We met Nick through one of his discount advertising signs. We know how many mattress companies have high profit margin‘s, we’re not about to give into that. Nick was very easy to work with and met us at his show room to give us choices on mattresses. We chose a foam mattress that we are completely pleased with! The first couple of nights on the mattress were amazing and a week later we are still very happy with our purchase!The prices are very reasonable and we got discounted pillows and mattress cover as well. I had a wonderful experience with Nick at Mattress by Appointment. Shopping for mattresses during a pandemic isn’t ideal, but Nick made the process as comfortable and safe as possible. Having an appointment ensured we were the only ones in the store, which was nice. Once the kids had selected their mattresses, the purchasing part was easy. I liked the 90 day 0% financing! We weren’t ready for the mattresses to be delivered for a couple weeks, and Nick had no problem waiting until we were ready. He delivered the mattresses right on time and took away one of the old ones. This was an easy and pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely recommend Mattress by Appointment to friends and family!

If you want to get ripped off talk to Nick. His story changed over and over when it came to delivery he kept changing delivery blaming it on whatever. It was a complete nightmare to deal with. Thankfully I cancelled my order but had to fight the finance company for a refund because Nick wouldnt call them back, the same fiance company Nick recommended. Turns out in California if you use one of the stores fiance companies you have no protection from the seller. It took a month to get the finance company to refund my money. USE A CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR BEST PROTECTION. The negative reviews on Yelp are true. Oh and lets say you drop $2k on a bed and dont like it, guess what? Youre stuck! So glad I didnt buy from this place. There are so many better places online that offer 100% satisfaction guarantees for up to a year.

Best service.... Called and hung up thinking who goes to buy a mattress but needs to make an appointment. After I hung up I got a return call immediately from the owner. I explained what I was looking for and needed them immediately. It was after 6:00pm and the gentlemen told me no problem he would meet me at the business and take care of us. I meet him and bought two twin mattresses at a great price. Highly recommend this business and would defiantly go back in the future.

Quickest and easiest transaction ever! Needed a new twin mattress for my son. Nick had a top quality mattress picked out and ready along with the bunkie board we needed at an appointment time that was convenient for me. I was looking for a mattress and I saw one of their signs so I decided to give them a call I spoke with Justin and we set up an appointment for later that day. We came in he was very patient letting us try all their beds and answering all our questions. We finally decided on the bed we wanted and he was able to get us for only $40 down and they were even able to deliver the bed the same day. The reviews are misleading and we came because we wanted to support a local business. Nick was mad that we didn’t want to spend more money on a mattress and was extremely pushy. He told us he would do free delivery before we came, but pushed us to strap it on top of our car in the rain & when we were uncomfortable with it because it was an hour drive away. He also made my boyfriend carry the mattress, which is a big no no in sales. The 50%- 80% off is a scam too. The mattress we were looking at was maybe $50 less than box stores. We were okay with buying a bed frame but he said if we didn’t buy a mattress he wouldn’t sell us a frame??? Just overall a weird and awkward experience. Don’t waste your time.

I learned about Mattresses By Appointment online. I liked the idea of having an exact time to view, test, and learn from a knowledgeable salesperson who was only focused on me and my needs. I needed 2 Queen sets, 1 for guest use only, and 1 for a person having had 7 spine surgeries. Nick listened to my needs and recommended the best sets for me. I bought one set he suggested, and went cheaper on the second. Two months later I contacted Nick and told him he was right on his recommendation for the better set. Nick had a way to get me credit towards the new set and the exchange went very smoothly. 2 1/2 years after my mattress set purchases I am still very happy with the product, the buying process, and with the owner/salesman, Nick.

Nick was very helpful! He set up an appointment to meet with us for a time that worked easiest for mine and my husband schedule. Made the process of matress shopping enjoyable and easy! Our appointment was at 5pm and he had the bed delivered by 11am the next morning! Ive already recommended him to a few friends looking to buy a new matress!

Well, its a father-son store, the father is more than accommodating and very reasonable, easy to communicate with and a very nice person. Justin on the other hand is very rude, and the complete opposite of his father. Would rather do business with his father than him. Wont EVER be doing business with him personally again. If you want to be lectured and belittled for texting back 6 minutes late because you were driving, accused of not willing to work with them when youre trying to figure out when to meet up to pay them, then talk with him. He is very frustrating and not so friendly.

The beds are quality name brand mattresses and at much lower cost and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We recently lost everything due to flooding and mold issues at the house my wife, myself, and our four kids have been at for the last five years. Having to move on the spot and move into an empty apartment was hard on the kids, the last thing they needed was to be sleeping on the floor. When Nick found out what we had recently gone through, he stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of my family. He met me at 8:30 pm, made the experience easy and enjoyable, loaded up his truck and delivered them to us that night so the kids and my wife and I didn’t have to Sleep on the floor the first night in our new place. I got a fabulous king size mattress and adjustable frame from Nick. I had wanted one for over a year but thought it was too expensive. Nick made my dream come true with an affordable set and even came to my house and set it up. Once I took delivery of the mattress, after the chaos of moving, I noticed that what Nick told us was a Serta had a tag that said Five Star Mattress. I messaged him asking if that is the model name of the bed and he said that the bed is only manufactured by Serta, which means it is not actually a Serta. He wrote on my invoice that it is a Serta.I started researching and I couldnt find many good reviews for the Five Star Mattress brand. I asked Nick for the return policy a few weeks ago and he has not responded. I recently asked again because I originally decided to give it a chance but my boyfriend and I both wake up sore almost every morning now. We have only been sleeping on this bed for just over a month. The pillow top is already stretched out in the middle and bunches up when I move around at night.A couple days ago I messaged Nick asking again for the return policy. Someone else messaged me back and told me that Nick is out of the country. I asked when he will be back and for the return policy again and AGAIN I have had no response. I have found actual Serta mattresses for half the price of what I was charged for this off brand mattress.I am still trying to get ahold of him because I would rather sleep on an air mattress until I can find a new mattress somewhere else.
