Customer service was amazing! A woman at the front counter, I believe her name was Joan, was very kind and helpful! She was patient with me and helped me figure out an issue I had with a package. I would come back because of her!

Called them to say I was coming to pick up a package and yet they still put it back on the truck to be returned to the sender.

I had received a text requesting specific information using the FedExLogos. My neighbor is a driverBut at work so I just stopped over at their office and the kind lady explained it was a scam. Surprised but relieved.

Some of the staff there can be unnecessarily rude. Sometimes you will stand there waiting while they stand behind the counter talking to each other.

Not even worth giving them a star. Staff refused to give my package to my boyfriend, whos name was on the package, even with an OFFICIAL USPS document stating my address. Manager took my boyfriend outside to threaten him stating that it will never hold up in court and that he needed to leave. Very rude staff reusing to even speak to my boyfriend and called a manger immediately. Dont go through FedEx

This place is ridiculous. They wouldnt release package addressed to me without my ID even though I had multiple bills addressed to me an an official document from the post office confirming my address. Will never use fed ex again. Horrible customer service especially the manager chris

Couldnt print out the return shipping label for two items I needed to forward back and the clerk had me email it to her email address so she can print it out for me she was a big help and save me extra money I didnt have thank you
