Miguel was very helpful. He had on a company shirt and a name tag. There was 2 other employees, but neither were in uniform, didnt have on name tags and one wore their hat backwards. Neither one of them said anything or offered to help me. Miguel acknowledged me and said he would be right with me after he took care of the customer on the phone. Advanced Auto has gone downhill recently making people like Miguel work harder while others are completely lazy!

My driver side headlight went out and I had purchased the incorrect set of headlights at a different Autozone. I went to this AutoZone and Gene T resolved the issue promptly. While installing the headlight in the parking lot, both sides of my headlights ended up not working at all. Gene came out to help me out and after a couple of minutes, he fixed the problem, the wiring was faulty! I highly recommend this AutoZone location.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. I went in to buy a headlight and the staff went above and beyond by helping me find out my bulb was not burnt out but only loose he put everything back together and we had a nice talk. I will definitely be back when I do need to buy anything for my car.

Love auto zone but they are super expensive would like to see oil prices drop

Semi helpfull went for epoxy bonding and instead 9f showing us which would be best only told us the isle it was in. This was difficult to chose which would be best since we know nothing about cars.

Im generally impressed with the customer service of AutoZone and their willingness and ability to get parts they dont have very quickly. I stopped at the store today and received excellent customer service from Zariah who put on my blades, ordered the one not in stock (they would get it later in the afternoon) and helped me with several items giving full attention to me as a customer even though the store was a little busy.

Chuck and Tiffany were just phenomenal! Replaced my battery and then went above and beyond to figure out and replace the terminal when it would not connect.

Zariah was amazing help when I came in. She helped me get the coolant i need for my grandpas car when I didnt even know which one he needed. She made me laugh and smile which made my day.

Very disappointed in the fact that they didnt let me daughter borrow the tools she needed to take off her battery sge had borrowed the tool prior a couple times and left her drivers license and returned the tool she borrowed the decal on the front window clearly says FREE loaner tools she and I were sooo disappointed by the lack of help and support AutoZone gave her on 05.29.21

Very upsetting that now with Covid they don’t install the new batteries, not sure how it’s so health risking to put on a pair of gloves and swap the battery out, feels like we’re getting screwed on the price then when pre-Covid they’d do it and now the cost is still the same, should be a discount or something. Other than that at least the cashier was nice.

Very Accommodating. Nice, helpful employees. Overdoing the COVID-SAFETY thing. People wear masks, and they have plexiglass at registers, but they put up plastic totes, about 4 feet away from check-out counter, (surrounded by safety barrier tape)... but then the cashier has to come out from behind the plexiglass barrier 🚧 and register to scan your purchase! Kind of defeating the purpose, arent they? Very annoying! Where did common sense go? No gloves...by the way.

The tax year were very helpful helping me troubleshoot an electrical problem where I could not get light to my overhead box truck cab lights. They found that a wire was broken off my battery and sold me the parts to fix it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The clerks were extremely helpful with ordering a gas cap for my car. I simply brought the owners manuel for the car inside the store and told them the part I needed. Any questions they had were answered by the owners manuel. My gas cap came the very next day and so far it seems to work well. Service for pick up was fast and friendly. We stopped into AutoZone to purchase Fixaflat for a low tire. The salesperson informed us where it was located. My brother then asked her if shed come outside and look at the tire. After looking at it and informing him it had a bolt in the tire. She told us it would be a waste of money to purchase the Fixaflat. We would need a new tire.
