We had shopped everywhere for a new mattress, not finding what we wanted. Beloit Mattress had the perfect mattress for us and only a three week wait for delivery which is great compared to others right now.

I have had the mattress a week now and I am very happy with the product. I was however very disappointed in their sales process. I dont expect a sales person to hover over me but to be in the store for 15 minutes wandering without even a Hi or Ill be with you in a few minutes is unacceptable. So my wife and I did our own thing and tried out the mattresses. Eventually we engaged the salesperson and asked if she could help us. We had basically picked our mattress and simply asked her what features it had. Would have been nice if she had some suggestions or thoughts or some input. The mattress we chose was $2200 and I wanted to confirm that we would receive the free delivery. I checked their website and where we live in Poplar Grove was in their Zone 1. The sales person said we were not and it would be a $40 delivery fee. I asked her to waive fee given I was spending $2200 on a mattress. She said she could not. I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager. I expressed that it was very disappointing that I was spending $2200 on mattress set and they couldnt deliver it for free. She said I dont set the prices. Seriously? That is the BEST the sales Manager could do? Wow. The delivery people were great, the mattress was great but they need to re-think the manager in that store. That or the company needs to empower them to make a $40 decision to prevent a less than raving review. My entire reason for going to them was to shop local but I have to say some of the larger brand name mattress places in the area were far more courteous and accommodating. I recently bought another mattress for my daughter and considered going back to Beloit mattress because I am happy with the product. I decided against it because I frankly wasnt willing to spend more money there because of the sales process.

Very pleased with our mattress, make top guality priced better then the big name brands, had it within 2weeks from the time we ordered. Been sleeping really well. Nice people to deal with.

A friend recommended Beloit Mattress. I like that they are local and that they will adjust our mattress if need be. The showroom was great, the sales person well informed and available if we had questions. There was no pressure to make a decision. We tested out all the mattress and found a great one for us. Have also bought a futon frame and mattress there. Guests compliment us on the comfort. Love that they are made locally too.

We found the store inviting and the young man who was the salesperson very helpful and responsive to our questions. We purchased what we felt was the best mattress for us and continue to be extremely satisfied. The delivery people were also top notch. A great experience all around.

After searching for a new mattress for months we found the most comfortable one at Beloit Mattress Company of Beloit at their Rockford location. The staff was so helpful and when we decided we needed to adjust the firmness of our new mattress they arranged to pick up it up and have it back the same day after making the changes! We couldnt be happier and will definitely be back!

After shopping all over, and being completely frustrated with the terrible salespeople and sky high prices, we came into Beloit Mattress Factory in Rockford. Cari explained the mattresses and the adjustable bases we were interested in. She really knows her stuff. We bought both and delivery is Friday! Do yourself a favor and shop here first. Lets see if I can do justice in expressing how wonderfully AMAZING the staff are at Beloit Mattress. I recently purchased a queen set and everyone, from Eleanor on the sales floor and in the office, to the guys in the shop and the delivery men, were superb in their professionalism. They were all very friendly, courteous, and patient with me. The original set didnt quite meet my expectations but after a couple conversations with the appropriate staff, we figured out what needed to be changed. They came and picked up my set, made the changes, And OH MY GOODNESS, did they deliver! The same day! I have NEVER been happier with a bed (and, at my age, Ive had quite a few). Wanted to avoid pushy salespeople at the chain retail mattress stores, so we drove out to Rockford to check out Beloit Mattress, and it was the best decision. We went to the Beloit Mattress Company in Rockford although I had the coupon for the Beloit store for 5% off. They had it in the computer and it made a nice difference on the total. We laid on every mattress, asked lots of questions and learned more than we knew to ask. Every mattress had a pillow on it which didnt mean much until we were escorted around the two other furniture stores that sell mattresses in Rockford. I had to carry around a pillow in those stores. And we had no freedom to lay on a mattress without a man watching over us. Not good for us to evaluate aloud when they were within hearing. One store, the watcher didnt have prices available and had to run back and forth for that...like buying a car. We promptly went back to Beloit Mattress Company and spent more time laying on the mattress and using the remotes on the rising beds. We made our purchase. 3 days later I was in Rockford and went back to test the mattress we purchased so I was sure we got the right one. We did. Then, several days later we changed from lifting beds back to just mattresses (2 XL twins with extra width on both) for our king size bed. Lucky for us they had not started building our first mattress. Sooo, we were a pain in the springs for Chad H. but I tell you he is so mellow and knew his mattresses. It helps that every single mattress had a large real cut-away. We bought the most comfortable organic mattress. I really did not want foam issues and Chad reassured us their foam is a type that does not off-gas. But we did get cotton and wool layers over individually wrapped coils and a double row of small individually wrapped coils all around the edges of the mattress so the sides dont break down. I tell you, this is the way and place to get something so important in your life. We all need to look forward to going to our great mattress for comfortable sleep. Plus, there is a 120 day sleep test, they will soften or firm up your mattress to please you. You just need to sleep on it for minimum of 30 days. We are so pleased to give this company a truthful review. The Schnorrs.

Odd service team good prices

I bought a mattress and I was charged $ 1200 and also another extra $ 200 for delivery. On the day of delivery, they delivered the wrong mattress. Despite my protest, the courier service they had hired would not take it back. I was forced to drive all the way back and replace the mattress and then take it to my house.
