Sandra is the best. She was extremely helpful to my girlfriend and me. We needed important insurance documents copied and faxed and she made it all happen in under 5 minutes

I ordered business cards online for next day pickup. They were very busy with a lot of customers so if you order online I suggest giving more time for them to complete the order than the pickup time given on your online receipt. Ended up have to wait 45 minutes extra.Workers were nice and working hard, just didn’t have enough time to serve customers and fulfill my order in the given time frame.
New to the area Ive spent quite alot of time and money at this location printing litigation materials. Never had an issue until today. Their self serve print and scan is cumbersome, and twice recently after printing and scanning, the email scan Ive paid for did not arrive at its promised email destination at all. You get the paid for email receipts, but not the scan you pay for. They place random $10 holds on your card and then charge you after that. Today I was ignored by the three women working there with no other customers in the store for an uncomfortable amount of time. When I asked for some help and attention, I was greeted by several rude stares and unhelpful comments from Sandra, who seemed bothered to have to speak to me like an adult, and was far more interested in controlling infectious diseases than she was in helping a regular customer with a device related malfunction not of his own making. She asked very condesending questions and was dismissive and disrespectful. Victoria here has been very nice and helpful, but Sandra who appears to be the manager, needs to go to customer service school and drop the passive aggressive power trip. Office Max down the street is far more helpful and friendly, without the annoying holds and with managers who know customers matter and should be treated with some basic respect and understanding. Sandra made a very easy quick fix, into insulting unneeded drama. Having spent 100s of dollars there already in 2021, I dont plan on going back to this location again.
Giving them a negative would be more accurate. I needed to print a job and the employee simply said because it was not a simple letter-size job, it couldnt be done. I know the technician for the machines; I called him...he said it was an employee error not a machine problem. I agree. I went to The Postal Shoppe, they went above and beyond to help me. No need to guess who will get my business going forward.
Tucked away in this location you may not notice it but its is a very handy location easy and fast. You can divert packages here for pickup which is very useful for online orders.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed a picture reduced in size. Its something simple and Ive done it for years. This visit the gal could not do it right, then still charged me. Ive never been charged for reducing the picture down 20% ever. When I brought it to her attention that Ive never paid for enhancements ever, when it was done properly, let alone done incorrectly all she said was Oh really.
Andy was very helpful. Even though our prepay was US Postal Andy helped us pack four boxes and gave us tape and labels. Uncommon service now a days. !
The WORST customer service EVER!! I called and was hung up on intentionally by a employee named Kari, she acted as if it was too much to give me general information and I’m guessing because the information is listed in the prompts but i wanted to confirm because I am traveling a ways to get the package. When i called back and said i was hung up on she didn’t seem to care, no apology no explanation just continuous rudeness. They should really consider who they are hiring to represent their franchise .

After a long morning getting a dozen large (40+ lbs) boxes to ship, I was relieved when Emilie, the store manager started delegating her colleagues to help me finish packing and prepping the boxes. They were professional, expedient and nice.
I wouldnt even give this place one star. Every time Im here I have the worst experience. Staff is rude and not helpful. Printing out simple documents and the quality is awful. In order to use your own paper you have to print it and then make a copy? What a waste of money. Just do yourself a favor and buy your own printer.
Dont even think about calling to ask a question, I called a half-hour ago and Im still on hold. Definitely a terrible customer service experience. Ive had similar experiences when Ive visited the store and had to wait to be helped. Dont worry, their automated message that you get to hear when youre on hold tells you that we are dedicated to providing customers like you with outstanding service...youll hear that message about 80 times before youre helped...
Sandra was fantastic! Stopped in on my way to the office and she had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Brochure looked great!
Finally a FedEx location that can do it all. They have everything youll need to mail anything anywhere. The staff is well informed and will find the right box for your item (if its not already packaged) and take care of everything from A-Z. This is a large FedEx store, and I very much prefer it to the little drop off stations at the grocery store or similar locations.
Incredibly lazy and obstructionist personnel at the counter. I believe her name was Kari...I will type this, if hunger and homelessness was fought with the passion with which she avoids assisting customers or doing anything vaguely resembling work (based on my experience), the world would be a much nicer place. This is the closest FedEx to my office and I will *never* be back. Seriously, Rockford business folk, go to the U.S. Postal Service (especially Harrison Avenue’s location) before you even consider stopping here.
PLACED A ORDER TO HAVE BABY SHOWER INVITES PRINTED. FIRST OF ALL THEY PRINTED IT ON THE WRONG PAPER IT WAS PRINTED ON WHITEPAPER AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON CARDSTOCK.. I TRIED EXPRESSING MY CONCERN TO THE FED X EMPLOYEE SHE SAID THIS IS HOW THEY WERE ORDERED. I WAS TOLD IF I WANTED ON THE RIGHT PAPER IT WOULD BE AN ADDITION 55.00.. I STATED WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.IF THE ORDER WASNT ON THE RIGHT PAPER. HER RESPONSE WAS IS THERE A REASON WHY YOU THINK YOU SHOULDNT PAY. THATS THE WRONG THING TO SAY TO A CUSTOMER.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT6240 N MULFORD IS THE WORST.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE AND THEY SHOULDRE-EVALUATE WHO THEY HAVE EMPLOYED THERE...
Patiently waited in line for 20 minutes while one attendant attempted to help 9 different customers only to find out FedEx wont ship to a PO Box. This location needs more staff as long waits are too frequent of an occurrence. Save yourself the headache and go to the UPS Store or Pak N Ship.
After reading the reviews I was hesitant to leave my FedEx packages at this location BUT, Kenneth was incredibly helpful and kind in helping me inside with my three very large boxes, scanning in my packages and answering my additional shipping questions. I would not hesitate utilizing any of their services given the treatment I received today. Thanks for your help.

I rarely write a review about anything, but my experience at this FedEx Kinkos sucked so bad I couldnt help myself. The WORST customer service experience possible! All I needed to do was box up a shipment, slap a label on it with my FedEx account number and be on my way. Unfortunately they dont put shipping labels out with the other fedex shipping supplies so you are forced to ask for help. So I waited for 10 minutes while watching 4 employees standing at computer terminals way behind the counter doing something while the line of customers got longer and longer with no acknowledgement whatsoever. No welcome, no well be with you in a moment. Nothing. Not knowing how much more of my soul was going to be sucked out by this place I drove to a nearby fedex drop box and handled it myself the way I should have in the first place.Thank goodness there are many, many other places to handle my FedEx shipments because I will never be back to this one. Life is way too short for such crappy customer service.

Charged $5.00 for 1 piece of paper shoved into a box to prevent the book I was shipping from sliding around.. that is absolutely insanenext time ill continue to pack the box I ship myself with empty kleenex boxs, print the shipping label from home and just drop it off myselfI usually just do everything from home but I wanted to get it shipped that day before going home from work so I stopped here.. usually its about $8 for me to ship a book to anywhere in the states besides Hawaii and Alaska ... if you come here it turns into $21+
Very crappy costumer service! There is constantly something broken and no one willing to fix it. Ive printed things and gotten horrible quality and they are bad at helping. The prices are fair for some things and outrageous for others
Stopped by today, at 9:10 am, to drop off a Fedex package. The store was closed, though the lights were on, and the sign said open at 9. We came back 45 minutes later, and the same thing. Doors locked, lights on, but no one there.... Well go somewhere else now... that was can get into...
I always have ridiculous printing needs and Andy has always gotten it done with no problem at all. Always happy to come back.
Shipped a couple items from here, and have had a Fedex shipment or two held there for me to pick up. Staff was nice and took care of me and my items.
I wish there was a different location I could go to. The people here (except for one young lady) look so unimpressed, bore, sour and never move quickly... They look like they hate their job. Expect to wait a long time for anything with NO verbal updates. They just stand there, frowning at the computer with no sorry, its loading or halfway done, or finishing up...Only go here if you HAVE to.
