The new gentleman named Alan has made me believe that this store can turn it around and treat customers like we deserve and actually be respected. Hoping he can train sales people that they need to treat us like humans and not talk down to us! I am a long term business customer who normally dreads going into this location, but now will return and continue business. Great addition to the store.
I used to hate this store, but the current employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Riley should get a raise.
Went to buy a new phone because my screen scattered...Sierra helped me and she rocked it. It is unfortunately becoming too common now that there is no customer service ...Not her.. she was enthusiastic, smiled ..yup I said it !! with her teeth!!! very knowledgeable...if there was a delay she explained why... informed me what was new about the. phone and showed basic instructions (usually I am sent out the door with Your problem now) ..she enjoyed her job... she made eye contact...(I know..right?)...To the younger generation this review sounds obnoxious... but to the older generation this review is how a customer is to be treated ..with respect... with kindness... patience... that is when you get return business but more than that a positive reputation because in life it is your reputation that builds a business not likes ..so Thank You Sierra for your great customer service. ☺

A huge company like hiring immature girls witg attitude.Service 0 and she invited me to switch to a different carrier.
Numerous horrible experiences. Changed over from contract to prepaid, but they continued to bill me for contract. Jessica and Sierra very condescending. You get products shoved down your throat even after you say no. I have been a customer for 20 years. Maybe it 8s time to go to Verizon.

US Cellular service is excellent in this area, and the people in the store are absolutely outstanding. When I got my first smartphone there two years ago, Adam was terrific, introducing me to the various phones and setting up the one I picked. Recently, Ive had difficulty connecting my phone to the bluetooth system in my car, and both Adam and Sam have gone out of their way to help.
They answered my questions and updated my app. All very convenient.

Painfully slow. Took 1/2 hour for the attendant to tell me I could not return a gift because it had been purchased more than 15 days ago.
