I was very unsatisfied with my experience at this station. I purchased 2 bottles of Chevron Fuel system cleaner one of which I opened and put in my tank right away. the other I put on the floor board. Driving back to my shop I noticed it was leaking on the floor. I took off the cap and noticed the aluminum foil seal was missing. Fearing that it had been tapered with I returned to the station to politely exchange it. the cashier said she did not have authorization to help me and told me to come back the following day. I replied that I lived 10 miles away and worked 10 miles away the other direction and that for $13 it was not worth me coming back another day. I said if you dont want a complaint then deal with this now otherwise you will have one. She called the manager and the manager responded via telephone saying that the items I purchased were sealed when she sold them to me. Now I ask you this, I went to 3 stations just to find the cleaner because i am brand loyal. I have been buying chevron and chevron only for 15 years, not to mention the 450 contractors that buy product from me and who knows how much Chevron fuels they buy. So my question is, was it worth denying me an exchange for a $13 bottle of fuel system cleaner?

Its a gas station. Not much more.
