I had a great shopping experience. I could tell Erin was new so I was very understanding and patient she got me into the phone I wanted and got it all set up and ready to go. The only thing I wish the specials for the weekend would have been offered to me but I’m still very happy with my new IPhone 13 pro max

I cant describe how frustrating my experience was with Russell Cellular. I bought a phone a little more than a year ago and with the purchase were 10 free screen protectors. I went in Saturday, July 31 to get one of them and was told they purchased the prior authorized dealer and will not honor those agreements. That is the exact opposite of customer service. If you cant honor an agreement why would we want to enter into another one. I would say go elsewhere. I marked one star because there was no option for no stars.

Went to upgrade and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service with knowledgeable and friendly employees.

Great service from Daniel and James. The only thing I’d recommend is that they get a new scanner. I asked for a copy of a document I signed and theirs was down. I took a photo with my phone which works, but I’d prefer the hard copy. Other than that, great service and great conversation with both guys in the store. The Thomaston location sent over the phone that I was requesting so all around great teamwork and service! I’d recommend this location for anyone in need.

Whether I have questions about my phone or questions about getting a new tablet the service at the Rockland Maine office has set a new high standard for customer service and genuine help. Adam has never been rude or dismissive of my common questions that I will ask that every other child knows the answers to. He along with the whole staff there have been the greatest.

Despite having some issues with the online customer service not getting it right, when I had a problem with the phone Lyric and Dan took good care of me.

Daniel and all the staff there are amazing/awesome. Always great to work with them. However, the new system which requires a lot of back and forth texting is ridiculous/stupid and customer off-putting to the point that I almost walked out despite the great crew there. Lose it or lose me in the future. Seriously.

Went in to buy an iPhone for my 80-year-old mother. Everything these people have to say is along the lines of: “can’t can’t can’t or but but but”.Walking through the process Verizon employees tell you have to go do this online or that online. She’s 80 without a smart phone. At one point it was suggested to switch “her to us cellular.” And looking at a preowned phone was “but that is used.” 😳“And you have to go do that online.” So I offered to do it right their on the computer. What’s the point of having a walk in store front if people won’t help you? Least helpful is the male Karen of a manager.Try flipping the script Rockland’s Verizon employees “sure, let’s outline step by step, how to take advantage of our great deals.”Such a small thing but it seems out of their wheelhouse.Avoid at all costs.Anyway, at us cellular now.

No issues during my purchase. I had to be persistent in order to use my Verizon up-rewards coupon and my persistence paid off. I wonder if I hadnt acted that way if the salesman would have given it to me. But it all worked out, which is why I gave them 4 stars. I also lucked out because they had the phone case I needed. It was the last one too for that model phone so I was really lucky.

Mark was really great — he was juggling multiple responsibilities, including tech issues, but he handled it all with professionalism and a great attitude. Hes an excellent salesperson and I was very impressed with how he handled not only the sale of mine that he handled, but the others he was managing while I was in the store. Im glad to know that when I inevitably drop this phone or otherwise fumble it, I can head over to the Rockland store and know that theyre going to provide great service!

Not really the best Verizon in the area/county. They are very small and offer a smaller selection of items. The time I went to visit was pretty below average. The service wasnt anything outstanding and they did the typical You should get an Android not and Iphone type deal. Most Verizons do that and I have yet to listen to them because I am very content. However this Verizon I felt was pushing more away from the Iphone even though I clearly stated that was what I wanted. I bet they have better days, mine just wasnt one of them. It is always clean there, with an easy parking lot.

Gavin was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, patient as he made explanations. He explained features of my new iPhone and iPad which I had not understood previously. He, also, set up a travel feature for use in foreign countries on my phone.

My salesman was cordial and informative, and helpful.

Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for twenty years and Ive never received such remarkably professional, friendly, and great service as I received with Austin at the IM Wireless Verizon store in Rockland. Austin helped me identify what I needed in a new phone, provided me with a few options, gave me space to decide (which means he was never pushy), and also included and drew on the experience and wisdom of his colleagues, Steve and Mark. Wonderful, wonderful service, hands down.

I had such an amazing visit to this location. They did not have the phone that I was searching for so they drove to the Thomaston location to pick it up. The employees were kind, patient, and helpful. Very pleasant atmosphere and staff.

LOGAN is curtious and thorough, and communicated with staff and corporate Verizon associates via phone, with a professional and calm demeanor. She was not on her phone texting (as seen in some Verizon stores), but instead attentive and engaged in doing her job. My only complaint: Not enough product in store. My only suggestion: Uniform shirts and slacks. This make for a more professional and sharper image, boosting customer trust, spending confidence, and increasing SALES. Cheers!

I just had a horrible experience there. When I came in and asked that I want to switch from my AT&T service to Verizon representative said that we have this awesome promotional plan that cost 65 a month with 1GB of data so I said great Ill take it. When I called AT&T to disconnect my service and get account to transferred to Verizon, soon as got of the phone representative said that plan has ended today unfortunately and I have to get more expansive plan. Really? I was so pissed off. Why couldnt you tell me earlier before I disconnected my service? This is how you sell expansive plans? Wow totally did not expect this kind of service. Will never go there again.

I was in last week and also yesterday to pick up a new Ipad. I spoke to Nate, the owner & manager and he was terrific. Having done some homework before with some folk who are computer/tablet savvy, I was clear about what I was looking for, and he was very helpful, offering occasional suggestions. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, who has done research in the work place, I noticed that the customer service folk were very busy, and clearly having a good time. Nate is a relatively new owner, and he gets it. Ended up talking with other folk who were there to get things done--phones, tablets, computers, and everyone had smiles on their faces. Nate understands customer service, and he seems also to understand the importance of keeping the employees engaged and happy. It was a great experience. PS, they didnt have a cover for the Ipad that I wanted, so I wandered over to Staples to get a Logitech cover/keyboard combination. Very pleased with the combination.
