Rented here for about 2 years. I must say, the office staff, pricing and overall experience was excellent. This is a good place for handing extra storage needs.

This lady had some items to donate to the church so we went and all she did was point and it was gone at no charge.

Great facility but unfortunately they have recently made a change to management that was not for the best. The lack of professionalism from the staff was shocking, I was told to stick a fork in it and then he accused me of calling him name. I hope the owners get this guy out of there. If you dont need to speak with anyone, then the place is great!

I have used this storage facility twice and I will always keep coming back! Bob is awesome! The customer service is beyond what you will get anywhere else. Clean units, very safe and secure location, and friendly. Do not go anywhere else!!

I had my items in the storage for over a year. I asked if I could have a POD delivered to the facility for two days and I would pay extra for this service. I was told that was not possible. I had to rent a Uhaul and transfer everything in my storage to the POD. When I arrived at the storage there was a container right where I asked to have the POD delivered. The customer service at Central Rocklin Self Storage is poor.

Ive rented a unit from this facility for years with no problems and used to love coming here back when Bob and his brother (who I assume was also named Bob) managed the place. The Bobs were both courteous and kept the place clean at all times. The reason I am only giving one star is because they recently contracted out the management of this facility to a fella named Patrick, and I could not be more displeased with Patricks lack of professionalism, displays of aggression, and questionable integrity. Unfortunately, this dubious character is the reason I felt it was necessary to cancel the lease of my storage shed in October 2018. When the Bobs come to their senses and replace Patrick with a professional, I would definitely consider bringing my business back here. Until then, stay away from this place.
