The grocery items have no price labels or tags on them. One never knows how much you would be charged for an item. And even though the cooked food are priced according to the size of the container, they somehow always make the mistake of charging you a higher price. I bought the smallest size ( like a small cup) of cooked vegetables and its obvious that the size was the smallest. But the cashier mistakenly charged me $7.50, the price for a bigger size. I had to call back to tell her. She said she was sorry for the mistake. But this is just one of many mistakes in the past.

Superb ambience and super affable service. The food was crisp and delightful. Will definitely recommend this spot to others. Fair rates and generous portions. Keep up the great work.

Nice stop but i wish the restaurant part of the store had menus, signage, so you can actually know if that part of the store is open.

The Halo Halo here is not good. It tastes like whole milk on ice.

The hours online showed the store was closing at 8pm.I called the store to verify their closing schedule but no one answered my call. I drove by from Silver Spring and arrived at the store a little after 7pm planning to pick up 2 balikbayan boxes but unfortunately the store posted a sign that they closed at 7pm. I went ahead and picked up the food I ordered from the Thai restaurant right next to the store.When i came out of the Thai restaurant, there were 2 Filipinas outside the Filipino store so I asked if they work at the store and one lady responded yes.I asked her if it is possible to grab me balikbayan boxes.She looked at the second lady and asked her.The second lady who was holding the store key said in a very unfriendly manner no, then she went and locked the door, and even made a comment that I should have came earlier (well I could! only if the store hours that you advertised online was updated and correct or If you respond to phone calls).Another thing also worth mentioning, during the holidays, my family member PRE-ORDERED 2 trays of a noodle dish.When she arrived at the store to pick up the order, she was told that they can only give her one tray because another customer came to the store and begged to purchase the tray we ordered.(guess what happened?? They sold it to that customer ang gave us 1 out of 2 trays with 2 small chinese containers of a dish for free as consolation for not being able to fulfill the original order.They even told my aunt that they know her as somebody who is not gonna be upset if they sold her order to other customers😏🙄.I hope none of the people I saw outside locking the store today is the owner because they have left a very bad impression. I also hope the owner is not involved in selling pre ordered food to other customers who come to the store last minute. definitely not coming back

Theres a good cafe in the back, but the seating has been removed. Probably because of Covid-19. The store is small, but there is good variety. The people working there were friendly.

Make sure you ask for the price first before you purchase. Just went in here to buy a Papaya soap and the price underneath said $4.25. The lady charged $5.25 each then when we went back in to question the charge. She said oh the price is not updated. Well then, why dont you update it so customers dont have a negative experience at your establishment. Also, she charged for a bag without even asking if we wanted a bag.

Looove the ready cooked food here when you are feeling lazy but you want some good old fashioned home cooked filipino dishes! The store is also well stocked with different stuff from the philippines! The staff is very nice! Will definitely keep coming back!

Really good Filipino Food they serve in the back of the store. Would be nice to have a menu board with prices and such. The place could use some new ceiling tiles and a coat of paint. If you have a craving for some Filipino Food this place has a large selection of prepared foods. The from store front has a decent selection of Filipino packaged goods. The people are nice and food was very tasty.

Tight quarters inside, somewhat tiny grocery, but definitely go for the huge fried pork belly slabs for $20, absolute steal.

Shelves were adequately stocked with the basic Filipino items but prices are on the high side. I was the only customer and needed help but the cashier was busy chatting with a friend, barely looked at me when I asked for information. There was a fast food counter and some tables in the back but after seeing how cartons were haphazardly put inside their freezers, plus an EMPTY ice cream (Magnolia avocado) container, I didnt think I could trust how they prepared the food. Definitely wont recommend buying here ;theres better Filipino markets out there in MD.

Good authentic food & some region specific groceries you may not find elsewhere. The hot food bar is really the reason I keep coming back. The sinigang here is amazing.

This is a small store that sells Filipino goods in the front of the store and cooked food in the back of the store. They serve authentic Filipino food and its cheap. as for the grocery part, you can find most of the items at a regular asian store like Lotte or Great Wall. Your purchase must be $10 and over to use credit/debit card.

Its half mini grocery and half food place. The mini grocery has lots of products Filipinos are homesick for. From food to coffee and shampoo. The food half is more of a pick one or two entres with rice kind of deal. You get your food and groceries and then pay when you are ready to leave. A place to go if you want to try Filipino food.

This place has the best food and treats! I had dried squid for the first time and loved it! The service is always great, I love this place.

Food is good quality, price is very reasonable. I like to try new things, a coworker turned me on to Filipino food and he calls it authentic. I stick to caldereta and adobo, but their bistec is amazing too! They serve huge portions for their lunch combo.
