The personnel who work at this CVS are friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for years. Easy access off of I-80 and the Rocklin Road exit.

Great service, Employees that we had INTERACTIONS with had excellent customer service skills. BOTH MY WIFE AND I HAVE SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT BACKGROUNDS.

Friendly and helpful staff and management in the pharmacy, I interact with weekly, always have my medication in stock and ready on time with quick service even when there are a few people in line they get to you quickly and are always friendly and helpful.The store also has great staff and Management in the store section, always say hello and goodbye and always quick to help if needed.

Went here today... I guess the door was broken? There was a bunch of us standing outside confused because we could see people inside but couldnt get in. a confused customer finally let us in through the exit door 🤷🏻‍♀️ once I gained entrance it was ok.

We always have a good experience at this pharmacy. They try very hard to help the customer and are upbeat even when times are crazy busy.

These people have been such a huge help for years at the rocklin location, I had 7 or more surgeries over 2 years, always have what we need, take time to explain what our dr. May not have, always attentive.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. I have two children that are on ADD/ADHD medications and their medication is vital to their schoolwork, etc.... We wait 1-2 weeks for our meds every month, NO EXAGGERATION . I have heard every excuse from them, other than they forget to send my paperwork in to the insurance company, which is the real cause. I have heard the excuse that the manufacturer has discontinued producing Ritalin, I think not! One excuse I hear most often is the shipment has not come in yet but what really is the problem is that they forget to order it. When I ask where my prescriptions are I am told they are ordering as we speak but I hear this two-three times a week. I have never had these issues at other pharmacies. I will not go to another pharmacy because the closest one is 9 miles away, I should not have to drive 9 miles out of my way when I have a pharmacy 1 1/2 miles from my home. And, it would be a huge ordeal getting all my records transferred as it was when I initially started here. So, I will just have to deal with these issues until they hire competent pharmacy techs. UNFORTUNATELY! I do not recommend this pharmacy. The store is great though and the cashiers are great. I wish this were true over at the pharmacy.

I dont do a bunch of shopping here but Bryan in the pharmacy department is awesome and super helpful
