Our salesperson, Kirsten, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She explained all the different options to us thoroughly and let us try out all the beds we wanted. She did not hover or push, giving us plenty of time to discuss things without her listening, and still being available to us to answer questions. An excellent customer experience without the pushiness I have experienced from every other salesperson I have ever worked with on a major purchase.

They lie to sell products. Bought our mattress here 2 years ago. (Which we hate, worst mattress, biggest waste of money)Salesman also sold us sheets telling us they had a lifetime warranty. Which we just found out was a lie told to sell more stuff. Sheets are horrible, falling apart, and they won’t honor it.Sleep number sucks and this store is dishonest.

The sales person, Henry, is the only one who deserves any stars. He really was excellent. Unfortunately things went downhill quickly with the delivery process. We were scheduled to receive our bed between 4-7. We were sure to have someone at home during this time frame for the delivery. My husband was notified the delivery would be at our home within a half hour. I was still at work and rushed home to be there in time. Upon arrival home, I am notified by email our delivery was to be rescheduled over 2 weeks later....without any other notice! When I called customer service, I was told they came to our house and no one was home. This was false and I informed them I have video to prove this. I was then told they attempted to call me. Once again, this was false. My cell phone shows no record of a missed call. They did attempt to call my husband who missed the call. The service person did not answer when he tried to call them back. I was then told they couldn’t find our house. For the amount these mattresses and bed frames cost, I would expect better customer service and competent dispatch/delivery. No efforts were made to correct the delivery and dispatch error. After an hour of my time on the phone with customer service, was told there was nothing they could do about the delivery. I had to cancel my order due to Sleep Number’s failure to deliver on a product. Congratulations Sleep Number, you have lost my business.....consider investing in GPS for your delivery drivers.

We talked to Henry at the Rockford, IL. store and he took us through everything about the Sleep Number bed. He showed us where or pressure points are when we sleep and adjusted the number to where the pressure was nil. We could tell the difference while on the bed. It was very impressive.

It was a great experience with a very knowledgeable sales person, Michael. He gave me the opportunity to test every mattress, ask questions and had great answers. We were in the store for about 4 hours, but it took that long to go through the process and purchase the one we thought would suit our needs. We are awaiting delivery!

Went to Rockford store to purchase foam layer. Interacted with, Henry, who was knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful and friendly. He explained my bed, previously purchased, came with a warranty and that I could save money by calling their corporate office to obtain new foam. Henry provided me with all the information I would need when calling. I had recently moved and was resetting the bed. Henry helped me determine what level my air should be. I purchased some additional bedding, no sales pressure AT All, and left the store very pleased. Thank you Henry and Sleep Number!

We visited the store on Thursday and were greeted by Henry. my wife and I have been thinking about a Sleep Number bed for a while. Henry help us through the process and we will go find the bed and the setting that relieved both of our back pains. We decided to go with financing through Synchrony Bank 30 month interest free. We were also able to take $250 off the price of the bed and Henry was able to get us two free pillows. The bed should be delivered on Wednesday overall Im happy with the process.

Kameron, Henry and Dennis were incredible. They all did a great job of making us feel at home in the store. The process of finding your number, and then demonstrating how the number translates within the various models of bed really helped us feel that we were buying the bed that best suited our needs. We spent a solid 3 hours in the store, and they were more than accommodating the entire time. The typical sales (commission) environment doesn’t apply to this store either, at no time did we feel like we were being pressured to purchase anything. We settled on a king size half split i8 bed with all of the extras. We look forward to taking delivery in the coming weeks!

Extremely poor. Used it 2 months and one of the houses came disconnected, called the store and was told I would have to contact the company in Minnesota for service. Were in Illinois so I guess we dont have an expensive mattress to use and have to sleep in chairs. DONT PURCHASE!

I bought my bed there a year-and-a-half ago and still loving it have sleep apnea and havent slept better sent a friend up there last year who had sleep apnea he bought a bed and now he sleeps in his bed every night compared to sleeping in his chair a couple hours at night before I received $100 gift certificate for referring a friend had to have surgery on my knee couldnt get up there to spend it and they allowed me to order some new sheets over the phone and he was $200 and they sent me the sheets Ups free of charge Ive ever met up there thats very friendly and very knowledgeable I am very happy with the place and would recommend it to anybody

Watch for their bait and switch financing. They tell you there is 5 yr no interest financing. But, the paperwork says 18 months. Watch how they lie to you. We are happy with the bed itself, but the deceptive sales practices ruin the whole experience
