The skinny guy at this store is really cool and helpful. He really hooks you up with the best deals in town.

The store had the open sign on. And the paper on the door said their open from 10pm-7pm. Yet the door was locked and no one was there. Checked online and it says they were supposed to be open. Called the store. No one answered. If the people r on break then they should put up a sign.

The prices and plans are decent, but their staff are almost impossible to understand. A plus is that one plan that cost $350 a month at T-Mobile only cost $120 a month here at Boost. Sadly, their upgrade plans are garbage. Even if you have a scheduled upgrade it will only take $20 of the price of your new phone, so you might as well not have an upgrade at all in my opinion. They use Sprints towers though, and because AT&T is always going offline here in Rockport I would reccommend them on that aspect, because Ive never had my service go out with Boost. Sadly, T-Mobile uses AT&Ts towers, so if you have them your phone goes down when AT&T goes offline, which is pretty often.

Dont go to this boost moblie store... Paid the clerk 80 bucks for my bill and my bill never got paid.. what a scam...

Manage ( Asher ) still after three weeks has not returned my calls.... On a complaint about an employee... Sexual harassment is no laughing matter.. looks like I will have to get an attorney involved

Horrible customer service

You can call numerous times and nobody will answer the phone and when u go in person they are so rude when you ask for help with your phone .Thats why the customers switch to a different provider

I felt very uncomfortable with the two employees working. After refusing multiple times to purchase accessories they tried to bargan with me by lowering prices? And I didnt receive my coin change. Over all a very uncomfortable experience. 50¢ per customer adds up at the end of the day.

Always smells like indian food and body odor

The sales clerk made my wife very very uncomfortable.. ask her if she was married.. and if she wanted to go out on a date... Not good
