Great company easy to check in the loading dock is very hard to maneuver it is in a parking lot for the employees you have to go down the road and turn around and come squeezing through a tiny little space to line up to get to the dock

Best to not park in the chute to stage since it leaves you hanging out on the street. Temp park across the street out of the way where FAB stages their trlrs for IP. I do like the newer chute idea but wish IP would keep employees from parking too close to the drive we have to leave from. Use 20th instead of 11th for better corners made for trucks.

Driver arrived for pick up at 7 am and they kept telling him load will be ready at 9 am then 10 am and now it’s 3 pm and my driver still haven’t been loaded. Get your load ready then post it up for sale. Thank you.

Im giving a one star, only because of this sole reason. My time was wasted, and as a truck driver, time is money. No one is available to speak with you, because no one works at the shipping and receiving dept. At least, in early morning times.Funny, usually I never have a single problem with International Paper, but today I found one.

Getting set up is crazy. *FOR PAPER ROLLS* see the CFI pictures. Thats the dock and how they want drivers to set up for it. Unloading the truck ahead of me took about an hour.

This place is a mistake !!!!!!!!Drivers, dont waste your time and money.I got here at 21:40. Very rude guy told me to back in to the single dock since I have a 10 rolls to unload, then he said I will unload You when I have a time, and I was the only one truck . I asked him politely, how long it will take and his answer was I dont know . Its 23:46 right now and I still have a green light.This is ridiculous !!!!!
