Went in to change out a (Sprint) SIM card per recent email from T-Mobile. Diane & Alyssa were super helpful, especially with removing and putting back together the protective case on my phone. Three fast & efficient & cordial staff earns 5 stars from me.

This place just keeps getting worse and worse I called and was assured that they would hold a device for me until I Sunday and when I call the sold it how amazing not to mention they are disrespectful and not always honest with there sales tactics

The young man tried to fix my issues, but the real problem is with TMobile itself, so there is only so much the local stores can do.

Angela worked diligently for three hours to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone. Without her Id be lost. Why does technology have to be so complicated!

The store in Rockport is good, the service is terrible. I dont know if its coincidental, but seems to have started with the merger. We have been a custer over 15 years and probably wont be much longer.
