The whole experience with Aarons auto glass was great. First of all, the price was the lowest around. Second, the service was very good. Jessica was polite, professional and genuinely friendly. Im not sure who worked on my windshield, but they were fast and did a great job. I highly recommend Aarons auto glass.

Aarons did a great job on my windshield at a reasonable price. I replaced my windshield on my ‘16 Lincoln MKS. It has cameras and sensors in the windshield and they quoted me $300 less than Safelite and $100-200 less than other companies. They did the work pretty fast too. Highly recommend and customer service was great.

Appointment was for 10:00 AM. I walked in at 10:00, Cindell and the other young lady were very helpful. I waited in the waiting area. Paid cash, service fee if using a charge card. Aaron Glass in Rockford is a very professional and punctual place. We contacted Aaron Glass yesterday after many calls to at least 10 different Glass companies, and not only did they have the best price but also Jessica was very helpful she called us back within the 15 minute time frame with the qoute prepared. The customer service was excellent And while we waited to get our glass installed Jessica wiped down then tire waiting Room the Clorox wipes so she was taking great precaution or herself and the customer. Aaron’s auto Glass was professional and did a great job replacing my windshield. A few hiccups with insurance filing my claim but Cindell did a great job speaking with them and working out a plan to be able to get the work done that was needed. Excellent service, friendly, and very quick! I needed my windshield replaced and their pricing was lower than what my insurance company wanted to charge by $70. I made an appointment for the next day at 11 am and was on my way home with a new windshield by 11:45. It has now been over a week and all is great! Great customer service.

They did an ok job. They didnt clean up after themselves. Black finger prints all over the interior. The wiper blades werent reinstalled in the correct spot.

This service was very accommodating and rapid. It didn’t take long and the clerks at the front desk were very friendly. They also worked with me as far as pricing which I really appreciated I work customer service so I know how important it is to focus on the customer at checkout. However the girls were very chatty and distracting while I was supposed to be finishing paperwork and it comes off rude. I know it was not their intent but I know how it looks to others which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Aarons Auto Glass gives great customer service and has the best prices in Rockford for replacing a windshield. Jessica took my order on 08/31/20 and provided great service. Cindell replaced the windshield on 09/04/20 and it looks better than the original.
