Went in with a large order (17 drinks). The man at the counter was incredibly helpful, putting each persons name on their drink, finding a box to put it all in, and even carrying everything out to our car for us! Definitely coming back 😁

I have never had such a terrible sandwich from subway! It was dry, packed in a small bag... Not wrapped. I will NEVER go back. I wrote to them about it and no response.

I mean it Starbucks right!I live right around the corner, so maybe Im biased..but this Starbucks has some of the best/friendliest employees youll find. For the years Ive been coming here, some employees have come and gone but the service has remained the same.

They did not have enough people working to get orders out very quickly. Even with the girl making drinks for the store and the drive thru as well as ringing up in store customers working like a madman. She was still polite and friendly.I am giving the rating for upper managments needing for better Saturday personal scheduling.

I drive right past 3 Starbucks locations just to come to this one. They know me by name. Every one here is great. Dont ever change.

Very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. Due to Covid-19 we were unable to enjoy our drinks in the facility. It does have a drive thru. I walked in and not sure how fast the drive thru was. Drink was made to perfection. ☺️

This has always been my top to go to Starbucks because of the environment. Super nice employees and are very up to my standards, with cleanliness and professionalism. The environment its self is very cozy, they recently upgraded there furniture. I would also like to add on that it gets quite busy here during the weekdays and especially on Saturday because of Sierra College is right across the street. But I have no problem since I come here usually the evening.

Quick and friendly

This is a great Starbucks right across from the college and the service is fast and friendly. Not too noisy inside good spot to study. The only issue is the parking lot. Its small and hard to maneuver but manageable. Im here about once a week and the service, coffee and ambiance is always top notch.

Drive through person that handles the money hands the cup to you by holding the top of the cup where Im about to put my mouth. When I said something about it I was told (I only tough the edges.) This happened to me at 2 different stores in Rocklin Ca. This has to be blamed on Management.

Quicker than most

I always give Starbucks 5 stars. They consistently give me coffee when I wanted, where I want it. And when I wanted. That and their app rewards me for being a loyal customer and planning my purchases well.The fact is that this make a corporation could have gone either way and looked like a McDonalds with loud clown music or a small quaint cafe with jazz music really makes me happy

I enjoyed being able to get some work done with my computer! The sweet vanilla cold brewed coffee was good too!

Chill place to hang out meet and greet people... seems like these days homeless are taking advantage of free refill, internet and bathroom.

Great sandwich

This is the closest Starbucks to Sierra College, so you find ample tables for work and study. It is a very comfortable location to get some work done while enjoying the affordable luxury the brand delivers.

Not as busy as some of the others in the vicinity, so kind of nice to go there to study or work from time-to-time. Great drive thru service, and for whatever reason, seems to be faster than others. Nice and very friendly staff! Took a star off because its frequently a little on the dirty side inside.

I come here all the time and today I came in for a drink before work. It was 8am and I had expected it to be busy, and so I patiently waited in line until my turn. As the person before me was making their order with one of the employees, another basically stomped to the front to take my order. I had politely asked for whatever I wanted to drink, yet the employee taking my order was rude enough to yell at me saying that she couldnt hear what I was saying. The store wasnt that busy and it wasnt that loud for anyone to have to speak up that much. No one else did. I repeat my order and for the second time she misunderstood what I said and I had to correct her, again. She rushed taking my order and I didnt even have the chance to mention I wanted soy milk instead of the regular, until the other employee moved over to register my order on the cash register. When she rushed to make my drink, she ran around as if the ground was on fire and she basically slammed the equipment. Again, it wasnt that busy for her to run around like a machine in overdrive. Ive worked at a cafe before having to serve up to 200 guests at the same time and I understand you want to help customers as quickly as possible but doing it with a bad attitude isnt going to help and it was only off-putting. I also understand that stress during rush hours can be hard to disguise but a little smile towards your customers wouldnt hurt. I didnt have to be yelled at, thank you very much.

Id been directed to meet a friend at this coffee shop. Upon getting there, I realized that the coffee shop was actually a Starbucks. Inasmuch as Starbucks is anti-law enforcement, anti-US Armed Forces, anti-Second Amendment, and generally counter-Constitutionally inclined, I contacted my friend, and we agreed to meet elsewhere. I often go here between classes. The staff are kind and helpful even when they are verry busy.

Lots of places to sit down and study. Perfect for students. They even open at 4:30 am. The staff here are always kind and courteous.

I just purchased a cold brew coffee. After waiting a few minutes they told me there was no cold brew, and they would not make another drink for me.This starbucks stole $4 from me.

Ok confession: Im a Starbucks fan. I have dark roast as my fav. Ive never had the foofoo drinks, so cant place a judgement here. I do eat the different breakfast sandwiches on the fly-by. I like them and mostly healthy. Staff is efficient even in rush hours. Always a good restroom.

Amazing staff, Amazing coffee, the staff makes feel welcome and right at home. There nice, sweet, kind and when or if you come here they will ask how is your day and they will remember your order and they will remember you as well. They also cook the food really good and the place is really clean also. I personally would HIGHLY encourge everyone on coming here. When you come here if feels like all of your stress and probloms have just vanished and they will always put a smile on your face each and everytime.

Om really disappointed not mad but disappointed i asked for a double chocolate chip frap with extra frap chips there was hardy any chocolate drink almost looked like vanilla and hardy any frap chips i love Starbucks and this drink specifically and i wasnt able to enjoy it this time

Its a great place to go and study, the staff is friendly and its usually quiet. There are usually around half a dozen or so students from Sierra College there at any given time.

Worst Starbucks ever. Refused to remake my drink. Because they dont make it right. I want to drink my coffee, not the water with milk. One of the workers called a police on me and she said that I trew a drink at her and I was drunk. Wich is lies. Police came had no problems passing alcohol test. Will never go there again.

They have great coffee and tea, and many wonderfully delicious beverages and pastries. Its Starbucks, the only real difference between them is the architecture and the staff.

Crazy to go to a coffee shop at 11:30 in the morning and they have no dark roast. It is a coffee shop, after all! Starbucks policy is to have dark roast til noon. Another place I wont stop.
