Shopped around for days and I met Chuck. Chuck was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I’m a pretty difficult and picky customer. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from him. He actually educated me on mattresses and I left and shopped so more and came back to him because he was the most professional and helpful. Thanks Chuck for the great service which is better than a great price. However he also had the BEST PRICE as well!

Disappointed and frustrated. Its been over a month since we purchased our new mattress. And our delivery date has been pushed back twice. Were still waiting on a fourth date for delivery and hopefully that will be the last. We were offered to take a different mattress but it wasnt close to what we originally wanted so thank you but no thank you.

It was a pleasure visiting Sleep First in the Rocklin Commons shopping center. Fernando helped us with our purchase. We really enjoyed his knowledge and professionalism. He has been doing this a long time and we could tell. We have been long time temperpedic users. Over time we have developed some issues with sleep patterns, back issue and other things. Shop here first. Best prices, top quality products, expert staff. This is a newer store, but you would be wise to visit them for your bedding needs. The staff is very experienced and will help you make your choices without any pressure. You will recognize the names of their products and you will be pleased with the prices. The store is clean and well organized.

We really werent looking to purchase a mattress the day we visited the store, however, we knew we needed to purchase soon. I was greeted immediately by a warm smile and sweet spirit from Katie. She was very knowledgeable and very personable, almost like a friend youd known for years. She made the experience pleasant and fun. When I went in the store, there were deals for a free adjustable base that adjusts both the head and feet, or a free boxspring, free delivery, and no sales tax. There is a one year comfort promise, so you can exchange for a different bed for a $100 restocking fee. Beds come with a 5 year or 10 year warranty. Wish I had come shopping here first! I was supposed to have my new bed and adjustable stand delivered after 3 weeks from buying it. It’s now 5 weeks later and they have put me off 3 times on delivering it. They tried bringing it out once and they brought out the stand and it was missing parts and said I could take it as is right now so that it wouldn’t work or I could wait and they would bring me a new one in a few days (which never happened) I am unable to get ahold of them in any way because nobody answers the phone, the voicemails are always full, and nobody ever calls back. The only two people that are any good were the lady that sold the bed to us and the driver that told his boss off for us because we paid a lot for a nice special bed and the boss wanted to make it worth less than half of what we paid. Those two deserve a raise and the rest shouldn’t even be working there. Their service is some of the worst I have ever seen. It’s worth the extra couple hundred dollars to go somewhere else for the same thing so that you can actually get your bed.
