PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE BATHROOM. THERE IS NO WORKING LIGHT AND NO PAPER TOWELS AVAILABLE. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE PLANNING TO CLOSE IT TO THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE SOME HAVE STOLEN OR MISUSED THIS FEATURE. I HOPE THIS WILL NOT OCCUR AS I FIND IT A NECESSARY CONVENIENCE

Someone in billing really screwed up my account to the point where on the phone they said that my name wasnt on the account. Scarey! So the on the phone associate had suggested to go in-store.dee was very quick to discover the billing department issue. He fixed absolutely everything for me and quickly.Excellent service!Then, I watched him handle several phonecalls at once, also very quickly, calmly and efficiently with equally satisfied customers. Dee is a keeper Metro PCS management! Better give that above and beyond employee a raise! Never have I ever seen nor recieved better customer service and with a working history in customer service all my life (retail management), I have been on both sides of the equation!

I just left there thinking I switched over and when I left it said no I didnt.
I had to replace a phone that broke and I think I ended up with a better deal than I had already! The lady was very nice. The few times Ive gone in store everyone has been amazing!

I called Rockland, Ma to see if they were opened during the pandemic. A woman who was working there was EXTREMELY rude to me. Ive never had a bad experience with any Metro, but Im appalled at how this woman treated me over the phone. I will NOT be visiting that location again!
Got everything straightened out and paid for! Such a relief! The gentleman that waited on me I believe his name was Eric was really nice and answered all of my questions. very helpful indeed!!
My husband and I went into the Rockland Metro to upgrade our phones and plan. We were very disappointed with the salesperson Zulley. After we purchased 2 new phones we were told by her that she would not transfer my data if we didnt buy covers because that is what she made her commission on. We should have returned the phones and walked out but we didnt we bought 2 covers. Days later we realized we were charged for 3. When my husband went back she said one charge was for a screen saver which we never okd! She also added on a $10 a month insurance coverage that we had told her we did not want. And if you try calling the store the message says the mailbox is full! Would not recommend this place to anyone! I have been using Metro for about 5 yrs and have never run across anyone like her!

Just had a terrible experience here trying to buy one of my daughters big gifts, an iPhone, something she has been wanting for years. She is such a great kid and made honor roll this year so I really wanted to reward her for all her hard work. My husband and I went in last night and waited for about an hour to find out they were sold out. The gentleman that was working was extremely helpful and called locations all the way out to Dedham but could not find any. I explained it was supposed to be a special Christmas gift for my daughter. He said he had no way of knowing when or if more would come before Christmas, but he took my number and said hed call me if any came in. He called me later last night and said he had one and he would put a note with my name on it. Christmas miracle!My husband and I got there about 20 min before they were supposed to open at 10am. A different man was working today and he opened the store late. My husband was already late for work, but no biggie, theyre understanding. I smiled and said I believe you have a phone with my name on it, to which he shortly replied, Excuse me? I just came in and I didnt work last night, so no, I dont have anything with your name on it. What phone? Ok, already off to a great start. I told him. He brought it out and started asking questions to activate it. I explained it was a Christmas gift for my daughter and I did not want to activate it until after the holiday because I did not want her current phone to be deactivated since that would ruin the surprise. He said it was impossible to buy the phone at the discount price if I didnt activate it immediately. I asked what my other options were and he said my only other option was to pay over $400 for a $49 phone. I asked why I was previously able to buy phones at discounted upgrade prices and activate them at a later date, and he did not give me an explanation. I seriously cannot get over how unhelpful and rude he was. It takes a lot to get under my skin but this dude did it.This was supposed to be the best Christmas gift for my daughter and it was ruined and he did not care. He didnt call corporate or anyone to try and help us. He did not give me any reasonable solutions, he didnt even try. I just wanted to give you all a heads up in case anyone else was trying to get this deal as a gift for their child. Apparently it isnt possible.
Terrible..the opened 20 minutes late and they didnt even have the phone that they advertised . So ya store is great 🙄
Hey at the Rockland, MA Metro PCS store figured out a rather odd problem that I had actually created myself in my contacts settings. As always he did this with intelligence, humor and kindness. He never talks down to his customers but works with them to figure it out.He is a credit to your corporation and always a pleasure to deal with.
This place helps me with all my phone needs...I was even able to use my phone in Poland. Great customer service!!!

I had to say 3 months after i was supposed to get a customer loyalty price cut and i said something and he was like wth cant believe you remembered are alk stores like this or just this guy and theres been other incidents i have to stop in another store cause this guy doesnt care about customer like when i had metro before!!!!!
