First off...the final work was really good. Could not be happier with the way it turned out. Hence 2 stars instead of 0.The process to get to the end however was extremely frustrating. A project that was originally communicated to be 7-10 days had repeated delays and ended up taking 8 weeks (and a day) from the date the measurements were taken. While some delays would be understood if not expected, I would not get updates untiI the last minute (if at all) and usually only if I asked. The responses I received were incredibly short and offered no real or helpful information. It was basically like, well, well get there when we get there. If I hadnt been so invested in time at this point I would have pulled the plug on the project.That was the main concern although a few other frustrations included materials being left throughout the house and garage (even after the project was complete), my vacuum cleaner was left clogged and tangled with string, and due to Swanson not putting the correct amount on the credit application I was not able to finance the entire amount of the project without going through more work to contact Synchrony.In my humble opinion there was no sense of urgency and very poor communication. For the amount of money spent I would have expected significantly better customer service. Though the end result turned out good I have no intention of using Swanson in the future.
