I went to grab some stuff and noticed the frames. Not really my taste but it was nice the guy came out to ask if I needed help. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I thought the customer service was great.

I fell and twisted my frames and got a replacement in the spot. Glad they were still under warranty. Very helpful

I would leave NO stars if it allowed me to. We went in for a simple $9 frames and left with a broken lens. And all the manager would do was give 30% off the one lens. But guess what now my husband has to have a new eye exam to get new lenses. Andin order to get a new prescription he would have to go to a different Walmart Vision and Glasses in Roseville. So that means we have to pay $59 for a eye exam that wasnt needed and $111 for new lenses that he didnt need on top of the $9 frames that we origanally went in for. And all that comes to $179 after the crapy 30% off one lens. Crapy service and never going back and telling everyone not to use them!!!!!! F rating!!!!

Found nice, inexpensive frames. Worker was friendly
