We used Rocklin Self Storage for a few months after a house fire, the staff made everything so easy and helped with access, I hope to never need storage again but if I do I will be calling them back for sure!

Keli is a wonderful manager! She was quick to email me back and called me if I had any issues. The facility is clean and well-kept. The location is great as we were just down the road. I would highly recommend this storage unit!

Home away from home ;). I have lost count of how many times I have used this place! They make it so easy and treat everyone like family. Super accommodating to all your needs. This time I am moving a couple of cities over and someone said “why are you using Rocklin Self Storage? Why don’t you get a storage closer to where your moving”. I told them I would never use another storage company if at all possible! They are truly the best 😁

My experience with Rocklin Self Storage has been excellent. They are very friendly and very helpful. The facility is nice and clean. I like that there is no contract and I can terminate at any time no strings attached.Also, I like the location of the facility because I feel safe and not worriedto go their by myself. I do not have enough words to describe this awesome facility! They are amazing people. They take pride in their establishment. The staff is incredibly kind and caring! We had an issue with our unit. We brought it to their attention. The problem was handled immediately! On an incredibly hot day. One of the staff drove around handing out water to those working in or around their unit. He could have easily stayed in the nice cool office but instead made sure all of his clients were hydrated! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!!

Fast, efficient, and friendly! And most important to me, best prices in the area! Keli, who was personable and knowledgeable, helped me secure a storage unit size I needed on short notice and explained everything. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend this storage facility to all of my friends.

I love this place. I had a storage for six five or six months and it was great! I enjoyed the staff and the space everyone was nice and friendly and they even remembered me after 3 years when i came back to get a storage again.

Having been evacuated from the Complex fire on Saturday with the our most precious things we set out to find a safe place for them. Started on Sunday finding few open signs, so I emailed Rocklin Self Storage. The quick response AND making a place available over the phone Wow that is service you only hope to receive. WE DID.

Great Service and nice facility! Renting a unit was easy and quick. I was pleasantly surprised given that this location is also in a great spot. Its close to home and in a decent neighborhood.

Sign up was quick and easy, nothing was available at first but within days they called and had an open space. The given measurements were not exactly right so be sure to measure first before planning what can fit where. Unit was clean and in good condition

I have rented a 10 X 10 unit about 3 days ago and have only great things to say about this facility. Access is easy, the place is very clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeble. I called the day before I needed a unit, they had one at about the size I needed. I came the following day, paperwork was a breeze, and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. I have had a storage unit a Rocklin for several years now. I absolutely love the people there, they are kind and go the extra mile. I have had many different size units and they are always accommodating. I have had people come up to me on golf carts to see how I was doing and even offered me water. Sometimes moving in the heat or even a bunch of stuff you can get thirsty and it was nice that they want to make sure I was ok and if I needed any help and offered a dolly, straps, and packing material. They have everything there you would need to move!
