This store has hired a lot of new employees who were willing to answer questions with a smile. I couldnt find an item, one employee stopped stocking the shelves and walked me to the area to find my product. The shelves were well stocked from what I saw. A truck was there delivering additional items. There is an employee there named Jeannette. She is always smiling and willing to assist the shoppers. This neighborhood Wal Mart in Rocklin is stepping up its game!!! I like it.

Nice clean not to busy neighborhood Walmart. There were a few nicely discounted items in the baby section. All the formula is locked up. I dont bother buying formula or diapers here. Dont have time to get someone to unlock the formula and diapers are about a dollar to two dollars more then target.Discounted meat is awesome. Was able to get three rib eye steaks for $20, marked down from $32. Promotional baby shampoo was on sale today also. Went ahead and purchased a few. I plan to return to this Walmart.

I always forget this Walmart is here. Its like a friendly neighborhood store not too big or overstuffed with products.

Wow. So I have been in this store a handful of times lately, as I just moved near here. This store has ALWAYS been so, so clean and the employees so very friendly! Even though its a Neighborhood Walmart, I do prefer it better than the larger. I just tried out the online shopping here and I was so pleasantly pleased! They had all I needed and the gal that delivered it to my car was the sweetest! So happy this store is the closet to me now.

I like the bakery bread is good and very reasonable considering how much food prices have gone up.

The people that work in this pharmacy are so kind. They have made my experience with this pharmacy probably the best Ive ever had, not just once, but over and over again. They even took their time with me when my situation got a little complicated.

The best grocery pickup staff and service in the region! We drive 20 miles out of our way (from Folsom) just to go to this Walmart for our pickup orders. They usually find everything on our list and are super fast once you arrive. Very friendly and provide perfect substitutions, if necessary. Their selection and product availability are also much better than most Walmarts.

I shop here because its so close to me, but they have pretty much everything I need. Sometimes produce is a miss, but if you to on a good day they have great markdowns on meat! Most if the staff is very friendly, and liquor is pretty cheap.

Good place to pick up that quick item or two. Just dont expect it to be quick if you have to go thru regular checkout as they ever only have one register open.

I like the store cause its convenient, however it seems that everytime I go there there is always something I needed that they are out of. Some times the produce is good and sometimes it just simply is not. In the refrigerated section with the cheese, dips, and so on it seems that there is always stuff not stocked right, and not well organized to where you have to actually make sure the item matches the price lable. The older employees that have worked there for a while are friendly and welcoming, others are kinda just ok with seeing a customer.

Customer service is great and the staff always talks to me and my fiance. Were in there at least two times a week and they have everything we need food and cosmetic wise. Fun little nugget-alcohol has some of the best prices in Rocklin.

My friend turned 94!At 94 he thought he needed an iPhone! Started @AT&T got the phone then to Walmart for a new Casio analog watch.Walmart had just what he wanted & a pen/stylist for his iPhone to boot!Then Starbucks barista gave him a free bd frappuccino while I set up his new watch.A great birthday!Thank you

Even though I generally love ordering from Walmart, this store is not a favorite location to order my groceries. I waited 14 minutes before my order was brought out even though there were no other vehicles parked in the pick up area when I got there. I asked for my(4 bag) order to be put in my back seat and was told that customers are asked to load their own groceries if they arent going in the trunk. When I opened my door and pulled out my cane, I was told that they would be loaded for me. My carton of milk was 4 days from its best-by date. 5 out of 36 eggs were broken. The wrong variety of ground sausage was given to me. When I got home and put my stuff away, I called the store to mention the above problems. I was sent to a voicemail box and I have yet to get any kind of response. I responded similarly to the online survey. No response. There are far too many Walmart locations to bother with this one again

The store is always stocked and the customer service is friendly and helpful. I go there myself to get groceries and also have used their online grocery pick up service.

Sad situation here. This establishment was not practicing safe social distancing, customers were not wearing any masks. Employees stated that well, I cant make them wear it when asked if the requie masks.I feel we are all being missed and deceived by this vaccinations push. Soon we will all be back in the same wormhole we were last year. The vaccine is not a cure! So mask your FACE; and control your SPACE!Walmart should be enforcing this, too.

This is my familys favorite Walmart to shop at, the Pharmacy, Customer Service, and Greeters, are always friendly and willing to serve, leaving us with a smile in our hearts. A toned down version of Walmart is what the world would be better off with. I miss the days of a regular walmart when I was young. I wont even go into the monstrous abominations they call a supercenter anymore, unless that is sheer desperation for something I need instantly.These neighborhood ones, are a different story. Theres actually decent folk in here that dont seem to fully hate their life and have smiles even! Im a Walmart! I dont want to get them in trouble, but I didnt think they were allowed to do that!

Friendly, helpful staff, never have I experienced or observed anything other than that.Organized, clean but, due to it being an older store and seen better days it needs more then cleaning to make it truly sparkle. Updating is in order for those that can’t see past cosmetic appearances.Clientele are friendly as well, polite, courteous and actually acknowledge each other and make eye contact. (Now with social distancing being the new norm)I shop 1-2 times a month having just relocated 9 months ago and the cashiers and I remember each other and pick up where we left off. It’s nice.

Its a great place to get groceries

It is smaller in size and makes it easier to pick up what you need and save time and money. Time is important at times and this stores clean and at times can have what you couldnt find at super wall mart. Most recently Clorox bleach spray bottles, great for tub, sinks toilets ectThe had it in stock. Try them out if your in the neighborhood.👍

This store does not enforce the governors order to wear a mask inside. The worker there said she did not care. This is a Covid hot spot. Also they are not practicing social distance. Dont go there if you want to stay welling ..

Staff is very friendly and always helpful, unlike other Walmarts I go to. Store is always clean and the shopping carts DONT make horrible noises or barely move, like they do at other Walmarts. Very happy with this store!

Their pickup service could be more organized. I was delivering for a customer and waited nearly 30 minutes for an order that was ready.

They carry a surprisingly fair amount of allergy friendly foods here, and the price is better than other places.

Always have what I need when I stop by. Friendly staff and Im in and out quickly. And the staff is always helpful when I cant find something or reach it. Love it!

This store allows customers to shop without face masks. A couple was seen making out in the produce section. Highly unsafe behaviors given the current pandemic. Management stated they cannot and will not enforce any mask requirements. They cannot and will not have shoppers removed for not wearing masks. THIS is the place to go if you want to catch covid this holiday season. Your local conspiracy theorists seems to congregate here maskless in large numbers fouling the air and nearly every surface. May the odds be ever in your favor should you choose to shop here this season.

Pretty limited on hygiene products & makeup etc but. If you just need to grab a few quick grocery items, prices are good and reasonable parking access even when they are not ooen.

Im super disappointed. I come here for money orders all the time. I had Monique initially help me, who was amazing, friendly, sweet and was efficient. I got there at 8, she did my money order in a minute. Then, Marilyn came over, voided my money order, and took me to her register where she took over 20 minutes to complete it. I told them I was on a time crunch. I work in Sacramento, and she was extremely unprofessional. She wouldn’t tell me why it was taking so long, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you recognize Monique for being incredibly friendly and amazing with her customer service. Marilyn, however, displayed poor quality service. I work in healthcare, have patients to attend to, and they were aware of this the time I got there at 8 am. Horrible.Update: it’s been over 30 minutes here with no apology. Extremely disappointed

During the past 2-3 yrs I have rarely found some items Im looking for that were available before then. Example: Maxwell House Columbian Coffee, for the past yr Ive had to order it online. I rarely find wild caught fresh fish, mostly farm raised, which I dont eat. In frozen, no large fillets or whole fish. A large number of brands have been replaced by the Walmart brand & some of those I dont care for. More & more Im finding I have to shop at other stores to find what I want & thats very inconvenient.

Durring the pandemic, they get your food and safely get it to you and put it in yor car, very nice, great service

Im here regularly bc I live a block away and its convenient. I like thats its not a huge store and you can get most of your needs here. I only gave it 4 stars bc they have recently discontinued some popular items and theyve out of stock a lot especially around the first of the month. Because its a market expect to use one of there many self checkout lanes,as they only have one or two people doing checkout. But in general a good smaller Walmart. The prices really cant be beat!😊

This store has the friendliest staff. Granted they know me cause I’m in there quite often in the evenings to pick up this and that. They are always respectful and helpful and work hard to ensure your being helped as soon as needed. They are all good employees but particularly the middle age woman with short dark hair who is a manager is really on top of her game and really works hard. Always ensures she says hi and asks if I need help. About the store itself. It set up same as any other grocery store really. However it always is stocked never a shelf empty, very rarely do I see an empty slot the entire store is in a good uniformity and takes care and pride in their work place. Their employees are very friendly and always out to help you in anyway they can. They always make sure your visit wads satisfactory and painless. Their prices are hard to beat I. Some stores you can get stuff a few penny’s less but prices are competitive and fair. Last I will say is at night when I go there is always a few people cleaning the lot. Don’t be that guy that takes his cart to his car and leaves it there. Atleast return it at the end of the night since they are closing. This happens far to often. Other than that the store is satisfactory and the only Walmart I’ll step foot into.

The place itself is fine. Just like any other Walmart. I forgot to change my address on my credit card because we had just moved so it wasnt working. I couldnt find my debit in the diaper bag (until I got home of course). So I had to run home to find a different form of payment. One of the staff (I think it was a manager but I cant remember) said shed keep the cart full of groceries in the dairy box until I got back to purchase them. It only took me twenty minutes to get back there. By the time I did, someone had already put them away or purchased them. They werent sure. Seriously. Some communication would have been nice. The girl helping me did a good job and I didnt get mad and take it out on her because it wasnt her fault and I realize I went back in the first place because of my own faulty payment, but I think the staff needs to communicate more efficiently so things like this dont happen. Lugging a Baby around and trying to make time to get groceries when you have only one car makes doing so a chore and it would have been nice had they not made it harder for me to do so.

My visit to this location was very pleasent. I normally go to the pleasent grove location, but I went in and I was disappointed that they didnt have a kids inflatable pool that the website said they had in stock. But fortunately, I stopped Nikki who was nice enough to go look in the back for me and she saved the day. She found the pool for me, and was very pleasant and friendly. Great customer service. GREAT Job Nikki!

Early morning shopping here is lovely! Theres hardly anyone here and you can get a lot done quickly. Once you learn which self-checkout registers are slow, the rest of them are pretty quick!I stop by here every now and then for a morning sandwich on the way to work!

I find that all of Walmarts in my area are under staffed .The proof is that so many shelves continue to be empty. This has been going on even before covid.

Not as busy as most Walmarts. Has more time slot availability for grocery pick ups. Choose a slot in the morning if you can.
