We all know that the tools are mostly junk but with the lifetime warranty how can you go wrong. The prices are fantastic and it breaks just get a new one. Theres no hassle exchanging the tools their pretty laid back plus on the flipside some of there tools are better than name brand

Best store of this kind i have ever been in.I was there recently on a busy day,found the need to park a good distance from the store,i am using a cane and am not moving very well,when i turned around to return the cart to the store a young employee was there to take it back for me.Did not expect that.

Not a bad place. The 3 stars is for the lack of selection and information in their isles. I attribute this to the need for restock and or moving the store around. The employees there are very knowledgeable and will actually walk you to the location of whatever item you may inquire about.

Geez, a young man greeted me when I walked in, asked if he could help, took me to the item, got a cart. Amazing! Girl at the counter was equally as helpful. Not sure of their names, but it was about 4PM on 11/25. Give them a raise!!!

Didnt have the jig saw i wanted in stock. Lots of misplaced items. Plenty of great deals.

These people were very receptive and helpful when I contacted them with an issue with a product that I had purchased from them. Their response was bring it back and we will replace it. AND THEY DID, NO QUESTION ASKED. I will be back to them again. Nice to do business with straight shooters.

Love it hear I never walk out empty handed and there associates are very helpful. One associate there Jessica really knows her stuff and one other time I was there they didnt have what i needed that day but she was able to point me somewhere near by and I got what I needed that day to finish my project.

The service is amazing, if you need anything just ask, most of them know where everything is and theyre all very polite. The store is filled with useful tools for the regular consumer at an unusually low price, although Im assuming its a you get what you pay for, they still seem quite rugged for the price. Theyll definitely see me again.

Well I have been a member since they opened .that had no flyers except one I tore off the guy ripped it back said members only well I was not happy cause I’m my email it states a member u sign up ..plus u get a different answer from every different employee.and the insurance was a joke first two years the number to call me we answer so I go straight to store with receipt..
