We had a few issues with the installation. That being said Larry and the team at Stateline made it right. In spite of our issues I would use Stateline again and recommend them to friends and family. Every one makes mistakes and how a business rectifies those mistakes makes all the difference in the world. Larry did a great job of making the situation right and taking care of us as his customer. Thanks Larry and Stateline for doing the right thing for your customers. Your quality of product and excellent customer service are why we will come back to Stateline for future flooring needs.

I bought a remnant from these guys last week. They gave me a fair price and the customer service was excellent. They were originally going to deliver my carpet next week but I asked them if there was any way they could deliver it to my house today. They made it happen! For my carpet and flooring needs, I will come to you first!

Buying flooring here is a lot like the experience you would expect if you were buying from a family member. No games and no pressure. Just honest advice and you never doubt they wont do everything to meet expectations.

Went to a couple other places that could care less if I bought anything or not. Went in to Stateline and Ronda was amazing!!! She knows her stuff - she doesn’t “over measure” to boost up the price, gives an honest opinion when asked”. Highly recommend!!!!!! Trimmed stray yarn, vacuumed and put everything back - 5 star installation!!!!

Very glad we chose stateline flooring. Rhonda is very knowledgeable, and so pleasant and helpful. We shopped all over Rockford, and this is by far the best place for high quality flooring at a reasonable price!

Larry was not helpful at all. Felt degraded when trying to choose a price that was too expensive for me.

Worst installers ever cant lay a floor right then smelled up my house with cigarette smell.. You need new installers.
