Very few phones in stock. 5 phones you can actually hold. None are turned on or working do you can check them out. Customer service is meh.

This is the most RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STORE!refuse to help. Refused to even listen to the elderly lady told her she was rude and not to yell at him. When she stated she wasnt yelling, the female employee from across the store proceeded to scream at the elderly customer telling her to not to yell. The lady wasnt yelling just simply asked if she could do is her sentence. The employee told the elderly customer to go to the web site. Refused to help her in anyway, site address etc. Then screamed at her together out of the store. Refused to give her the store number, said they didnt have a number.I left as well. I dont need a new phone and service that badly!

At&t in Rockport Texas was very fast and friendly got what i needed done quickly and got me out i have had at&t for years and i am very satisfied with them and dont want to go any where else thanks at&t i would recommend them for everyone.

Rockport store on hwy 35 north was awful. Lied about the price of the phone then the manager Robin pushed us off on her associate Isaac. Isaac was very helpful. waited 6 days for our service to start after some confusion with the transferring of our number then told by Robin she didnt have time to help us. Finally Isaac was able to resolve all issues and restore service to our new phone. We waited almost 2and a half hours in store and had to return on 4 different occasions.

I have had AT&T for over 14 years. I have 5 lines and upgrade consistently. I consider myself a good customer. I called the 1-800 number to transfer an iphone7 to an iPhone 12 which I had bought through the upgrade option on AT&T app. After 3 hours on the phone with the support, the girl who was trying to help and who struggled terribly with the language barrier turned off MY service instead of the iPhone 7 I was upgrading for family member. Went to store for help.No one was there when I got there but the young man. When I told him what happened. - mind you I never raised my voice or yelled or said anything derogatory- he didn’t say or respond with anything. He just looked at me and started typing on his iPad. After a few minutes he picked up another iPad and continued to type … never saying anything like. I’ll be right with you. I’d be glad to help, hang on, or I can’t help you”. He said nothing. So after more time.. I asked with great frustration. Do I need to go somewhere else TMobile. Can you help? And he said I was rude?? I wasn’t. He immediately made a face and knew that I wasn’t there to buy something and then refused to help me. Worst experience in my life. I left. Went to the Aransas Pass store where Sarah said she could help after I told her the same thing I told him. The Aransas Pass store people are great. She fixed my issue . Was communicative and very helpful. So I bought the new AT&T cable box they are offering and will be upgrading my next two phones for upgrade only through Aransas Pass and NEVER THROUGH ROCKPORT AGAIN. The rep had such an attitude. DONT GO TO ROCKPORT. I’ve had awesome experiences at Aransas Pass and have had great help in Portland too. ROCKPORT NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. They don’t need to act huffy just because it’s not a sale.

BJ, a technician with AT&T Rockport was GREAT. HE drove to Sinton for a report of low hanging wires. We were unsure which company they belonged to and BJ took the time to send pictures and explain what I was looking at even though it was not their wire/issue. Thanks again!!

Conveniently located store. We are lucky to have this location in our town! The staffing can be kind of slim so expect to wait. Typically if I have a problem I still try to call or chat with customer service, I only go here to test drive the phones and pick up an order that I placed online.

Great staff, I dont care for at&t. Their phones always break on me. They either will not charge, sound breaks, or the power button breaks. I never had these issues with straight talk prepaid phones. Also whenever I turn the phone in to get repaired. They would give me an older model phone. It sucks and I cant wait to leave them.

Cassie and David were GREAT they helped me out and kept me as an AT&T customer for life. They gave me an excellent deal on a few new mobile devices and their customer service was outstanding. They were also giving me a money savings deal on Direct TV but I was squeezed for time that day but I do like what they were saying and will head back in to see them when I get back from Florida this summer. (they should get raises if they treat all their customers as amazing as the treated me). Thanks RD

Inside of store is very nice looking, and great employees. Always been really friendly and helpful when I visit to purchase chargers, cases, and phones. Even if you dont hold an AT&T phone they have a sweet variety of cases and other gear for your phone.Final thoughts: Recommend highly

I went into the store, one young man working, he was with customers no big deal. No acknowledgement of me being there, no I’ll be with you in a minute, two others walked in after me, the same no acknowledgement of anyone else in the store. The two after me left mad. There are now 3 of us here waiting, still no acknowledgement. So after staring at a monitor for 5 minutes waiting for something to load. He decided to go over cases with the first customer as another person gets tired and leaves. Should have went over this before they went to check out. Management needs to retrain their staff, and staff properly. Might be with the drive to corpus.

5/10/2018 Went in to the store to change the phone number and purchase a new phone. MARTIN tried to force us to start a new account and purchase a direct TV add on. THIS IS HOSTILE MARKETING!!!! This young man became very rude with us and was very confrontational. We did not want a new account, just to stay with the original account. He told us that its not possible to do that???!!??!!? Ummm how is it not?????

Bait and switch. Went in to trade in a phone for a new one. Was told they would give $200 for the old phone. After I signed the authorization forms (and the line activated from the old to new phone), the rep refused to apply the $200 credit to my ATT account. She claimed they would only apply my money toward am in-store purchase. I called ATT customer service, who confirmed this goes contrary to the terms/conditions of the trade-up process - the store should either apply the money to the ATT account, in-store purchase, or issue a Visa gift card; this applies to both corporate stores and Authorized Retailer locations.Cancelled the transaction and filed a complaint.

Suddenly had no dialpad. Took to this store and Awesome Austin fixed the problem w/o hesitation. I had called LG earlier and they said that for $50 or more they could repair the phone. $0 at this AT&T store. Would HIGHLY recommend.
