This AM/PM had clean water and a full paper towel dispenser to clean your windows. Hand sanitizer is always a plus when pumping gas. The car wash was good, but not great. I still had some dirt spots on my car after the car wash ran its cycle.

No credit card and cashier had attitude like it was my fault. Just took my business across to 7 eleven.

I’ve used the car wash once before I’m the past and it wasn’t bad for a quick $10 wash. I decided to get another wash on the 3rd so it was clean for the 4th of July. As I’m getting my car washed I hear a loud noise that was very random and in my head I just assumed the water was hitting one side harder because maybe I wasn’t directly in the middle. I go home and come to find out, my gas cover is completely gone!!! That’s what the loud noise was. The pressure from the water pushed in my gas cover (which unlocks it) and it popped open, and as the machine went by it must’ve ripped it right off. I went in this morning to let the guy know the situation and I even had my receipt as proof I was there. I asked him if they had my gas cover still in the car wash or if they might of pulled it out, they didn’t. He said they have a cleaning guy the picks everything up and throws it away everyday... i then asked if he could check the cameras in the car wash and he said they didn’t have any and I’ve clearly seen cameras in there! He said there was nothing he could do for me! I do not recommend using this car wash if you have a “push in” gas cover.

I come here all the time. Their gas pump broke and the clerk that sees me almost every few days refused to refund the .35 cent fee that it charged mt card. He made me move to another pump and repay the fee. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!

Why did it take me 40 minutes too get $10 in my Tank idk why Good Luck Arco.

I purchase at this gas station almost exclusively its near my home, great prices, its always clean, and the staff is polite and helpful. A couple of days ago one of the kiosks took my cash but it didnt register on the kiosk screen. Inside the station the cashier checked their system but it didnt register there either. His supervisor wasnt available to open the kiosk so he took my name and said Ill receive a follow-up call. True to their word I received a call back saying they retrieved my cash and I could go pick it up at any time. Thanks ARCO for the great service. :)

Stopped in for some much needed gas today and I did something I have never done nor will I ever do it again. I paid with a debit card, stuck the nozzle in and got the pump running as I ran into the store to get a bottle of water for my dog. When I got back it said it pumped 7. 9 gallons in the tank. I got back on the freeway and about 5 miles down the road I checked the gas gauge again and noticed it was still on empty. I Either some one ripped me off for the gas or the stupid pump never pumped any gas. I think I got ripped off by one dishonest customer. What ever... I would have been in danger had I ran out on the freeway during the rush hour.

I was harassed by the worker for filling up an empty water bottle at the fountain. He told me its a dollar and pointed to the sign that shows they charge for ice, but I said its just water & I didnt get ice, the man was giving me a dirty look. I just left because I didnt have the $ for water. Its so hot outside & its illegal to deny someone water in the state of California.. Wont be supporting this business in the future.

Ravnir was so unprofessional..very rude..I will not be back to this AM/PM. The am/pm on Rocklin rd and the people that work there are very respectful..polite..and professional..

The gas prices are superb. They can’t be beat by anyone except another Arco. The employees are rude and disrespect people.

I have purchased a rain X car wash at this AMPM two separate times. Each time, the undercarriage wash didnt even turn on. This is a terrible car wash! I do not recommend it to anyone.

I stop here on the way to Tahoe and the bathroom has been out of order for 3 months running. What a dump. Edit: its now been 14 months!!
