the van while I own it. Truly exeptional service and I highly recommend ABRA of Rockford. This google acct is assoc with my work email so apparently my name is not showing up, instead it just says Google User. Lizz L.
