I couldnt recommend this Extra Space Storage MORE! Steve the manager called me moments after making a reservation online and got everything set up and questions answered right away! Overall our experience with Steve and Extra Space Storage is amazing!

I needed to store some boxes that contain photos and books. All are invaluable to me because they mean so much to me. I rented a storage unit online from Extra Space Storage and I am rating them five stars for excellent customer service, cleanliness and affordable storage units. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone

I had called numerous other facilities around the area to find that nobody in storage business really answers their phones right away... I get calls back usually about 2-3 hours later. I called extra space and they answered right away, were extremely helpful and customer service was unsurpassed for a storage facility. Had me impressed.. while it may have costed me a little bit more than some of the other facilities in or around the area, its totally worth it.

I needed to get to my bill, a recently departed employee was registered for the account and I was struggling online to get this acct info. I called the location and got the manager Steve and he demonstrated the lost art of customer service. He was perfect. He was so friendly on the phone I felt like he couldn’t wait to help me with everything and anything I needed. Total professional an awesome experience he owned my issue I was so excited to be treated so well. If you need storage, with Steve as the manager here this is the place

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Rocklin. The manager, Steve Smith, is very friendly and helpful. I was able to rent a unit that is the perfect size and in a great location. Also, the security here is top-notch, and I feel very comfortable that my stored items will be safe.

Online rental process was extremely simple! Steve called to make sure everything went smoothly for when we were booking online and when we were on the lot, which I really appreciate. Exemplary Service from Steve who went so far as to call me to confirm my on-line request even after another customer came in wanting the same last unit of that size. I would like to see a better way to reach the person on site easier. It was difficult to get past the call center although they were very courteous and as helpful as they could be.

The site manager was wonder to work with and very helpful in adjusting our current lease and linking another unit lease to the same account. We will continue to do business with Extra Space Storage.

So far, it’s been great. I signed up for a unit online and was able to sign the forms digitally. I really appreciate that the experience for getting started is fully automated and remote. I also rented a temperature controlled unit, which was very important to me. The staff have been super friendly and helpful!

Hello. I did a super easy “no contact” rental with this facility. It took five minutes online and was easy and clear to understand. Steve followed up with a phone call shortly after my online experience, and he was extremely personable and helpful. He explained to me exactly where my space was in the facility, clarified how to get in and out of the facility, and invited me to stop by and introduce myself so he could put a face to the name. He also offered to help should I need anything regarding the rental, or even help with getting my stuff inside. This has been an all around simple and positive experience, and it doesn’t hurt that it is two blocks from my apartment. I have actually used this facility once in the past as well, and it was always very clean and felt safe. I’d say if you’re debating whether to rent a space, this is a good “no-hassle” place to get going with. Thanks for your assistance and friendly demeanor Steve, these days that personal touch is definitely not found everywhere or in every business. It definitely adds to the satisfaction level with the whole experience.

From the very start, Steve was great to talk to!Let’s’ face it, moving is a drag and 1/2, plus now with COVID restrictions not worthy, it is twice as hard. Gads!The remedy: Steve really makes all go smoothly, as painless as can be.The facility is newer and white-glove clean ( as much as one can outside).The trek around the faculty shows neatly arranged and identified by unit number, clearly marked. This place was extremely clean and organized. They were accessible during the pandemic and when moving during that time, they made storing my stuff easy. I also got a phone call from the rental manager to check in and see if everything went smoothly with their new online process and getting onto the property, which I would say is not common and is appreciated. My experience with Extra Space Storage was productive and enjoyable. Really great customer service, helpful and on top of things. I went from the initial call to putting the lock on my unit within an hour. I was able to complete my application from home, which also made my experience very convenient. The property and the units are very clean. I would definitely refer people to use Extra Space Storage. One thing to note, this location has indoor and outdoor units. I was not aware of that at the beginning and was assigned to an indoor unit. My preference would have been an outside unit, but later found out the cost is less for indoor, which is what fit my needs at the time. I just think it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I had both options.

Our organization has had a unit here for some time now, and we’ve had nothing but great customer service. Recently we needed to downsize units and the process was quick and easy. We received excellent customer service from start to finish. Steve was personable and proactive in making sure we had what we needed. The facility was clean and well kept.

Entire rental process was smooth, from signing up to canceling when I didn’t need the unit anymore. Staff were very helpful with questions or assistance. I briefly needed a second unit and they made sure both units were close for convenience. Buildings were always clean. Would shop here again if I needed a storage unit.
