Replaced a broken home window. Very professional. Installers were both friendly and respectful and even vacuumed when the job was complete. Highly recommend.

I just purchased a new (to me) vehicle and it came with a rock chip and small crack in the windshield. I wanted to get it sealed before the crack grew. I called my local body shop in Byron and they highly recommended these guys. I set up an appointment and brought it in. The guy (should have gotten his name) went out to bring the vehicle into one of the bays and came back in to talk to my wife and I. He said that it appeared that the chip had already been sealed in the past. He brought me out to show me, and I agreed with him, it did actually look to have been treated at some point in the past. I was happy that I didnt have to spend $65 to get the chip repaired, and also very impressed with the honesty and integrity that the tech showed by telling me that the job had already been done. He could have brought around back, done nothing to it, or re-did it, and I would have assumed the job would have been completed correctly. Its very difficult to find honest people, so kuddos to the tech. Id recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. :)

The only place in town that would work on my Ferrari and Maserati. The technician they have on hand is absolutely fabulous knows completely what he is doing. I would highly recommend anyone with an exotic car that needs window work to go to them.

Very happy with Rockford Auto Glass and More! I ordered a very large floor to ceiling custom mirror from an online company. When it arrived we couldn’t get it through the door and into the house. We also realized that installing it onto the wall was going to be harder than we thought. We called Rockford Auto Glass and they were able to get it inside my house and installed perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

Ordered a piece of glass for a tabletop... they told me it HAD to be tempered.... 14 days later I still don’t have my glass I believe they never ordered it so canceled order went to city auto glass. Ordered my glass and they told me NO it doesn’t have to be tempered unless u want it tempered.... Rockford Auto Glass lied to me every step of the way.... I would NOT recommend them.

Avoid this place, I would give zero star. un-experiences services

Very efficient place to deal with. I arrived 15 minutes early, they received my car without any objection. I got back my car faster than the initialy estimated time and the reparation is perfect, I can barely see that nasty chip on my windshield.The ladies at the reception are very nice.I knew how much I had to pay since I made my appointment.Good price!

Called on a Tuesday afternoon to get a quote.. The quote was $45-$90 cheaper than ALL other auto glass quotes locally! The nice lady Ordered the front windshield right there over the phone & scheduled my apt for the very next AM @ 9am.. I arrived about 10 min early & they got to work ASAP.. Was told I could either wait here or leave & return when it’s done as it could take up to 3 hours.. I decided to wait as I brought my tablet & headphones etc, there’s free Wifi so I watched my shows .. Young gentleman came in to keep me updated on how it’s going & time frame about 1 hour in.. Window replaced, I paid & left before 11am.. The work done appears to be PERFECT .. if by any chance a problem with the window or installation arises I will edit this review .. Great customer service & lowest price in town! Highly recommend

Paid for a chip and windsheild buffing. Came back to the chip bigger and buffing compound all over and inside my car. Do not use this place. Horrible work and customer service. No one even said sorry for the horrible job. I didnt want a refund just them to say that it was a junk job. Waste of money.

Went to get car window fixed. It wouldnt go up or down- needed a new motor. Window world was very friendly, professional, and reasonable. They ordered the part and fixed the window!

I made my appointment online, and when I got there they were ready for me.

Bought my own window and trailered it back 8 hours, they came over, pounded on it like apes, shattered my new window, wont replace it, and just said have a nice day. You owe me for my window you broke. Dont ever use rockford auto glass. Make it right and ill change this.

Confirmed an appointment to have a windshield replaced. Called back the day before to confirm the drop off time, on arrival no one ordered the windshield and all they did was offer to order the windshield and do the job later on in the week.Terrible customer service.
