This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with car repair or at a dealership. I presented the problem without any expectation that Audi would cover it and was totally blown away by Erin’s advocacy on my behalf. I’m impressed with how efficiently and professionally the repairs were handled, without any extra prodding from me. On top of that, the fact that you covered the repairs has made me a customer for life. You’re great!

First time getting a car serviced at Audi, very professional and accommodating. I have a unique experience because I have my car through a trial program Audi has, so the logistics behind services/the program in general is complicated. But Bryan Webster from service was great, friendly and kept checking in on me with updates. Car was also cleaned nicely. Overall pleasant experience

Very well run service department. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable. It is not inexpensive but service on premium automobiles never is.

I have intire “tire and wheel” coverage and went to dealership two times to get tire replaced for nails in the tires and they patched them both times, against manufacturer tire safety Q8 guidelines. Max service manager said he would order a new tire the first time they patched a tire and call me once it’s in, never did, I then bring my 90k SUV in once again for another nail expecting a tire replacement and they patch it again. So now I have two tires on a all-wheel-drive very heavy q8 SUV, With patches as if i’m riding a bicycle or something. Called to try and rectify the issue and they told me that they didn’t want to replace my tire because it would force me to replace the others because it was an AWD, and assured me the “patch was safe”. I wonder if Audi of America would say the same thing?

I LOVE Rockville Audi 💛 I purchased a previous own Audi Q7 from them and had a major problem with the Exhaust and they took care of me and my vehicle at NO CHARGE and it was past the 30 days of purchasing my truck. The repair (Manager) Max and REPAIR STAFF Brain, Joel, Erin and Chuck is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I will ALWAYS go to them to Purchase another Audi and for repairs, to have a luxury vehicle they are Honest on explaining and letting you know what is NEEDED and they don’t try to sell you on repairs that’s not needed like other dealerships. Audi did a remarkable job with the repairs to my vehicle. My Emissions test had failed with a turbo under boost. The repair techs diagnosed the problem and advised of the the options of a repair if possible, or a replacement. I was getting prepared for the replacement cost which would have been substantial for the turbo, however, fortunately, the turbo of able to be repaired for about 1/5 the cost of the replacement. I appreciated the integrity that was shown in billing.

Needed an oil change. Got expensive periodic maintenance. Id recommend that instead of finding that out at the dealership in person you send a message of the recommendation ahead of time. Then I could have planned my time better. Every effort was made to accommodate by schedule nonetheless.

The experience was great. Joe has always gone above and beyond every time I bring my Audi to Audi Rockville. He is very informative and doesnt hesitate to answer questions I may have about my vehicle. Its worth the drive since I dont live in the Rockville area anymore.

Check engine light came on in the car and we dropped it off that night at the dealership. By 9 am the next morning the issue was diagnosed and the car was repaired and ready for pick up by 3 pm that afternoon. Added bonus they washed the car even though it was raining that day. Customer service at its finest.

Excellent service. Reviewed what they were going to do for the 20,000 mile check. Honored my request to check tire pressure and rotate tires.I waited for my car. The waiting area was clean and I was able to work quietly with free WiFi while I waited. Estimated time for the work was spot on.

I have been dealing with Audi Rockville since 2008. I love my Audi A4 convertible and they do all the service on it. My son also purchased his car there and uses their service department. They’ve always given us a very competitive price on a car and their service department is the best. My experiences with other car dealers and service departments were not great. Rockville Audi stands way above others I’ve dealt with. When I drop my car off for service, they give me a loaner or a ride home (and pick me up again) - and I live far from the dealer. They also wash and detail my car when they service it. I don’t write a lot of reviews — but am writing this one because I really appreciate Audi Rockville’s service.

Bryan Webster always exceeds my standards. He knows I have a busy schedule and live farther away, so accommodated my needs for a loaner during the service of my vehicle. He calls me to discuss the plans and keeps me up to date during the work.

I was very disappointed to have a sensor malfunction within 5 months of purchasing a new Audi Q5 but in the end the dealership provided outstanding service. Th defect as not their fault. The service agent, Joe searched other dealers to provide the defective part and they made the repair the same day. They drove me home to VA and when the car was ready, they brought the car to my house freshly cleaned from a full car wash. That is about as good as one could ever expect from any service provider. I hope it continues minus the issue of defective parts!

Steven was very knowledgeable. He explained the available services in a clear manner. He was calm, patient and friendly . I waited in the lounge which was clean and stocked with items to provide for the comfort of the customers. My work was completed in the time that Steven had specified. Steven made this a positive experience.

For the most part the 65K service done to my wifes Audi Q3 was completed appropriately. However, on her drive home he has called me stating that the drive was not comfortable. This was due to a tire/rotation, balance that was done. If the mechanic/tech would have noticed that her tires in the front were fairly newer then the rears, if they would have done the measurement on the tread they would have realized that she didnt need a tire rotation. So we paid for a service that was not needed. I had to reverse the rotation when she got home. Lastly, this is the 2nd time that their car wash service has scratched a car. The first time, it was to my SQ5 and I had to come out pocket to get it fixed, since it was taking a long time to get a response.

Purchased a new 2021 Audi here and found dealer very easy to deal with and reputable -- did what they said they would. Couldnt be happier.

It was okay. I have the audi care package but I still had to pay 68 dollars to have my tires rotated. (very expensive. Costco will rotate your tires for free) They went ahead and did all the maintenance since i had to come in for a recall item which was nice. They also washed my car but it looked rushed and very streaky. Im not sure if the detailed the interior since there were still little bit of crushed leaves inside the car. All in all seemed like a rushed job.

Repair work in the form of TSB not performed as requested. If Audi has identified the problem to the point that a TSB is issued and the customer is experiencing the problem and the service manager identifies the problem there should be no issue with getting the repair completed. However, because the technician could replicate the problem no repair was done. Again, a TSB has been issued for this problem.

Audi Rockville had my car for 2 weeks....my service advisor was out on family emergency. So no one else knew what was going on with my car when I called after a week. But when he returned the price of service kept increasing...from a basic 600. Service was concluded at 3600...I denied it as times are tough and ended up paying 2k...but what did you guys really do for me to pay that much? It seems like nothing was replaced. Felt like I was taken advantage of.

The sale process was smooth and great … but it is completed they leave me on my own on the process to get my registration even the car payment .. called my sale representative .. he said call my babk .. duh.. i dont have the bank number.. Even I went to the bank snd they said they dont have me in the system .. called The dealer number no response .. used the chat option and just left my information .. they said will call me back and I am waiting .. I mean I am CUSTOMER .. but I dont feel Like that because of the poor communication..

The team was great -- fast and courteous and provided a loaner car while the car was being serviced.

My service advisor Bryan Webster did a fantastic job of checking me in and proceeded to give me timely updates on the issues with my vehicle. Bryan notified me as soon as my car was ready.

Repaired coolant leak, routine maintenance, and replaced brake pads and rotors. We cost competitive and did a thorough job.
