I have used M. Spinello & Son Locksmiths many times over the years. I needed some copies of keys made for a lock in a fence gate. They were very tricky to cut, but the owner persisted in getting the job done. M. Spinello & Son Locksmiths are the best.

We just had our security system installed. They were very courteous, wore masks at all times. They went over the project when they arrived, explained what they are going to do. They answered questions without a doubt, very knowledgeable on their systems. When they completed their work they went over everything and explained to where I understood. When we bought our house we had a door locked with no key. There was a mixup about when they were showing up so I called to find out when theyd be to my home and once they figured out the mixup they were very apologetic and got to my house within 20 minutes after the call. They gave me a discount for the inconvenience and even installed my new handle and deadbolt for no extra charge. Spinellos unlocked it, drilled a bigger hole to fit our new lock, and put on our new deadbolt and handle. Scott showed up and finished everything within the hour of my call. I dont take any stars off for the mixup. We are all human and inevitably make mistakes but its how we handle the mistake that shows true character and they nailed it, which I think deserves extra stars. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

You have to explain the simplest of tasks to them at least 3 times before they get it. As in making one copy of one vehicle key takes 5 minutes to request. When they make the key(s) it takes them aplrox 20-30 mins for 1 key. Go to lowes and it takes 2 minutes. Also, they wont let you inside and covid is pretty much over. Slow service but the key works at least. Slowwwwww

The two technicians arrived on time and were very polite and professional. The were very conscientious about keeping the house clean and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. They asked if they needed to remove their shoes to walk on the carpet and respected my wishes. They installed the four cameras on the outside of the house exactly where I asked them to. Inside the house they installed the wiring, power supply and hard drive right where I wanted also. They completed the setup in a reasonable amount of time and then tweaked the camera views to my satisfaction. They then provided instruction on using the software so we could view footage on our TV and smartphones. They were patient and stayed until all my questions were answered and I felt confident in using the new product. I received a follow up phone call the next day from the owner asking how everything went. I had a couple of questions after playing with the new system and I was immediately connected to the tech that did the installation. Great customer service and very friendly. I was even more surprised by the great video quality of the cameras and how you can customize and personalize each camera and motion detection setting. Very pleased with the product and service!

I was locked out of my bathroom without a key. I called I. Spinello Locksmiths and Oliphant Locksmith. I. Spinello quoted me $85.00 and Oliphant quoted me $95.00. Then I called M Spinello and Son and talked to Jimmy and he told me how to open my bathroom door myself using a large paper clip or a little screwdriver and that worked!!! No. Dont even think about it. I called and they said it was $6 for two keys. Walked in. And had to pay $12 for two extra becouse I needed to pay at least $10. No. Heck no. I shouldnt have went here. I couldve just went to Walmart and got what I need for $4. If anything I should be sorry. I shouldve been more patient and did Walmart. Oh well. Now I know to NOT pay so much for unwanted products.

Really happy with how fast they responded to me locking my keys in my car (they said 10 mins for an ETA, but Scott arrived before then). Scott helped me unlock my car quickly, was very nice and professional, and gave me a tip to check my insurance because they might reimburse me. Scott even wished me happy birthday. All in all, given the situation and my stress to get in my car, I am really happy with how it all went and how quickly it was resolved.
