I went to this UPS Store on 10/26/21, in the afternoon. I had already sent them a return label via email, and I received a confirmation email from them saying they had received it. When I got to the store, the worker had a difficult time finding my email. It took her a long time to find it. When she did, I gave her my package, and she told me they do not ship USPS packages. They DO ship USPS packages. They have been shipping mine for years. After arguing about that, she finally said they would ship it. She was harassing me on purpose. UPS workers MUST be courteous with their customers.

I recently had a couple of very personal documents that I needed handled confidentially over a period of a month or so. The staff were very understanding and helpful. Im grateful and thankful for that level of service. I have a feeling, although I dont know, that this store is a family own business. Just a gut feeling....

Went in to return about 5 Amazon items. Line was very long but I was very surprised how quickly the line went down. The lady who did my returns was very nice and seemed to do a good job pretty quickly.

I go here to mostly return products from Amazon. Been here several times. Never had any kind of problem. Walk in, hand them my return, show them the email from Amazon verifying the return, get a receipt and walk out. Easy. Fast. Friendly. In and out within five minutes.

Best service you could ask for! They even pulled out my package and fixed an address for me after I dropped it off (but I wouldnt recommend it). Rosa and Lisa went above and beyond for me and I will strictly go to UPS from now on!

We had a snow storm come through on Tuesday the 29th. I got there at 5:14, went to go inside and the door was locked. The employees inside would not even look at the door. More people showed up and your employees went to the back. The signs on door states closes at 6:30. One person knocked on the window and a gal just mouthed ClosedThis kind of customer service is unacceptable!! I understand the weather was bad but there were folks who left their homes during the storm to get items shipped out. If they had been smart they would have put a sign on the door Closed early due to snow storm. Thank you for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!! BUT Nothing!! They just hid in the back of the store!!!! I left with more people still showing up! Maybe you need to train you employees to be more respectful to the customers who use your company to ship items.

I had a wonderful experience on Sat. I was worried about all these bobble heads that I had to ship. The lovely lady Alexa saw my original box and asked if it was okay for her to redo it. I was totally okay with it! She helped me with the pricing, made me feel super happy with my visit. The main reason why I went to UPs is because I dont trust anyone else to pack my stuff for my stuff to get delivered safely! Thank you for the service and I know there is no place else that I want to go for my stuff to get shipped!

Do not ship more than one package here! I had two packages, one with a label inside of box with merchandise ready to go and one without as that vendor provided a QR code to scan on phone for return. Complacent store attendant was too busy interacting with UPS driver and didnt follow my simple direction which their own packing slip clearly shows. They shipped wrong merchandise to Amazon who claimed package recovery was impossible. Spent several hours on phone including manager of this establishment who clearly had a well rehearsed it isnt our fault routine. Reversed charges with credit card company as both merchants insisted on returns with the UPSStore who caused $589 in loss over an avoidable matter.

I gave the lady my 2 books and printed return sheets. I was worried about her not doing the return correctly but I have her the benefit of the doubt. Its been 3 weeks and my books have not arrived to their destination. I was charged a fee and now I have to pay for a book that I cant even keep. Highly recommend you dont go here.

This location has a very poor customer service. The employees here can not be trusted with anything of value. I dropped off 2 large packages for international shipment on May 1st 2019. I kindly asked the person who received my boxes ( who seemed like the acting supervisor ) if she would be kind enough to mark the shipment fragile which she responded with silence. I felt uneasy leaving the packages and that same evening I did everything I can to track the packages down and make sure they will be handled properly. I spoke to someone and I was informed the packages left the city already. After a few hours of bouncing from call centers I was able to get in touch with someone and was informed the packages were not marked fragile. I asked them if the shipment could be sent back which they agreed. I received another call later and was asked how it was shipped in the first place without the waybill or commercial label. Dear Sir : Whoever is that acting supervisor who received the shipment obviously just scanned the package without checking for anything. When I called this location to ask why the packages were not marked all I heard were excuses about how they dont have a fragile stamp and the shipment goes through a conveyor belt that does not read anything. In other words, this employee just told me that UPS is uncapable of handling heavy fragile international shipments the way they should be handled and that they will be handled the same way as any other packages. Dear Mam : Thanks for further misinforming me and for making further excuses due to your incompetence. We paid for services and special handling we expected to receive from UPS and you failed to do your job and at the same time you failed to protect the place you work for. When I visited the store for a second time looking for the shipments I was even given an attitude by the same person. You have to remember that you are in a professional setting and WE the UPS customers feed you.

After waiting around for 20 minutes at the FedEx store across the street from the Rockford, Illinois, UPS store I was told that they could not help me with shipping a guitar (without hard case) back here to Long Beach, California. I finally found the UPS store, and from the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. The girls working there were most courteous and helpful and very professional. Cheyenne worked with me and took care of my shipment, and her coworker (Im sorry, but I dont remember her name) was there every step of the way. A guitar without a hard case is a difficult item to ship, but these gals dug right in and found a solution and my guitar arrived today in perfect condition. You want to talk about customer service? Well the two gals working at the Rockford, Illinois, UPS store on East State Street on February 15, 2015, at around 4 PM really delivered. My visit to that store and the experience I had getting this order taken care of would have made an excellent training film on how to deal with difficult items to ship.A very happy customer in Southern California,Larry MerrymanLong Beach, California

I came into this location to ship a router back to Cox communications as they are partners with this company. The employee I worked with refused to believe that it wasn’t from Comcast and proceeded to ship my order to comcast after I told her multiple times this was going to Cox. Thank god there was a manager behind the wall over hearing this conversation who quickly came and corrected this mistake. I would be extremely careful and double check equipment being shipped from this location. This almost became a 200$ mistake because a know it all employee took matters into her own hands instead of listening to my multiple requests to ship to Cox. I would have easily given this place 1-star if it wasn’t for swift action of the manager and her professional demeanor in handling this situation.EDIT: After reading luis’s comment below I have changed my rating to 1-star this seems to be a consistent issue that almost mirrored my complaint word for word. If you are small business please use services like the postal shoppe in rockford they have a 4.7 star rating for a reason and they are always professional. Mistakes in logistics equates to loss of real dollars in the real world with a high probability of never being able to recoup lost property due to gross negligence.

I paid 83 dollars to send bread to NORTHERN Florida and was told it would ve guaranteed by Saturday. The package never got there and they stole my money. The storm was not anywhere near northern Florida until late Sunday evening. I called the number for price gouging!! I hope they get in trouble. I am also hiring an attorney to personally go after the person whom lied to me.

This store charges extra fees the others dont.. They wanted over $10 to print a 5 page email..when asked why they said they downloaded 5 pages from the one email and they now charge per download. When I refused to pay the manager was to lazy to get up from behind the wall and address my complaint. Went 4 blocks away to FedEx kinkos and they where happy to help and charged less then $3
