My nose pad on my glasses came off. I asked Margot to add a new nose pad and tighten the screws on the frames. She took the time to make sure the nose pads were properly adjusted. She was delightful.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Chim and Shane at Target optical! Both were informative and kind and we did not feel pressured to do or buy anything that we werent comfortable with.

Super patient ladies in the lens area :) very nice and truly cared about finding my boyfriend and I the right fit! And Dr.Chen is the best around! Her reputation precedes her! Super fun and talkative and explains everything thoroughly! Go here!

I stopped in just to ask to point me in the direction of eye glass repair kits because I needed a new nose pad, and instead of sending me off somewhere to go buy some he took my glasses, replaced both of my pads, and cleaned the lenses...all free of charge. The customer service at this location is top notch and I will definitely be going back when I’m due for my next exam. Thank you kind sir for the short yet wonderful experience :)

Dr. Chen is the best eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. You can rest assure she is the best of the best in her field.

I would give them less stars if I could. They will rip you off. They stole my wife’s frames after we bought them and wouldn’t give them back. We weren’t impressed with there lenses so we wanted to bring there lenses back and keep the frames. Well when we got there the manager told us to give her the glasses to take out the lenses and proceeded to tell us after she took them that we had to pay the 40% extra that we got off of them because they were on a promotion. She was so bitter that we didn’t want the lenses that she try to charge us again for the frames an extra 40%. I know this sounds confusing but it’s not. Stay away from these very rude and unprofessional company and eye wear store. It happened in the Rocklin Commons drive store. The doctor and manager was texting back and forth while we were sitting there talking about us. Again stay away do not buy from here.................
